The Gaya Mini Hotel is an excellent hotel with immaculate rooms and a fabulous location. My complaint, though, which prevents me from giving 5 stars, is that there is service at all. My room wasn't cleaned at all for the second day of my stay, and there was nobody at the front desk to request a cleaning of the room.

Check in time was really late and they didn't tell us before hand that it's an automated checkin system through a machine. They didn't even have any service to hold luggage either. Very poor system they got going. The room was smelly too with no lifts. Had to carry the luggage up to the 3rd floor!

The room is decent but I personally find it slightly inconvenient that there isn’t a closet to hang my clothes. The hotel also doesn’t have an elevator so this might be something to keep in mind if you have big luggages. I had a really heavy luggage and had to carry it to the third floor myself.

They are also very strict about check in time especially if you book from Expedia or any other non-Korean website. You will need help from the front desk to get your confirmation number to get your key and the check in window is only between 5pm-9pm.

Other than the slight inconvenience, the room is nice and clean and honestly a good hotel option for its price. All of the main attractions and famous restaurants in gyeongju are within walking distance so it was very convenient.

This hotel is brand new hotel, opened in March 2019. Everything is extremely clean and new, including bedding, bathroom, and interior of the building. Very convenient for parking cars. They provide very clean bath robes and very clean towels. The room and bathroom was sparkling clean, and huge. The beds are very very comfortable. A lot of restaurants are nearby. Especially, Gaya Milmeon( Gaya cold noodle) Restaurant is next to the hotel and the price is very reasonable( only 6,000 Korean Won, less than $6). It was really delicious.
Almost every tourist sites are within walking distance, except Bulkuksa Temple. Very convenient location. The only inconvenience is no elevator in the building, but considering all other things it is relatively no problem for most of people without physical problem.

주차는 평일이어서인지 매우 쉬웠고, 모든 상태가 불편이 없이 지낼 수 있었습니다.. 엘리베이터 없어서 계단을 이용해서 캐리어를 옮겨야 하는 불편함만 빼면 전반적으로 문제가 없는 숙박시설입니다. 관광지까지의 도보로 이동도 편리한 숙소입니다.

2일연박이라 룸 업그레이드 해주셨고
바닥은 온돌난방이라 심지어 화장실도 난방되어 아주 좋앗음
단점은 잘때 외부에서 소음이 상당히 심했고, 전혀 방음 안된다고 봐야하고 방안에 전기포트 없어서 정수기 이용하려면 2층으로 가야해서 불편했음
그외는 가성비 나쁘지 않았음

大陵苑近くに位置し市内観光に持ってこい。お部屋も清潔に整備されて快適。
難を言うとチェックインが16時からと少し遅めな事と、バスタブがなくシャワーのみの部屋だったので、冬場ゆっくり温まりたい時はちょっとかな？

침대가 별로에요 개인적으로 그리고 방음이 잘안되고요 룸컨디션은 괜찮았는데 보일러가 중앙난방이라 저는 더웠어요
조절을 할 수 없어서 아쉬웠습니다ㅠㅠㅠ 뚜벅이 여행이라서 황리단길과 가깝고 도보로 35분이면 경주박물관까지 걸어갈수 있어서 좋았습니다. 다만 다시 묵지는 않을 듯

Pésimo hotel, ruido de lavadoras toda la noche, las persianas dejan pasar toda la luz, no puedes descansar, tienen toallas de cara para bañarte, la calefacción no servía y encima ni siquiera hay gente en el lobby que te atienda más que cuando llegas, pésimo servicio y además se escucha todo de las otras habitaciones

항상 만족하는 호텔. 위치. 청결 빠지는거없어요.

갈때마다 너무 만족스러운 호텔입니다. 이번이 3번째 숙박이네요. 먼저번과 같은 방에 묵었는데 세면대 밑으로 물이새는게 아직 수리되지않고 그대로라서 별하나 뺐습니다. 그것만 아니면 정말 흠잡을데없습니다. 지인에게도 추천했는데 바로 예약했다고하네요

A Good Stay with Convenience and Comfort!

I recently stayed at this hotel during my vacation and I absolutely loved it! The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive; everything was spotless and well-maintained. The location is perfect, as it is within walking distance of several historical sites, making sightseeing very convenient. Additionally, there was a convenience store just around the corner, which made it easy to grab anything I needed. Getting around was a breeze, thanks to the convenient transportation options nearby. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

경주여행에서 특징은 미니호텔이 많고 그 호텔에 엘레베이터가 없는 곳이 의외로 있어서 놀라웠다.
연세많으신 분, 걷는게 불편하신분들에게 문제가 되는 경우로… 잘 살펴보는 것이 필요했다.
청결함은 돋보였지만… 지나친 간소화로 머그컵이 아닌 종이컵과 정수기로 차를 즐기는 것은 사치였다.

위치와 가성비는 굿, 냄새는?

황리단길 번화가에서 살짝 벗어나 있는데, 그 덕분인지 가성비가 좋고, 유적지들로 접근하는데 좋습니다. 신발을 벗고 들어가는 호텔이고, 생각보다 방의 여유공간이나 화장실이 넓은데, 옷장이나 움직일 수 있는 테이블 등은 없습니다. 꼭 필요한 것들만 있는 실속있는 호텔인데, 수건이랑 침구류 등에서 락스냄새가 많이 나서 머리가 좀 아프고, 화장실 배수구 냄새로 환풍기를 틀어놔야 해서 시끄럽네요. 매트리스랑 베개 등 침구류가 좋지는 않습니다. 저같은 경우는 베개를 안 베는 게 더 편안했습니다~;;;
마지막날 아침에는 짐을 놔두고 체크아웃 타임 전에 나갔다가 다시 돌아왔는데, 이미 방을 다 헤집어놓고 수건에 신발로 밟은 자국들이 보여서 좀 좋지 않았습니다. 4박동안 신발벗는 숙소에서 계속 신발을 신고 들어와서 하우스키핑을 하신건지?

