My stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful.

The staff was incredibly attentive, polite, and always available to help with anything we needed. The breakfast offered a great variety and everything was delicious. The front desk was always ready to assist us, making our experience even more pleasant.

The beach area was amazing — spacious and very well maintained — and the pool was also great. Every member of the team was kind and welcoming throughout our stay.

Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The hotel is very clean and up to date, but the parking is very tight and limited, luckily you can park on a lot of the side streets for free and overnight. The bathrooms are small. Staff is very friendly and helpful and the beach is great! I have celiac and they were very accomodating preparing gluten free foods for breakfast. I can’t comment on lunch or dinner as we didn’t eat here. (Buffet only) I would recommend it.

Clean & tidy but disappointing!

Considering this a 4 star we were disappointed. The room was only set up for one person so immediately had to go and afk for extra towels. The room was comfortable and clean but you couldn’t swing a cat in the bathroom - very compact! The breakfast was OK but not the best I have had in my travels across Europe in the past week - catering for a very sweet tooth. I would rate this hotel as a 3 star definitely not 4! Although we were out of season and they had decorators in … might have more of an atmosphere in busy season.

Best Adriatic & local area views. This Hotel is the first one on the beach strip so the views from our room were the best Adriatic & local area views you could possible get.
There is a restaurant on site but there are lots of other places to try, in the near vicinity.
We would recommend this Hotel to any of our friends & family.

The sea lion hotel was in a perfect location ,with a fantastic view .our room was faultless fantastic view from balcony and an amazing view for seeing the sun rise .
There was a supermarket just a few minutes away and very close to some great restaurants ,ice cream parlours etc

Nice modern hotel in Montesilvano.
Great to have a pool, but the lifeguard played the music SO LOUD that went had to leave and go to the beach. Then, Marco approached us to say the beach chairs had been reserved - even though we paid the resort fee, and there were no signs we could see discussing such requirement. It was frustrating.
Morning breakfast was good other than the powdered orange juice. Location was fantastic, but roads are closed evenings from 8pm-1230am due to a daily festival. Would have been good to know this as it was hard to figure out how to get to the hotel.

This hotel is irresponsible the cleaning lady asked me to leave the door open for her to clean the room when I got back late that night at 11 o’clock the door was left open the whole day luckily I didn’t lose anything regardless I think this could put a dent on your vacation. ☹️😡

Great location with nice facilities, but average rooms and odd surprises.

Additionally, I ended up being charged for more than the agreed upon rate on Expedia. Get ready for some hidden fees for the use of the beach - even if you don't plan on using it.

The room was so-so, with lots of marks on the walls, a pretty uncomfortable bed, and a light burnt out in the bathroom. Also, expect cleaners to enter your room even if you've marked it 'Do Not Disturb'.

The free breakfast was nice, but for other meals, the restaurant would advertise one menu, but offer another. I just ended up going elsewhere.

That being said, the location is wonderful and close to many restaurants and shops. The pool was fantastic, and the staff were helpful.

Lovely stay. Room could have been bigger but lovely views from balcony. Unfortunately neighbouring hotels like to be noisy into early hours of morning. All staff were great apart from the male at reception who gave us very little info about the hotel. We watched other customers checking in with different reception staff and were receiving far more info. We were never offered all inclusive stay.

This hotel is perfect. The staff is extremely helpful. Any questions were solved immediately. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The beach is just right outside the building. I would like to personally note Michelle - manager at the front desk. He is very intelligent, fluently!!! speaking English and doing all the the best for your amazing vacation. And Marco - beach guy- did his work with high quality. All beach area was always clean and safe! Ladies in the restaurant were fast and cared about every guest!!! Thanks a lot to Sea Lion Hotel for fantastic vacation. Definitely, this place makes me want to go back ;)!!!

Great hotel and fantastic staff

Way exceeded our expectations! Staff was friendly and accommodating and location is unbeatable. Relaxing beach and pool and very close to many great restaurants. Definitely value for money. Very good for the family - we were very pleasantly surprised that when we booked a room for 4 that we ended up getting 2 adjoining rooms - 1 for the kids with a bunk bed and one for us. Highly recommended.

Hotel is clean and neat but it's not 4* definitely.
Reception is helpful and friendly (some of FO agents did not speak English) but waiting staff is a disaster .
For example we went to evening meal part of us were All Inclusive part not, the waiter wouldn't let us sit together despite that restaurant was almost empty. He was very rude and throwing plates on table instead of putting them. He spilled some sauce on my husbands shirt. Surprising thing he was a head waiter so he should set an example, not giving the worst service among them.
Another thing wi - fi very poor.

