My three day stay at Villa Ketty in Sept 2025 was one of the highlights of my trip. A relaxing alternative to busy Sorrento. Great service from Antonio and the entire staff. Beautiful, rambling building and grounds. Picture postcard views of Vico Equense harbor and beach from the spotlessly clean room and of Mt. Vesuvius and the Bay of Naples from the patio. The lavish breakfasts and dinners were the best. The free shuttle or a short, steep but fun walk (without luggage) gets you to town, where you can catch the (very crowded) Circumvesuviana to Sorrento, Pompeii, etc. Great place!

Our stay at Villa Ketty was nothing short of magical. Let’s begin with the view—absolutely breathtaking. From our window, we soaked in the shimmering water, rolling hills, vibrant flowers, golden sunshine, the stars at night, and fireworks as well.

Antonio, the gracious host and owner, along with his lovely wife, made us feel truly welcome. Each morning began with a delicious breakfast—always fresh, beautifully presented, and offering a delightful variety.

Our room was spotless and refreshed daily, providing a cool and comfortable retreat. The location is ideal: just a short walk into town for shopping or dining, and only five minute walk to the train station if you're heading to Sorrento, Pompeii, or Naples. Capri is also easily accessible by boat for a scenic day trip.

After exploring, we loved unwinding with a perfectly crafted Limoncello Spritzer, courtesy of the attentive staff. And don’t miss “Pizza Night”—it’s an absolute must. The pizza was hands-down the best we’ve ever tasted, paired with lively entertainment that made the evening unforgettable.

Villa Ketty exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived to the moment we departed, everything was flawless. We wholeheartedly recommend it.

We stayed for three nights but needed to extend to a forth. Everything about the service and attention to detail at Villa Ketty is outstanding. The personal touch provided by Antonio, his family and staff is simply excellent. This included being collected from local transport, organising visits, advice on local attractions, and the quality of home-prepared food at breakfast and dinner.
This place is special. Worth a try.

Property was ideal. Fabulous views, lovely staff and tasty meals. Boutique hotel so a smaller environment which is exactly what we wanted. Everything available in Vico Equense, train to get to Sorrento & Pompeii. Hilly environment which is perfectly manageable with a fair fitness level.

Lovely, spacious, clean and comfortable room. Fabulous pool area. Friendly and helpful staff. 10 minute walk into Vico Equense with plenty of shops and restaurants. Hotel also does evening meals, it’s a very limited menu which is written up on a board in the afternoon, but it’s good home cooking, and delicious. Pizza Party night was great fun with local musician to entertain. Easy to get on the train to Sorrento, Naples and Pompeii. Had a massage which was amazing - best massage I’ve ever had.
Bar lady made paninis for us at lunch times, but there was no snack menu so I don’t know if anything else was available. Would have been handy to have an information sheet in the room as we couldn’t always find anyone when we had a question to ask. Take insect repellent.

This was a gorgeous family run property with incredible views over the sea. To be able to see Mt Vesuvius every day was breathtaking.
The breakfast and the presentation is to die for. Nothing is too much trouble for Antonio and his staff. Delicious food at night cooked fresh and served to you as you watched the sun set. The pizza parties here are a must where metre foot pizzas are cooked. Thank you Antonio for such an amazing holiday!

Husband and I stayed at Villa Ketty in Vico Equense for three nights in Aug 2025. It was the perfect getaway from large crowds in other areas of the Amalfi coast. The proprietor Antonio, his wife, and their assistant Fernando spoiled us from beginning to end! The hotel is a renovated stone building with various levels and verandas perched on the side of a mountain overlooking the sea. A marina below and a direct view of Ischia island. The road is narrow with twists and turns, so they provide free covered parking at a restaurant in town, and send a driver to pick up guests from there. Antonio answered the phone immediately each time I called with updates on our arrival status. He was the perfect host, always kind, gracious, and available to answer our many questions with a big smile. He & his wife prepared the most incredible breakfasts every morning from scratch with local ingredients and eggs/produce grown on the property. Optional dinners were expertly prepared by the proprietors and staff. We arrived on “Pizza Party” night which included wonderful 8ft long wood fired pizzas and live entertainment. Fernando wore many hats, from bartender to waiter to concierge. He & all staff were lovely & helpful. Easy walk down the hill to a “meeting place” for tour operators to pick up/drop off guests, and a little further walk to town & local train station for day trips to Sorrento and Pompeii. Highly recommend Villa Ketty & we hope to return in the future!

