A pleasant and comfortable stay

We stayed for two nights at this lovely place in and it was an unforgettable experience. The garden was absolutely beautiful, offering a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The location was also perfect. Very close to the city center, with easy access to all the main attractions. Silvia was incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The rooms were spotless and tidy, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. To top it all off, we were lucky enough to visit during the Red Night, which was unexpected but also an amazing bonus to our trip. We had so much fun and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Volterra.

Our hostess, Sylvia, was extremely helpful in getting us situated and pointing out some unusual places for us to visit. Her home is lovely. The shower was large and comfortable. The water pressure was good and the water was consistently hot. Her home is perfectly located just outside the town entrance. Everything is easily accessible from her house. We would go back there.

Perfection in Volterra!

This place was amazing! The owner, Silvia is so helpful and welcoming. She has thought of every detail to make for a comfortable stay. The room was immaculate and had an incredible fireplace. Breakfast was served buffet style on a beautifully set table every morning. Great location only a few steps from Volterra centro. Couldn't ask for a better experience!

La Primavera B&B is lovely and a bargain as well. It is well located within an easy walk to historic Volterra. Parking is provided at no charge. Breakfast was enjoyable and the room was large. The perfect choice for accomodation in Volterra. Location couldn't be better, situated right outside the gate to the old city. Parking was great. Room was spacious, clean with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful to get you ready for a full day of exploring.

We enjoyed a lovely stay here whilst in Italy for a wedding. Silvia was a fantastic host, greeted us and showed us around when we arrived. The rooms were spotless, spacious and well kept. The breakfast provided was delightful and something we looked forward to each morning. The place is a stones throw away from the centre, and at the crossroads for all roads in and out of Volterra, with parking provided which was ace! Really enjoyed our stay and would happily stay again! Thank you for having us :)

The owner of bed and breakfast was friendly and attentive to our needs. She baked us special vegan muffins and offered vegan yogurt along with other delicious pastries for breakfast. Room was spotless and private. The B B was in easy walking distance to heart of Volterra which was great- also offering private parking was convenient! We would highly recommend staying there !

This place is easy to find and has free on-site parking. It is about 2-minute walk to the gate of old Volterra. The living room, bedroom, and bathroom are spotless clean with nice decorations. The owner must take pride in the ownership. The breakfast is simple but nutritious with yogurt, bread, milk, cereal, fruit cup, ham, and cheese. The owner is friendly and helpful. She recommended a nice restaurant to us where the local eat. I highly recommend this place.
One suggestion to owner is to improve the wi-fi signal and coverage for all rooms.

Location, location, location! La Primavera B & B is only about 100 yards from the city gate of Volterra. It is quiet, safe, and provides free parking. We were warmly welcomed by Silvia, shown our room, and given all of the information we needed for a great stay. The room and bath were large, and clean. Silvia takes pride in her property, and it shows. Our breakfast was served on beautiful dishes (full setting for each place), and the food was excellent (meat, cheese, boiled eggs, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, home baked cake/pie, juice, and coffee). She provided excellent service - and, with a smile! She was helpful with information (restaurant and site-seeing advice), and never made us feel like we were wasting her time.

Amazing find-Volterra. Wonderful, cool, historical township in the hills of Tuscany. We came for Bocelli's concert which turned out to be a nightmare of an experience because it rained and got cancelled. But Sylvie's place and Volterra was absolutely lovely.

Posizione ideale per visitare la Toscana con i suoi splendidi paesaggi.
Vicina a Firenze e Siena e Pisa, inoltre Volterra è piacevole, per qualsiasi info chiedete a Silvia che saprà consigliarvi al meglio, la struttura ha un suo parcheggio privato e gode di una posizione ottima sia per la distanza dal centro sia per la quiete.

È una struttura molto carina con poche camere in un edificio ad un solo piano circondato da un giardino molto ben curato e fruibile, a pochi passi da Porta Fiorentina e dal Teatro Romano. Le camere sono belle, ben arredate e pulitissime. Non c'è la TV in camera e neanche l'aria condizionata. Accettabile la colazione.
