New hotel, ample eating spaces. Self help kitchen with stove and instant noodles making machines for breakfast. Breakfast spread is sufficient for simple breakfast. Must clean up after yourself- like hostel shared kitchen. Got a nice staff who helped cos everything is in Korean.
Good amenities, love the facial wash, toothbrush and toothpaste provided. No hot water in the room, bring your own flask to top up in kitchen.
The slippers provided in bathroom cos it is going to get wet when u shower.
Did not allow us to do laundry after 6pm although notice mentioned 0900-2300hrs.

Good amenities and fine breakfast option, nothing spectacular. The rooms are tiny, not recommended for families travelling with children. It was pretty tight for us. The amenities were available on the first floor and breakfast is available till 10am-note you need to clean up after yourselves; the table and the dishes and utensils that you use. There is a sink where you can do the dishes right by the breakfast bar.

Didn’t like:

Only meat noodles available for breakfast and the area got very crowded.

The bathroom completely flooded with every shower and the floor got very slippery. Bathroom slippers are a must.

Tip: Buy your own bathroom slippers - the ones provided by the hotel are filthy.

Breakfast is served in the lobby (first floor) from 8am - 10am.

Great deal. Room was very clean. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothbrushes, toothpaste, hair dryer, towels, soap, bottled water, and slippers provided. Soundproofing of the room was good and bed was not too hard. Only two pillows provided. Free WiFi worked great. The TV has movies but I think you need to pay for them. Free breakfast was served 8-10am. It was delicious with fruit, bread, yogurt, cereal, eggs, coffee, milk, juice, etc. Staff was friendly but didn’t speak English well. However, they gave us a paper with all the necessary info about the hotel in English. They let us store our luggage in the lobby during the morning as we arrived before check-in time. Location was very convenient as it was within walking distance to the express bus terminal, many restaurants and cafes, and a few of the historical sites. Overall, this was the best budget-friendly hotel that I’ve stayed at in Korea during two years. Highly recommend!

The only downside for me is the brightness of the lights on the control panel on the wall. I couldn’t figure out a way to cover it for complete darkness at bedtime. This is not a hotel, even a 'mini' one in any sense of the word; but it is a very good quality, clean and simple guesthouse. The room was compact, but very clean, as was the decent-sized bathroom. Water was replaced daily, and so were towels, although we would prefer large ones to the small ones provided. A shower curtain or screen would also be better. WiFi was really quick. The room didn't have much storage or hanging space and the bracket for the TV was much too low. There were no sockets close to the beds, nor any bedside tables. Breakfast was simple: cereal, toast, butter, jam, instant coffee, orange juice and eggs that you could make youself. However, the kitchen was only available from 8am - 9.30am so this place wouldn't work for people wanting anything other than eggs, which were the only thing that the pans were allowed for, or to cook for themselves at other times. It is a short walk to the central attractions or to bus stops and the bus stations. Overall a perfectly decent guesthouse, but if it claims to be a hotel it needs to offer a bit more of what one might expect in one.

The hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly. Breakfast was limited, and the only cooked option was eggs and toast that guests needed to cook themselves, although the food and drinks were very good quality. The hotel is located very close to the bus stations, bicycle rentals are available nearby and there are also lots of restaurants nearby too. The bedroom was very spacious and the en-suite bathroom was great with a very powerful shower. It was also very good value for money.

For the price, the place is truly unbelievable. It seemed to be recently renovated. New air-conditioning, TV, elevator, etc. The place was clean; manager was kind, breakfast was free, close to the bus terminal and numerous restaurants. There was also semi valet parking.

The family room was not very big but can accommodate 3 people comfortably. There was no kettle or amenities like bedroom slippers in the room. Towels were small but sufficient to dry oneself. There was a big communal area on the ground floor with dining facilities. Breakfast is free from 8 to 9.30am with simple food like bread and cereals and milk and juices. Toaster ovens and pans are available for use with eggs provided.

The guest house is close to the intercity bus terminal. It only takes you 5 minutes' walk. The lobby and the common area for chatting and eating is big. For breakfast you can serve yourself fried or scrambled eggs, toast with butter and jam, cornflakes with milk and coffee or tea.

Inside the room it is clean and spacious. The only things need to be improve are the need for more clothes hangers and more slippers for the shower room as tge floor will be wet all day after you have showered.

Generally it was a nice newish place. There is a kitchen with food, making it feel a little like a friendly hostel. Parking can be a bit of a problem, as spaces are very limited. The biggest problem for me was that the duvet didn't have a cover. They looked clean, but I wasn't sure if or how they were washed. It's close enough to lots of places.

Very conveniently located near the Express and Intercity bus stations. Looks like it is in the love hotel area, which is perfectly safe at night. The staff speaks limited English, but has useful instructions re busses, trains, top sights printed out in English. Looks like the owners have visited a few hip new hostels, but seemed to miss something. However, will recommend this place for a cheap, clean and very comfortable stay.