Absolutely loved every aspect of this hotel. The breakfasts were quite seriously the best we have ever had. Several types of fresh fruit cherries, peaches, berries. At least 10 different cheeses, several different breads and croissants, as well as local specialty breakfast items. Also several different pastries daily. Most of the people who work there are family and every person we worked with was absolutely wonderful. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone wanting to stay in the area. Very very unique experience!! Beautiful grounds, great pool and very clean

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Ketty. Antonio and his wife made you feel like you were part of the family.
We had two beautiful, spacious, incredibly clean suites for our family of 4.
The views from our rooms were breathtaking and spectacular.
The pool area was spotless with multiple areas to kickback and relax.
The staff was on top of everything…we were so well taken care of.
The morning breakfast was absolutely scrumptious and very filling. Antonio took great care in presenting the vast selection of cheeses, bakery items and desserts. Always fresh squeezed OJ and fabulous coffees as we sat down each morning.
We enjoyed an amazing dinner at the Villa on our last night. Everything was made from scratch and you could tell. Again, such attentive staff! Sitting on the patio and watching the sunset while eating a fabulous meal was beyond anything we could imagine.
We will be back and we will recommend to all our friends.
Thank you Antonio and family for making us feel special and taking such great care of us.

We immensely enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was spacious and very clean, the beds very comfortable and the pillows seemed to be very good quality. The room opened up onto a beautiful terrace with a breathtaking view of the sea and the town in the background. The other side side of the terrace offered a clear view of Mount Vesuvius and Naples in the distance.
The hosts, Antonio and Denise, were so friendly and helpful, you couldn't ask for anything better.
There was a vast choice of delicious organic Italian foods at breakfast, including all kind of fresh breads, cheeses, fruit, pastries, eggs, most of it freshly made by the hosts. My husband has celiac disease and they were so accommodating and made him fresh gluten-free focaccia and cakes every morning, so he could also enjoy the homemade Italian food. Needles to say all of it was delicious!!!
The lovely Antonio also does the introduction to all the foods offered to help you navigate your way around it and find what you like.
Because the food was so good we ended up dining there most evenings as well, enjoying the atmosphere and amazing views of the sea and mountains.
To top it all off, the owners have a dog, a beautiful and friendly little Jack Russell, who just wonders around the property. He is extremely well behaved and will only come up to the guests when invited. My daughter absolutely loved him and wanted to pet him every day.
It was a truly unique experience and we definitely want to go back there.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Ketty. After a disastrous experience getting there, Antonio and Fernando made sure to make our stay amazing. Nothing was too much to ask. They were ready to accommodate all our needs. Very helpful with recommendations about transport links and parking. Antonio made sure to make gluten free bread and cakes for my husband. Everyone was kind and helful. The room was spotless and the hotel was close to the train station which took you to Sorrento and Pompei in less than 30 min and all the way to Napoli. You'd only need a car for Positano and Amalfi. If we will come back to the area, we will definitely be staying here again.

The wonderful family atmosphere with the owners and dedicated staff Is what makes Villa Ketty so special .As its a small hotel time is available for guests individual attention.
Location in Vico Equinse is ideal for access to the train station for visits further afield .
The breakfasts and dinner in the evenings if required were the tastiest that we experienced on our trip staying 9 days in October.
The weather was perfect 21/22/23 degrees and the swimming at the beach was delightful.

What a special place! Antonio and the team are first class! Couldn’t be more lovely and welcoming when we stayed here.
The breakfast is first class and so was the evening meals
It is up a steep hill but there is a shuttle and you just need to contact Antonio and the car is sent to you.
Antonio can also organise excursions for you, we had these booked ahead, but most things he can sort out.
We went on from Vico Equense to Rome and my husband forgot his passport and couldn’t get into the colosseum without it. A quick call to Antonio and he had the image of our passports sent over to us!!
It was such a lovely experience staying at Villa Ketty and I hope to go back some day.

We loved everything about Villa Ketty, the staff and facilities were wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast (included free) and dinners were delicious. Price of drinks and dinner very reasonable. Our room was quaint and comfortable with a balcony view and we were treated like family. Also many lovely views from all the areas available for the guests to use. A shuttle service was offered free of charge to take you into Vico Equense if you didn’t want to walk. Would definitely love to come back and stay again one day

I was born in this area and I miss it everyday but I wasn’t aware of Villa Ketty before , this place is what heaven would look like if it was placed on earth!
Antonio and Denise are such caring hosts and nothing was too much trouble. They are surrounded by wonderful staff members who kept our room spotless and their cook and waiters and bar staff are so friendly and professional. This was our honeymoon present for my husband Perry and I and we loved every moment of it and we will definitely go back.

