Our room was renovated and brand new, something of a Vegas kitschy style. Absolutely loved the blue velour couch. The bathroom was awesome too with tiles that look like hardwood, so it’s like you’re showering in the forest cabin.
The owner is so very nice and even drove us to dinner at no charge into the town.
The property is a thing out of romance novels. A seaside cliff resort with beach bar, pool, hot tub, and loungers.
Stop scrolling and book this place.

Nothing beats this location. It is by far the best accommodation in Ulcinj. Beautiful on a rock, private beach, view on the old town. And with just a short (but steep) hike you are in the old town where all the restaurants are.
The food isn’t that good in the restaurant, so go to town for your lunch & dinner.
We both had to work during the week and the place was excellent for that. We had the duplex unit, so we both had our own floor to work. Wifi is really bad, but we each bought a sim card that gave a fast connection.

Really lovely family-run boutique hotel with nice pool area (including pool bar) and private beach. It’s quite hard to get to along a dark windy road, but is walking distance to the old town and the plaza beyond.
Room was very clean and comfortable, although our safe didn’t work and the kettle was broken (however this was swiftly replaced). Breakfasts were good and the host was very attentive - he’s always on hand. We also received a little goody bag when we left.

Amazing

Had such a relaxing stay. Pristine resort - immaculate gardens & views to die for. Lovey modern room with large balcony & view of ocean & the old city. Nice 10min walk to old town, but honestly the resort was so nice I barely wanted to leave the pool. Food was great too, breakfast & had some dinners there also. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Wonderful - the nicest hotel we’ve stayed at on a long holiday in the area. Stunning views from rooms, restaurant, pool & beach. Spacious & beautiful rooms, with great air conditioning. Even has a small playground. Parking no issues. Food was fabulous. Staff so helpful & friendly. Stayed 3 nights & it was so relaxing - sad to leave. Hope to stay again.

Lovely hotel with great views and great bar and jetty by the sea. Not nearly enough storage and a few things were falling apart but very stylish so we didn’t mind too much. Scary road to the property but you get used to it! Old town nice but avoid the new town beach- horrendously dirty and crowded.

Amazing stay

Nice modern apartment with excellent sea view. Friendly, helpful staff, particularly the guy serving in the restaurant. Highly recommend. Only negative is that the bar area wasn’t open in the evenings.

Great apartments in a beautiful location

Fantastic place to stay. Beautiful location overlooking private beach. Our apartment had balcony with view across the bay to the old town. Waiters and reception staff so friendly and helpful. Food was excellent - all freshly cooked and they catered brilliantly for my gluten free diet. There were plenty of vegetarian options too.

Wir waren überwältigt von der wunderschönen Unterkunft. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, sauberes Zimmer. Es hatte stets ausreichend Liegen für alle Gäste. Das Wasser zum Baden unmittelbar beim privaten Strand war sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr abwechslungsreich, vielfältig. Die Ausgangsmeile ist unmittelbar in der Nähe und zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Am letzten Abend habe wir im Hotel Abend gegessen und es war sehr fein.
Wir würden immer wieder diese Unterkunft in Ulqin buchen.
Absolut empfehlenswert.

Vårt smultronställe!

Det är knappt att man vill berätta om detta extraordinära hotell, på samma sätt som man inte berättar om ens bästa svampställen. Hotellet ligger helt fantastiskt på en klippa ut mot havet. Vi hade slående utsikt var vi än befann oss, rummet, frukostmatsalen, strandbaren, överallt denna underbara utsikt. Personalen var väldigt trevlig och man kändes sig som personliga vänner med alla. Hotellets ägare cirkulerade och hjälpte till där det behövdes för stunden. Ibland plockade han disk på frukosten, på kvällen kunde han slå sig ner vid ett bord och prata med gästerna. När vi skulle lämna hotellet och ville beställa taxi till stationen, vem tror ni dyker upp och skjutsar oss? Jo hotellägaren förstås!
Om vi ändå ska nämna något mindre positivt så ligger hotellet ca 15 min promenad utanför centrum och vägen är väldigt smal och krokig så man kan knappt förstå att biltrafik är tillåten. Vi har starka ben och det var inget problem att gå in till centrum men om man inte är så rörlig ska man tänka sig för. Det gäller förövrigt även inne på hotellområdet. Vi hade 89 trappsteg från stranden till vårt rum. Vi är tacksamma att vi fått chansen att bo på detta hotell.

Nous rentrons d’une semaine où nous avons passés un séjour magique. Il est vrai que la situation est magique , paisible, c est très appréciable ( piscine, accès plage privee). l’ensemble du personnel est vraiment exceptionnel. Sans oublier une mention spéciale pour le propriétaire et son fils toujours aux petits soins pour nous et notre petit de 16 mois.
Allez y les yeux fermés !

We stayed for 6 nights in this wonderful location. The hotel felt like a dream. Kept pinching myself the whole time because it was beyond expectations!! You can spend the whole day at the pool or the beach where you can directly access to. The kid was happy too.

The food at restaurant is delicious too. Just a tiny issue, they don’t serve lunch but open from 2pm after you had great breakfast / brunch.
The staff is all lovely and kind, they make sure if your stay is comfortable with no problem. Thank you again!

The road to the hotel is quite steepy and winding but if you walk for less than 10 minutes you’ll arrive to the beautiful old town that you can explore or super markets. We bought the water bottles etc there and brought hotel a few times.

Just one thing if I have to… I usually hate seeing bugs.. we did see some of them in our room (tiny spiders, red ants, or such…) but it didn’t bother because the hotel is just marvelous!!

The best holiday ever. I already miss relaxing at their pool. Want to spend every summer here.