Great location on the beach but a tired hotel

The location of this hotel is perfect: right on the beach. Inside though, the hotel is generally worn out and tired and needs some refurbishment. It is certainly not 4* standard. Also, everything is a squeeze. Squeeze your car into the minute car park if you are lucky. Squeeze into the tiny lifts with your luggage if you can. And our bathroom was a tight squeeze too. It is a good job we didn't have a great deal of time to sample everything in the ample breakfast: check-out is a ridiculous 10am.

Disappointing Hotel - Not deserving its star ratin

This is apparently a 4 star hotel but I would not even rate it as 2 star. Firstly our veranda door would not close so we had to place a walking stick in the track to ensure security. Secondly, we arrived and was not given any information regarding breakfast which apparently was supposed to be included and we never got. On arrival, the reception girl had minimal English and spent her time trying to get me to pay extra for use of the beach!!! We have booked a seaside hotel so use of the beach should be a certain and at no extra charge! The rooms have no coffee or tea making facilities and are extremely plain. The bed was the worst I have ever experienced as it was like lying on the floor. We were given a room next to the stairwell and noise would carry into our room.
We paid AUS$260 for this room overnight and were so disappointed with its quality. Would not recommend this hotel!

Great on beach location

The staff was friendly and spoke pretty good English. The only two things that were below expectations were the parking lot was VERY small which made parking a major pain when the hotel was booked. The second thing was the room picture on Hotels.com info was not anywhere close to the actual room. The actual room was nice, but about 1/2 the size of the picture and did not have a sofa, table or lounge chairs like was shown in the picture. It was not a big issue for me, but if you are looking for a comfy sofa or chair to relax and watch TV in before bed, the superior room does not have it. On the upside the view from the rooms are awesome, it is right on the beach, the food is good, internet is free and you have a huge number of little bar's and cafe's within easy walking distance.

Das Hotel ist super gut direkt am Meer gelegen, verfügt über tolle Lademöglichkeiten für Elektroautos direkt ab grosser PV Anlage welche das Parking überdeckt.
Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Leider benötigt das Hotel einiges an Renovation und ich würde es heute nicht als 4* Hotel bezeichnen.
Schade, dass der Dokorstion so gut wie keine Beachtung geschenkt wird. Das Hotel wirkt sehr kahl und lieblos.
Für 2-3 Tage ok, aber für längere Ferien können wir das Hotel nicht empfehlen.

Il dispose d'un parking pour 10€/jour.
La chambre disposait d'un grand lit parental et de lits superposés, literie confortable, balcon donnant sur mer.
Le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet à volonté est bien fourni.
Pescara est une ville de bord de plage sans aucun intérêt particulier.

Então..... para um hotel categoria \"4 estrelas\" , precisam fazer inúmeros reparos: banheiro ruim ( box minúsculo , uma pessoa mais forte não conseguiria usar ), assento do vaso sanitário em condições ruins , área externa suja ( varanda). Senti falta de uma máquina de café e uma chaleira . No frigobar apenas água e copos de plástico....
Ruim. Três estrelas já seriam mais que o suficiente.
Café da manhã bom . Funcionários muito atenciosos e educados. Localização boa .

Nous avons passé un bon séjour, l’hôtel est très bien placé au bord de la plage, nous avons eu une superbe vue mer de la chambre et du balcon ! Le petit déjeuner est bon mais il manque un peu de salé. Dommage qu’ils obligent le bonnet pour la piscine par contre pour la plage nous avons pu utiliser les transats quand on le souhaitait.

I expected much more from this hotel from the pictures but also the price.
This hotel's advantege is the beach. The hotel looks nice from the outsider, and the staff is friendly. The cleaning get top-rate. It takes an efford to keep the very old and wornout room looking acceptable. The design of this hotel is so outdated. Where's the Italien nice design and beautiful lamps and light? The rooms are in depression colurs, it's dark and grey nothing on the walls only an old black/white picture of Sofia Loren over the bed (where you don't even see it! However the bed is fine.
The restaurant could be wonderfull with the view, But it's almost like a cafeteria. Put at least some flower on the tables. The food was okay nothing more.

Negative:
1. Very noisy at evenings. The hotel next to Sea Lion had outdoor parties with very loud music every single night. If this would be mentioned I would not have chosen Sea Lion.
2. Breakfast was odd. No sliced cheese and you have to wait for personnel to have it sliced it to you, sometimes standing in row :). Lot of cakes and sweet pastries ut very limited selection of vegetables, and fruits.
3. Frequent problems with lock of the room door. Frustrating.