Our holiday at Villa Ketty was one of a kind. All the staff are very friendly, going out of their way to help. Antonio was always around to help with anything. I emailed ahead to tell him that I am gluten free, and he went above and beyond to make sure I didn't miss out on any of the food experiences. He ensured I had plenty of options at breakfast, even making a gluten free version of the hot bake that he would make each morning. Pizza night was also great, having not one, but two gluten free pizzas made just for me! The breakfast was a work of art and an event in itself. We were never rushed through and could take our time eating (plenty!) and drinking coffee on the terrace for as long as we wanted. The selection of fruit (dried and fresh), cake, meats and cheese was never ending!
The hotel is situated in the hills and is accessed through small windy roads. We happily walked up and down a few times, but they offer a quick shuttle service up and down if needed.
The overall feel of the hotel is friendly, family run and relaxing. Would highly recommend staying at Villa Ketty and we are looking forward to coming back again!

We had an absolute wonderful stay at Villa Ketty! The owners made our stay feel more like a home than a resort between preparing breakfast daily with a smile, offering recommendations for activities, and assisting us in arrangements. Staff were friendly and responsive; meals were delicious – from the lunch or dinner offerings (eggplant parmigiana was the best) to their pizza and pasta specialty “party” dinners, meals were taken on the covered terraces with amazing views of the Bay of Naples and Mt. Vesuvio. Their homemade sweets, breakfasts and cheeses (particularly the mozzarella) were delicious and ample. Rooms are beautifully appointed and air conditioned; quiet and comfortable. The pool is a good size, clean and cool for those hot August days (towels and flip flops are offered in the room) with good shading for the chairs. There are different levels for the rooms so if stairs are an issue consult with Antonio when booking.
Vico Equense is also a lovely little town with a train station that goes from Naples to Sorrento; Vico is about 15 minutes by train to Sorrento so getting there was easy (recommend taxi back from Sorrento if you will be past 8pm) as was getting to Pompeii and Herculaneum (Ercolino). There are good restaurants, activities and beaches in the area if you do not want to travel outside of the town.

Villa Ketty is not a “normal” hotel - it’s a wonderful personal place where Antonio and his wife have created an amazing sanctuary. The views are incredible, the service was excellent. Antonio the owner and his wife personally serve you an amazing breakfast spread every day which is almost entirely sourced locally. They are extremely friendly and caring. The grounds are incredibly beautiful with lemon trees, flowers and lavender growing everywhere. I can’t rate it highly enough, a truly special place.

Villa Ketty is set in a beautiful location overlooking the Bay of Naples and the small town of Vico Equense. The villa is owned and run by Antonio and Denice who are the most hospitable, helpful and obliging hosts we have ever met. Highlight of ur trip to Campania

Amazing family hotel. Hosts Antonio and Denise were amazing. They go out of their way to make sure your stay is amazing. Home cooked breakfasts are the best ever. Group dinners were fantastic. Transportation to and from restaurants in Vico Equense. What a wonderful place to anchor your stay on the Amalfi and Sorrento coasts. Amalfi Capri are wonderful but Villa Ketty will be the highlight of your trip.

A wonderful oasis

Wonderful setting, the photos are an accurate reflection of the place. Breakfasts are amazing, although not sure I could cope with eating as many lovely local cheeses and homemade cakes as much as I did, but it’s hard to say no.
Antonio and his staff are all lovely and helpful.
There are comments about the walk into town and back, we found it a pleasant short walk and there were only a couple of steep bits, but so short that it was fine. In fact, I preferred the walking, plus you got to meet all the local cats! The views from the path are lovely.
Thoroughly recommend it, could not have imagined us staying in somewhere as busy as Sorrento.
The room we had was spacious, the shower powerful and other than perhaps adding some hooks in the bathroom (so towels could be re-used instead of being changed every day), I can’t fault Villa Ketty at all.