Superbe hôtel sans trop de chambres vue slédide surveillance le ville d Ulcinj avec coucher de soleil à couper le souffle chambre spacieuse le seul bémol les marches n’est pas adapté pour les non sportifs ,une remarque pour les transats en bord de plage il faudrait surveiller afin d éviter que des personnes mettent leur serviette toute la journée sans venir, et aussi éviter que des personnes prennent 10 transats pour 5 selon l’exposition au soleil !!!! Le restaurant est correct mais peu varié ,petit déjeuner superbe et variée car nous avons passé 4 jours et chaque jour des nouveautés

Der Weg zum Hotel ist ziemlich eng und schwierig zu fahren. Am besten das Auto bei der Unterkunft lassen. :)

Минусы: маленькая парковка, ранее время check out (в 10.00), отсутствие приватности (балкон номера с видом на соседние номера и террасу ресторана), с утра до вечера шум и запах от работающей кухни.

La vue est superbe, piscine et accès à la mer en étage avec jolis espaces verts .. le petit déjeuner est varié et très bon ( sauf jus D’orange). Le restaurant pratique des prix convenables, bref nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Merci .

L'accueil était parfait, le petit déjeuner en buffet très copieux, varié et complet.
L'emplacement de 1er choix et la vue époustouflante.
L'appartement spacieux, la plage privée superbe.
La route pour y accéder est quelque peu étroite et mouvementée, on ne peut se croiser, alors les marches arrière sont légions, mais c'est une des particularités du Monténégro.
Le Patron est charmant et notre serveur, qui travaille beaucoup, est toujours disponible et souriant.
Très bel endroit.

Der var ingen Rengøring på værelset, hvilket ikke er ok, når man er der en uge.
Heller ikke skift af sengetøj eller håndklæder.

Eneida besticht durch ihre einzigartige Lage direkt an der Steilküste mit einer eigenen Badebucht mit Liegeterrassen und Badesteg sowie einem kleinen Pool auf einem Felsvorsprung. Schade, dass man nach 18 Uhr nicht mehr in den Pool darf. Die am Hang verschachtelt angeordneten Apartmenthäuser sind in eine gepflegte Gartenanlage mit alten Olivenbäumen eingebettet. Alles ist sehr sauber und man bekommt vom Eigentümer und der gesamten Mannschaft eine sehr persönliche Betreuung. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist vielseitig und reichhaltig und jeden Tag auf der Terrasse frühstücken ist einfach toll. Die Altstadt mit einem reichhaltigen Restaurantangebot und dem touristischen Trouble ist in ca. 20 min zu Fuß sehr gut zu erreichen. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden und zur Not wird eben jede verfügbare Lücke ausgenutzt. Einzig die Zufahrt ist spannend. Wie schon viele geschrieben haben, ist die kleine Küstenstraße zum Hotel extrem eng und kurvenreich, so dass Gegenverkehr zur Rangierkunst wird. irgendwie klappt es aber immer. Nur Mut! Belohnt wird man aber durch die einzigartige Lage!

Sehr schöne ruhige lage mit eigenem meerzugang ausserhalb des trubels und hauptstrand. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites personal, leckeres frühstück. Anreise muss bis 20 uhr erfolgen weil die zugangsstrasse gesperrt wird. Zimmer auch sehr schön mit balkon. Rundum zu empfehlen

Отель очень понравился, персонал не навязчивый, но всегда выполняет просьбы быстро и качественно. Хозяин отеля Али хороший и ответственный человек, каждое утро персонально подходит интересуется всё-ли нравится, как здоровье, очень приятно. Берите машину в аренду и объедите всю Черногорию. Мы даже в Албанию посетили. Всем рекомендую этот отель.

Fast perfekter Aufenthalt

Wir waren eine Woche in Ulcinj und haben an der Unterkunft wenig auszusetzen. Die Gastgeber waren sehr höflich und freundlich, das Frühstück war nicht ganz so umfangreich wie man es von den großen Ketten kennt, qualitätsmäßig dafür aber deutlich besser (frisches Brot - jeden Tag), das einzige was hier auszusetzen wäre ist der Kaffee der leider nicht so ganz mit dem sonst perfekten Frühstück mithalten kann. Der Privatstrand (oder eher Terasse) ist ruhig gelegen, es ist immer ein Platz frei und auch der Pool war Ende April schon geöffnet (wenn auch sehr kalt). Die Zimmer sind geräumig und komfortabel, das Bett ist möglicherweise für manche etwas hart, genauso wie die Möbel, was allerdings Kritik auf hohem Niveau ist. Das einzige echte Manko ist das Internet. WLAN war ungefähr in der Hälfte des Zimmers problemlos (ca. 5-6 Mbit) und in der anderen Hälfte kaum bis gar nicht zu empfangen. Es gab Tagesabschnitte (meistens Nachmittags oder am frühen Abend) an dem das Internet gar nicht funktionierte, was aber nach Mitteilung an die Rezeption gelöst wurde. Hätte ich nicht während meinem Aufenthalt auch arbeiten müssen hätte mich das auch nicht weiter gestört. Denke diesen Punkt kann man noch optimieren. Ansonsten ist das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis top und meiner Meinung nach schwer zu schlagen.

Pobyt mój i żony był tylko dwu dobowy jako przerywnik w dłuższej podróży. Dla mnie położenie znakomite (nie koniecznie dla żony obarczonej pewną doza lęku przestrzeni). Obiekt polecam osobom sprawnym ruchowo(duża wysokość nad przylegającą plażą i jeżeli własnym samochodem to sprawnym kierowcom. Poza tym wszystko super(dla mnie również super to o czym w poprzednim zdaniu pisałem). Rozważę spędzenie wakacji w tym obiekcie w przyszłym roku.