Struttura davvero molto bella ed elegante.
Al mio arrivo il check-in è stato molto rapido ed il personale molto gentile.
La camera molto molto deludente, arredi molto datati e muri totalmente sporchi, sicuramente da rvedere. Ok la pulizia e, cosa non da pocco, un vel balcone ampio che affacciava sulla spiaggia.
Nel comolesso ci tornerei con la speranza di trovare una camera migliore

Voglio essere generoso e concedere 3 stelle su 5 ad un hotel che si presenta come 4 stelle (forse 20 anni fa). Premetto che il personale e lo staff sia a colazione che in reception sono stati super gentili e disponibili ma la camera singola che ho prenotato era veramente angusta (praticamente uno sgabuzzino) cosa che non ti aspetti da un 4 stelle che dovrebbe avere certi standard.
Altra nota davvero dolente è stata in più occasioni l'assenza di personal al bar per avere un semplice caffè (la prima volta si è dovuta molto gentilemente \"prestare\" la receptionist - cosa che ho molto apprezzato, la seconda volta non è mai arrivato nessuno). Ora capisco che i primi di novembre non sia alta stagione ma se come anche confermato dal personale l'hotel è in sold out è letteralmente pazzesco che un hotel 4 stelle in Italia non abbia nessuno al bar per acqua, caffè o altro.

Ripeto, sono stato generoso.

La struttura è ben tenuta, le camere e il bagno sono grandi, pulite, hanno tutte un terrazzo, alcune molto grande con bella con vista. Tranquillità e relax, grazie anche alla discrezione dello staff e della clientela, personale sempre disponibile, dalla reception ai servizi di ristorazione, bar e servizio in spiaggia.
La spiaggia è privata ben tenuta, molto accogliente si trova sotto l’hotel, ottimo il servizio del responsabile, il sig. Marco.
Il chioschetto tra la piscina e la spiaggia è molto comodo per fare aperitivo o stare all’ombra nelle ore più calde.
Parcheggio interno gestito dalla reception. Check in/check out veloce.
Unico neo negativo, il gruppo doccia all'interno della camera, anche se dotato di varie funzioni è risultato un pò vetusto.

Molto buona la posizione dell'hotel con accesso diretto alla spiaggia. molto buono anche il servizio in spiaggia da parte del bagnino. Buona il servizio di colazione. Purtroppo nel periodo del nostro soggiorno l'hotel stava facendo una manutenzione dell'edificio e quindi alcuni servizi non erano disponibili come il centro benessere (anche causa COVID). Forse andrebbe curato meglio l'arredamento (il frigo bar non funzionava e aircon era molto rumoroso) e alcuni servizi (ascensore \"sinistramente\" rumoroso)

Perfekt für einen Kurztrip

Für einen Kurztrip ganz OK. Da man Corona-bedingt auf viel verzichten muss, darf man mit der Kritik auch nicht all zu streng werden.
Wir waren mit Motorrädern 2 Nächte dort und konnten diese direkt im Innenhof (der durch ein automatisches Tor verschlossen war), parken.
Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr freudnlich und hilfsbereit. Den Strand haben wir auch 1 Tag genutzt = sehr sauber.
Die Zimmer waren auch ganz OK und sauber.
Einziger Kritikpunkt war das Frühstück, das bestand hauptsächlich aus Süßem und die Auswahl war nicht sehr groß.
Alles in allem ganz nett für 2 Nächte.

Gut 😌

Der Empfang war freundlich, das Zimmer mit Sea view (Teilblick) war 👍, leider war im Hotel alles andere geschlossen ( Bar, Restaurant, Pool, Fitness, SPA usw.) Das Frühstück war hervorragend und hat Freude gemacht.

Séjour agréable on a apprécié la plage privée un bémol sur le petit déjeuner répétitif et sur le réveil en fanfare tous les matins 8h30 par les femmes de ménage !!! Nous avons été déçus par la vue d’une des chambres qui donnait sur les blocs de ventilations

Chech-in rapido, hotel pulito e confortevole, colazione varia e di qualità.
Mi è stato inoltre riconosciuto gratuitamente un upgrade della camera (avevo prenotato una doppia e mi è stata assegnata una suite).
Onestamente non penso che si possa chiedere di più.
Per via dell'arrivo in tarda serata, non ho potuto usufurire dell'area wellness: avrò modo di testarla alla prossima occasione, che non mancherà certamente.

La posizione sulla spiaggia e allo stesso tempo vicina sia al centro che ai vari outlet comoda per passeggiate o per lo shopping buona colazione servita nella sala con vista mare camere da rimodernare