What a hidden gem is Villa Ketty. It is run by Antonio and his wife. From the minute we arrived they made us feel like family. The view was stunning, you just couldn't get enough. The service was top notch. Our room was quaint as was all the property. Every where you looked there was a beautiful plant, fruit bearing trees and knick knacks to delight all.In one word it all felt authentic. The pool and outside bar and pizza oven was a plus. And Antonios breakfasts were the best as he prepared eat plate according to your liking, everything fresh and home made. The dinner parties were lots of fun. Train station 10 minute walk. Antonio arranged our excursion to Capri which was so much fun. Thank you so much for a fun relaxing authentic experience. I highly recommend Villa Ketty

We stayed for just under 5 days and couldn’t believe how amazing it was. It’s nestled in the cliff side with amazing views of vico equense and the sea itself. The level of detail around the property is simply amazing from the fruit trees to the table decor at breakfast. The staff themselves are extremely accommodating and go above and beyond at every opportunity, we had great conversations with Chico and Antonio’s breakfast is one of a kind. This is so much more than the average B&B that we expected and deserves all the 5 stars that they get.We didnt want to leave and can’t wait to come back again.

There aren’t enough words or ways to share how amazing this property is. It is situated on the hill with amazing views. The owners, Antonio and his wife, ensure all guests feel like they are family who have come to visit. Breakfast is to die for. We have never had such an amazing experience anywhere else. So how do I fit everything into a review… my wife and I toured Italy for our 25th Anniversary this September and needed a place to stay for the last five days of our time. As we didn’t know exactly where we wanted to finish off after time in Rome, Florence & Tuscany, we left this booking til last minute. Sorrento was booked pretty solid and man were we thankful in the end. Looking around the neighbouring towns we came across Villa Ketty in Vico Equense, a small quiet town just a few miles down the coast away from the chaos of wall to wall tourists in Sorrento. In Vico Equense there were a few tourists out and about, but felt like mostly locals but still great restaurants, etc to choose from. When we arrived by train I called the Villa, Antonio the owner answered and send Fernando down to pick us up right away. The friendly welcome and hospitality was second to none, honestly. They had planned a pizza party for dinner that night at the Villa, 45 year experienced pizza chef came on site and made the best pizza we have ever had. Period. He served us at our tables with the biggest smile when we saw how much we liked his pizza.

Villa Ketty, named after Antonio’s mother in law, is perched on the edge of the cliff overlooking the ocean with a perfect view of the little town and bay of Naples. Sun sets into the water right out your door.

Loved it. Will stay again.

What a hotel! Small enough to be treated like family, large enough to be able to spend time by yourself.

Where to start?

The breakfast was amazing. All fresh and homemade. The cheeses were to die for!

The rooms were spacious and very rustic. They were very clean and comfortable. We found it hard to leave the hotel as it was so nice.

The town centre isn’t far away so you can easily walk, however Antonio or someone else will always offer to take you to town or pick you up from the meeting point in the Ferrari 😜

There is no better place to literally step out of your room and sit with a drink and watch the sun set over the Med. We are already planning to go back with friends.

Our stay was memorable. It’s a family run hotel and is run efficiently and with great attention to the guests comfort and enjoyment. The view is spectacular and the environment very peaceful. Antonio helped us make the best of our stay. The shuttle was so convenient and it saved us from climbing stairs as we are of an age that we would rather not. A special thanks to Mario who is such a generous and gallant man. He surprised me with mulberries from his tree waiting at my breakfast table. The breakfast was one of the best I have had in a hotel and I have been to many. Those who appreciate beautiful gardens it’s an added joy. Perfect holiday. We will be back

Wonderful place to stay, Sep19, full of old world traditional decor and family friendliness (reminded me of my Mam-gu's in South West Wales when I was a child) blended with modern luxury (eg.pool was excellent). Excellent unique breakfast! Excellent sea views of Vico Equense (wonderful town with easy connections as on main train line Napoli to Sorrento)! Worth paying that bit more to stay at this villa, a step up in class v usual hotels. Ardderchog!! Bellisimo! Diolch/grazie mille Ketty and famiglia for the croeso/welcome!

We recently stayed at Villa Ketty -
and I have to say it is one of the most beautiful and relaxing places I have ever been - and I have traveled a lot - all over the US, Mexico, the Caribbean, England and Paris. It is owned by a very nice family and they are so nice and hospitable and they make a huge breakfast of homemade casseroles, cakes, fresh bread, jams, juice, fruits, sauces, meats and cheeses that are to die for! Theres olive, lemon, lime, fig and orange trees on the property and they keep chickens and a duck to get fresh eggs to make their own food. Beautiful big pool on property and spacious rooms with large patio balconies with some. The Ketty family is so nice and welcoming - Signora Ketty and her husband, her two daughters- Denise and Sylvia and her son in law Antonio and I cant forget Chiro, all make sure you have a wonderful time. Denise and Antonio cook the breakfast extravaganza and Sylvia is an artiste that paints all the plates, glasses, tables and pottery used there - we bought a couple to take home as souvenirs. They offer free shuttle rides into and back from town. They also own a wonderful restaurant in town, Pizza Metro, that we also recommend. Just make sure you call ahead the day of your arrival to meet at the pick up point - dont try to drive up the mountain yourself like we did - you'll never make it with the hairpin turns!