Location is fantastic! Very close to the bus terminal and almost major city bustop. We went to all the major attractions using the bus with no problem. The front desk lady was kind enough to hold our bags for our early check in and hold our bags again when we checked out. The facility looks pretty new and the elevator and room looks newly updated. We got to family room which fits about 4 people. I feel like 5 would be too crowded for the room size. They serve continental breakfast from 8-930am and there’s also a communial stove and fridge for the guest to use if they want to cook their own. The bathroom was very clean and I love the dual shower head. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

The lady owner asked up to point out our name when we arrived and handed us our key card. The room was small but good enough for 2 people. The beds were clean. Mattress, pillows and blanket were more than comfortable. The washroom, sink and shower room were super clean. The toilet and shower were separate which is nice when there is 2 people. The sink was also separate from the sink and shower so it was convenient. We were given 2 small Korean size towels each. The little kitchen area in the lobby was always clean and kept very tidy. The lady or Male owner were very friendly and always smiling. Some of the lady friends of the owner offered up a lot of watermelon slices to eat. We didn't wake up in time to have their breakfast. Overall, extremely satisfied.

Attractions: 10 to 20 min walking distance from the Tombs. It is a bit further from the palace and Wolji pond but still doable if you like to walk through a beautiful park.

旅館離市外巴士站很近，不用五分鐘就到了，走路過去天馬塚，皇理團路和大陵苑也都在步行的範圍。旅館非常乾淨整潔，櫃檯人員也非常友善，退房後也能寄放行李。一樓有提供飲水機，每天早上也有簡易早餐（土司，果醬，奶油，咖啡，果汁，自己煎的煎蛋）。房間不大，地暖很舒服，但不習慣打地鋪的人要考慮一下。美中不足的是浴室的排水不太好，會有點潮濕，而且旅館沒有提供腳踏墊，腳濕出來有點困擾。

The overall conditions are very bad. Comfort is very low with very small rooms in which the bed barely fits and no space to move. Lack of equipment and forniture in the room makes for a very uncomfortable stay. The bed is attached to the wall which is in itself in a bad state, with wallpaper hanging off of it and patches everywhere. The bathroom is old and hygiene questionable. Noisy air conditioner prevents you from sleeping.

The breakfast/kitchen room smells horribly and the overall sanitary conditions are very questionable with cookware shared between the guests (who have to fry eggs by themselves) and a terrible and narrow offering in food. Very unpleasant.

The service is also very bad. They barely speak english and charged us a third of the cost of the room to have an extra thin blanket to put on the floor as “extra bedding” for our 2yrs old. Ended up sleeping on the floor myself to spare the kid.

카운터 나이 좀 있는 여자분이 1층 냉장고로 가면 바로 쫓아오고 조식 계란후라이 해서 먹을때도 계속 옆에 있고 너무 부담스러웠어요
냉장고 우유 쥬스는 자유롭게 먹을 수 있다고 했는데 괜히 눈치 보여요

가족 단위로 게스트하우스는 처음 머물러봤는데,
4명이 묵기에는 조금 답답한 감이 있긴 하지만
깨끗하게 관리되고 있고, 조식도 간단하지만 괜찮은 편이었습니다.

メインの観光街までは歩いて15分くらいでちょっと遠いです。3時くらいにチェックインしましたが、部屋が寒くて問い合わせたら今ボイラー焚いたから〜！と言われました。雪が降るほど寒い季節なのに、準備不足だと思います。また、チェックイン前の2時くらいに一回荷物を預けるために行きましたが、フロントには誰も居なく、電話をかけるよう書いてあったので電話をしてみたらご飯中だからちょっと待ってと言われ結局20分待っても帰ってこず、観光地での貴重な時間を無駄にされた気がしました。ゲストハウスらしい雰囲気ですが、スタッフさんも親切とは言えないと思います。でも価格相応のサービスだと思います。

간편조식이 8 시부터인데 10분전에는 가능하더군요.조심 이른시간이었으면.

올 추석동안 3박을 했습니다. 숙소가 가성비면에서는 좋습니다. 깨끗하고 개인 욕실도 꽤 커서 혼자 숙박하기에는 편했습니다. 사장님도 친절하시고요.
다만, 방음이 정말 안 되더라고요. 추석연휴동안 사람들이 많았는데 윗층, 옆방에서 화장실 쓰는 소리가 너무 크게나고ㅠㅜ 떠드는 소리, 물건 끄는 소리가 너무 크게 났어요.
복도에서 말하는 소리, 문 닫는 소리도 너무 크구요ㅠ
예민하신 분들에게는 비추해요ㅠ 본인이 예민하지 않다면 저렴한 가격에 만족할만한 숙소인거 같아요. 도보로 대릉원, 첨성대, 황리단길까지 모두 가능합니다.
