Beautifully decorated and spacious room. It was hard to find after taxi driver let us off as no English signs. Thankfully the host came out to find us as we were lost.
Beds are on the soft side, but comfortable. Room is above a restaurant so a bit noisy when we start sleeping but very quiet in the middle of the night and morning.
We love the elegance of the room and highly recommend to experience the hanok style room.

Stay here! This was the most pleasant and memorable stay of our trip in South Korea. The owner was so thoughtful and accommodating. They even left us a bottle of champagne. The room was beautiful, spacious, and charming. The floors are heated, and they also provided a delicious Korean breakfast for us. I’d stay 3 nights instead of two to allow for wandering the beautiful streets. Everything that we wanted to see was in walking distance but another day to head out to Pohang for the spacewalk would have been ideal too. Location was excellent, our host went out of her way from chatting to the taxi driver en route to the hanok, providing a delicious delivered breakfast, suggesting restaurants- both of which we ate at and loved, and arranging a big taxi for our departure (our cases were too big for a sedan.) I’d been recommended Soi Hanok by a friend who’d stayed there and I’d also recommend it. A great stay in a great town with wonderful hospitality.

This Hanok was very spacious and the staff was very informative. The area is very walkable with all the sites and restaurants close by. We were able to navigate the bus without any difficulty. I could not have asked for a better stay. I stayed here for 2 nights in April, and I was so impressed with everything from the communication to the property itself. From the moment I arrived I knew this place was special. The old Hanok buildings give a sense of stepping into another world. My room was exactly as pictured, with comfortable and very stylish furnishings, clean and easy to get to all the sights the city had to offer. At night it was extremely quiet and easy to relax after a long day.

The villa is very beautiful and centrally located. Since car is not allowed on the street in front of the villa, the host graciously pick us up on the corner, which is very, very close to the villa. We had the most wonderful stay at this property. It’s super comfortable, absolutely beautiful, and the location is perfect for exploring the town. The property owner was delightful, responsive, and accommodating. She really went the extra mile to ensure we had the best stay possible. The guesthouse is located in a very charming neighborhood with multiple stores and restaurants around it. The host met us at the street in front and gave us instructions on door locks and amenities. The room is roomy enough but it would have been nice if it also provides a small table and chairs to sit on (it has enough space for them) instead of just the 2 beds. The amenities are adequate except there’s only a small rack to hang a few pieces of clothing. Our friends had the bigger toom that costs $100 a day more and was roomier as well as having chairs to sit on but was the only room available. Renting the larger room would have been better and recommended

This is such an amazing place and I wish I could have stayed here much longer. The unit I stayed in was beautiful, with a mix of traditional Korean hanok surroundings and modern furnishings, including a comfortable bed, mini fridge, microwave, and speaker. The place was immaculate and came with nice touches of comforts, including coffee, tea, water, and ramen. The hostess was incredibly helpful, even though we had to use some online tools to help translate. The location was right in the middle of the charming old area, with restaurants and stores hidden around every corner.