Villa Ketty is an exceptional place for so many reasons. What a find! The property itself is stunning -- a spacious, multi-level villa bedecked with lush greenery, lemon and orange trees, flowers of all colors, baskets of fruit. Everywhere you look, there's beauty in abundance. The view is of the beautiful town of Vico Equense's and its harbor to the left, and Mount Vesuvius to the right.

The hosts -- Antonio, his wife, and extended family -- take Southern Italian hospitality to a new level. They are so very good at making their guests feel warmly welcomed, with home-baked pastries on arrival, and just the right amount of attention to your needs and wants.

Breakfasts are extraordinary -- Antonio grinds wheat for the biscuits early in the morning. Food is fresh from the garden, and the spread is like nothing you've seen. Ripe tomatoes, ricotta cheese, fresh orange juice, Neapolitan pastries, cured bacon and ham, honey from the villa's beehives, different jams, sugared strawberries, croissants, the perfect cappuccino.

The villa is a very pleasant 10-minute walk to town, but if you don't feel like walking, Antoniio's father-in-law will drive you. It's a convenient location if you're traveling to Capri, Pompeii and Herculaneum -- it's a quick walk to the Circumsuviana train, and from there a quick ride to those excavation sites.

Or you could just relax and bask in the gorgeousness of Villa Ketty.

The breakfast is the most amazing thing you could ever have. Everything is either home made or made by a local farmer. The eggs come from the happy chickens in the end of the hotel garden, the cheese is from a local farm and the tomatoes are grown in their garden. The make their own fantastic bread and pastries! The service is so personal, caring and fantastic in all ways. They offer great touristic advice and drive you into the town centre or train station whenever you want. Everyone is so nice and friendly. Would definitely come back here and will recommend to all my friends and family.

A free shuttle is available to take you to and from the train station or their designated parking area for your car at their renowned pizza restaurant. The cliffside view from the rooms is stunning. The villa is on a slightly steep access road but antonio and his staff would transport you anywhere in vico equense if requested. Stayed at this beautiful Place for 4 nights. From the momet we arrived we enjoyed every single moment. The rooms were large and comfortable. The views are spectacular. The family that run this B&B are so warm and kind. The breakfast is so amazing with everything fresh and delicious. We took day trips to Capri, Amalfi and Pompei. The location was perfect. When you wake up in the morning your view is panoramic of the sea of Nalples. I’m going to miss this place! It touches your heart. I had an amazing vacation with my husband and children. Absolute Bliss !

This is our 2nd time at Villa Ketty and will be an annual event for us. On a practical level the hotel is an excellent base to visit all that the Amalfi coast has to offer. Train & Bus services between Naples and Sorrento are excellent and very cheap and cover all the stops for Vesuvius, Pompeii and Herculaneum.

The hotel itself holds a fantastic position up on the hillside overlooking the sea....it provides the most relaxed setting and days can be sent just being there around the pool unwinding. The rooms are delightful, again with fantastic views and are kept immaculate throughout your stay.

Although we find it a delightful walk up and down the hill, it may not be for all. The hotel have this covered and convey you up and down the hill into the town at your request.

At breakfast you have bread and cakes that are freshly baked every morning, freshly squeezed orange juice , eggs from their own hens and fresh coffee.

The family who run the hotel are more than 5 stars. They are so friendly and helpful, nothing is a bother to them and making your stay enjoyable is their priority.

The hotel only provides breakfast but they own a fantastic restaurant I the town called Pizza Metro. You can order from the menu and it is delivered to the hotel or if you want to eat there you are given a discount and again they call the girls to pick you up if you don’t want to walk.

What can we say?! From first getting Antonio's email giving us parking location and how we would be transferred to the hotel, to the arrival at Villa Ketty, through our stay there and (sadly) to our departure, this lovely family made us feel welcome, happy and special.

The whole team @ Villa Ketty go out of your way to make your experience feel special. Dropping you into town? No problem! Lazy day by the pool? How about some drinks and snacks! Need a late pickup as you've been out to Sorrento partying? Someone was waiting for us without us even asking!