가성비좋은 숙소

혼자 여행이라서 가성비숙소를 찾아서 3박 숙박을 했다. 신관에서 묵었는데 룸 깔끔하고 서비스도 좋았다. 특히 위치가 맘에 들었는데 도보로 첨성대,황리단길,대릉원을 갈수 있고 조금만 걸어서 버스정류장이 있는데 보문단지,불국사도 버스로 갈수 있다.
단점은 체크인이 늦다는 것,안에 커피포트가 없다는 건데 2층객실에 정수기가 있어서 그렇게 불편한거는 아니였다.

호텔이 리모델링을 마친 듯 무척 깨끗해요. 하지만 방음이 잘 되지 않네요. 호텔 내부에 커피포트가 없어서 1층 프론트 앞에 있는 정수기를 이용해야 해요. 아침으로 라면 먹을때 조금 불편했네요. 하지만 부모님 모시고 왔다고 3층 객실을 2층으로 바꾸어 주시고 친절하게 응대해 주셨어요.

시설을 전체적으로 최근에 리모델링을 했는지 아주 깔끔 깨끗 했습니다. 침실과 화장실까지. 직원 분들도 친절하게 대해주셨고.
조금 아쉬운 것은 방 안에 따뜻한 물을 끓일수 있는 포트가 없었고, 전자 레인지 같은 것도 없었던 것입니다. 제 개인적으로도 넓은 화장실-욕실에 욕조가 있으면 정말 좋았겠다고 생각합니다.
시내에 위치하고 있어서 정말 좋았어요. 주변 유명한 곳들도 다 걸어서 다녔습니다.

비대면 체크인인 건 프론트 도착해서 알았어요. 다행히 예약코드가 있어서 무사히 체크인했지만, 자세한 안내는 받지 못해 다소 아쉬웠습니다. 욕실은 좀 추웠지만,방은 따뜻했습니다. 걸어서 갈 수 있는 거리에 대릉원, 황리단길이 있어서 편했습니다~

Buen hotel con atención a mejorar

No nos ha gustado el hecho de que, durante los 3 días que hemos estado alojados, no hemos visto nunca a nadie en recepción. De hecho, el día que llegamos tuvimos que esperar unos 20min en recepción (muy bonita decorada pero pequeña y sin una sola silla) y por fin vino un chico después de haberle tenido que llamar dos veces por teléfono. Nada más llegar pasó otro chico por recepción y nos dijo \"el jefe no está, llamad a ese teléfono\" y desapareció... Quisimos pedir toallas (porque no teníamos ninguna grande de ducha) pero al final no pudimos hacerlo porque no había a quién pedírselas...
En cuanto al checkin, que sea a las 16.30h nos ha parecido tarde.
Por lo demás, la habitación era amplia y estaba limpia. Y el WiFi funcionaba muy bien.
El hotel está a 5 min andando de la calle Poseok-ro. Esa calle y los alrededores es una zona realmente bonita, con edificaciones tradicionales, tiendas y restaurantes y muy animado con gente local. También se puede ir caminando al Woljeonggyo Bridge, las tumbas, etc.

저는 바닥에서 자는 스탠다드룸 이용했고 엄청 편하게 잘 지냈습니다 청결 말해뭐해요 특히 화장실 넓고 깨끗해서 넘 놀랐습니다 저는 다른건몰라도 화장실 만큼은 깨끗한게 좋거든요 ㅠㅠ 그런점에서 너무 만족했고 위치도 좀만 걸어가면 그 첨성대있는 곳이라서 의외로 걸어서 어디든 갈 수 있었습니다 가까운곳에 버스정류장 있어서 국립박물관도 갈수있어용 분황사까지 걸어서 20~30분이라 새벽에 산책하고싶으신 분들한테 딱일것같아요 분황사에서 좀만 걸으면 버스정류장 있는데 문무왕릉도 갑니다 주변에 세븐일레븐도 있고 영화관도있고 한 3분? 정도 더 걸으면 먹거리 많습니다 동네도 조용해서 아주 좋은 여행 하다왔습니다 재방문의사 있어요

방 상태는 전체적으로 만족했어요. 무인체크인시스템이지만 직원분이 도와주셔서 어려움이 없었습니다. 엘리베이터가 없어서 짐을 가지고 올라가는건 조금 힘드네요.방상태는 깔끔했지만 먼지가 느껴져서 창문을 열고 환기시키니 나아졌어요. 욕실이 큰데 조금 썰렁해서 날씨가 추울때는 감기걸릴 수 있을듯 해요. 특히 욕실문이 삐걱삐걱 소리가나서 열때마다 신경이 쓰였어요. 늦은 밤에 호텔에 도착했는데 직원분이 엄청 친절하게 주차장까지 안내해주셔서 너무 감사했어요~^^ 경주가면 재방문의사있습니다

숙박 기준 중에서 제일 중요한게 청결이라 생각했는데 기대 이상으로 너무 깨끗해서 가장 마음에 들었고요 가격이 저렴해서 방은 사진보다 작을 줄 알았는데 생각보다 넓더라고요! 어메니티도 꼼꼼히 다 준비해주셔서 좋았습니다. 다음에 경주를 가더라도 이곳에서 머무를 생각이 있을 정도로 만족합니다~!