As this is family run, everything happens at it's own pace - and if you are in the 'groove' of the way things run at Villa Ketty, you will be in for nothing more than a delight.

Thanks to Ketty, Mario, Antonio and family for all their efforts and hospitality through our stay.

Nona Ketty and family make you feel part of the family and make you feel so welcome. It’s classed as a B & B but it’s much more. The experience was wonderful, the views amazing and the family and staff shuttle you to and from the Villa to the town of Vico Equense as often as you want. They go above and beyond a normal B & B. You must come here , stayed 3 nights and so sad to leave. Also the guests are lovely. Forgot to mention the amazing breakfast, so much choice and all home made , mixture of savoury and sweet. I could go on and on but I will stop now it’s your turn to visit.

Beautifullly family hotel/villa in Vico Equense.Antonia is so welcoming and the staff were superb.Breakfast was excellent, providing a great start to the day. A range of fresh produce was on offer including their own hams,eggs, olives, juices and cheeses which are sourced locally or made by themselves.Roads are narrow leading to the Hotel and the family arrange car transport to Villa Kitty. The view from this hotel is absolutely amazing!

I really felt like part of the family, and it is family, at Villa Ketty. They were so welcoming, so charming, such lovely, wonderful people. Keep in mind, I wasn't a Top Tier guest or anything -- I'm sure others staying there paid more for their rooms. I couldn't leave my room without someone offering me coffee, tea, or a pastry, or a ride into the city center. I wanted to hug everyone there. The breakfast is to die for.

Speaking of vehicles, don't bring one. You can't drive to the B&B, anyway. The direct road is limited traffic and (currently) not paved, and you won't want to. You can't drive anything bigger than a small Fiat with the mirrors in, and without practice you'll likely scrape the vehicle on a wall or send yourself tumbling over the cliff. It is not a drive for the faint of heart or inexperienced.

Also, Villa Ketty is related (family) to Pizza a Metro, so there are perks there. :)

Breakfast, service, location - all wonderful

Where to start. Firstly, the location. With Vesuvius in the background, overlooking the ocean, and with beautiful gardens and grounds. The villa room was everything we could need and want. Upon arrival we were picked up from the station and greeted with a coffee and fresh cake and invited to relax for a while.

The team at Villa Ketty were always there to assist. From shuttling us to town, to helping with sight-seeing, and arranging other excursions and travel back to the airport.

Then breakfast... all fresh, local produce, breads, cakes, cheeses, fruits, meats, cereals, etc. all with a welcoming and warm smile.

Antonio, Madame Ketty, and the rest of the family and team, thank you for making our visit to your beautiful part of the world so special. We look forward to seeing you again when next we visit.

Best Place to Stay on Italy's Coast

By far one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. It was more like a B&B feel. Antonio and his family run the villa and make you feel like you are family from the moment you arrive. The room we stayed in was spacious and spotless with a beautiful private deck area overlooking the bay of Naples. We couldn't have asked for a better view. The breakfast was something I had never experienced before. Everything was fresh from their garden and created with love...fresh fruit, fresh baked bread, cheese, meats, olives, eggs, etc. beautifully displayed and with another fantastic view in the eating area. The staff was super helpful...anytime you needed a lift to the town center they were available and whenever you needed a lift back you just needed to call. We had a car and parking was free in a nearby lot. Antonio suggested places to go and even helped me to find out my grandmother's birthplace in Vico Equense. When we left he gave us a jar of home made figs in limoncello. I would HIGHLY recommend this villa to others and have intensions of going back in the near future. Thank you! A+++

Fantastic place to stay !!!!!

I had excellent communication from the hotel prior to travelling. They advised us to get the bus from Naples Airport to Vico Equinse and they would pick us up.This only cost 10 euros and was so simple to use. We were picked up and taken to Villa Ketty where it was like staying with an Italian family.

So friendly and helpful, nothing was to much trouble and they catered well for the fact that I was vegan. The rooms were extremely rustic italian feeling and the views from both the windows and the balcony area are breath taking. The walk down into the town was very pleasant and I felt I was in a real Italian town and not a tourist centre.

Our only regret is that we were only there 3 days as we would have loved to spend some days out doing tourist things and other days chilling by the pool which has a delightful setting. A great pace to relax and unwind.

The family also own a restaurant in the town, Pizza A Metro Da Gigino .....food and service was excellent and the lift back to Villa Ketty much appreciated after the very palitable house wine. : -)

A great non touristy base for easy access both to the Sorrento and Naples and everything in between. Excellent bus, road and train service which is easy and cheap to use.
