The room was so hot didn't have no ac at all. Laundry was broken down didn't work. The staff really never cared about anything. They are so slow sometimes they never bring me my towels. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone else

The rooms are dated but my room was clean. I didn’t see any bugs or anything. The walls seem rather thin. The beds were comfortable. Lighting was very dim, TV didn’t work until my husband fixed it. When we first got there the maintenance man had to break into the room with a pry bar because the key card didn’t work. The manager did not like me paying through Expedia, she said she could give me a better price but in fact the local newspaper said the rooms were a certain price but when I questioned why she was charging over $150 more she said bc I was already a guest when I explained I was paying for the next few days so I explained that it should be like a new reservation she then changed it and said she only had 1 room at that rate and she had already rented it out that morning. This was at 10:30am and check in is not until 3:00 unless you are already my a guest. I never had housekeeping, I cleaned my own room and did my own laundry. There was no coffee maker, hairdryer, iron or kitchenette like described. I ended up leaving bc I felt like she was lying about the room price. We did not get our deposit bs k that she made me pay after I had already booked the room through Expedia. I may be wrong but I felt like she was pocketing some of the money she was upcharging. But she was nice, No one was rude and as I said my room was clean and free of bugs.

Got a bad vibe when I passed 2 police cars leaving the motel. Had to pay a $50. damage fee (refunded) or police call to motel. Room fairly clean but outdated, exposed plumbing pipe, curtain did not cover entire window. (10\"gap). Stay here at you own risk!!!

Where to start. The front desk lady was rude because my flight was late and I was checking in after midnight. There were no batteries for the remote control for the TV, therefore no TV. They had NO replacement batteries on the premises. Then the cream on the top, I turned in the bathroom lights and 5 or more roaches suddenly started scurrying about. I went in the shower room and immediately saw a huge spider web, with a spider eating a recent catch. There was mold all over the bathroom. This was the most unsanitary conditions I’ve ever experienced. On top of all this, even though I did NOT stay, they refused to give me a refund, forcing me to call my bank and dispute the charges. Both the night clerk and the property manager, Crystal, were mean, nasty, aggressive women who did NOT care one bit about the inhumane living conditions. I have never experienced such nastiness and blatant disregard for human dignity. Unbelievable!

Not a hotel - it’s a cheap boarding house.

This is NOT a hotel. It is only extended stay and will not accept reservations made on your website. Was told that it would cost thousands of dollars to rent.

Since reservation was not honored, had to get a room at Red Roof Inn that cost over $200!

This was false advertisement.

It’s also a DUMP and lots of very sketchy people and activities were observed immediately.

I want refund for hotel we had to stay in. If I knew beforehand I could have a room for around $100 at same place. Since it was last minute emergency to get room (I had the flu and was very sick so we had to find a REAL hotel). It cost over $200.

We did not even stay. Room was horrible. No elevator. Smelly. Lights did not work. Clientele around the property was scetchy. I asked for a refund and they told me to come back in the morning as the clerk had only been there 2 months and was not authorized to refund us. We found another hotel at 11:39 that night.

Roach hotel construction dump!

The hotel was under construction, and was more like a homeless camp than a hotel. The front desk girl gave me two keys to check which room I wanted. The room was not fit for living and the second on had roaches. I decided not to stay and will be looking to retrieve my money.

After booking a room and traveling multiple hours with my girlfriend and our pet to stay in said room, upon arriving I was met with a unexpected large fee that we did not currently have with no warning nowhere in the booking and nowhere on secondary site saying anything about the fee. As I tried to cancel my cancel and refund got denied because the room was booked at 7:00 p.m. in the evening but somehow they expected me to check in at 2:00 p.m. in the day 9 hours previous to when we even booked, so after fighting with the business and the travel agency for 2 hours in a parking lot hours away from home instead of sleeping on a street in the middle of nowhere we used what money we had left for gas and traveled all the way back home empty-handed and wasting more than just the booking but gas food and time. I will never recommend Expedia to anybody ever in my life and as far as Americorps ends goes I would notrecommend it if they were already dead. The woman working the desk was fine she tried to help me and she had explained to me that multiple times now she has talked to management about posting their booking fees and other important information on their listings and they refuse to do so. Only in today's world could a company take your money give you nothing in return, refuse to give your money back and pretty much tell you to get lost . Sicking display of corporate greed.

The hotel cancelled my reservation the day before because they only deal with a week or longer stay because it was race weekend. I booked the room in Oct. The desk person made a call to the manager who wasn't able to contact me due to not having my phone number. My number was on the reservation request. After a long discussion she decided to give me a room. The room was their most current remodeled room that they had. The room was not the best as the bathroom pluming needs redone as the toilet didn't flush and the shower didn't work. The paper roll was missing. The walls and floor haven't been remodeled. The key card maker wasn't working so we didn't get room cards. Towels were old, thin, and dirty. I am very disappointed, and I will never return, nor will I recommend this hotel to anyone

My girlfriend and I were in town for a Pool tournament and we went to check in and the clerk charged my card then asked me to go check two rooms to decide which room we wanted. After reviewing the 1st room (107) I immediately knew this was not somewhere my girlfriend and I could stay comfortably. The floor was nasty, stained and filthy like something had been killed in there. The bathroom was also not cleaned. The bed looked very unstable and uncomfortable, the smell of the room was grotesque. Americort, Johnson City...DO BETTER!!!

I did not stay at this hotel we cancelled the same day because it was dirty, not well maintained and a hurricane was on its way that did alot of flood damage around the area. Expedia is giving me a hard time to get my refund. I am not ever going to use Expedia after this. 10/10 would not recommend staying at this hotel. My husband and I checked in after booking a stay for a week, and we only stayed two hours. The bath tub was broken and leaking. There were roaches coming from behind everywhere. I mean everywhere, from under the fridge, under the dresser, from behind pictures above the bed. We went up to the front desk and checked out, explained why we were leaving, and they said they would email us a receipt of us checking out and refund our money to our bank. They never did that, instead I received a phone call from the manager a week later saying they were going to have to charge us for an extra day because we never checked out. It was an all around bad experience and I would not recommend anybody stay here.

For $50 its nothing I can complain about.
But its an old hotel with a little shady area.atraces are wrapped in plastic - I assume because some guest have flees or something else.
If your just looking for a stay for a night and you wanna safe some money this property is still fine. But I would only go there as a group of men and never with women (they will probably feel uncomfortable there).

This place is disturbing. 6 of us pulled in, having previouy made reservations. We were all given keys to our rooms, and were told go check out our rooms to see what we thought. Of the 6 rooms, one was recently remoded and pretty decent. The others were frightening. Stained draperies, holes and stains on the walls, linoleum floor buckling, poorly lit. My friend said it looked like maybe somewhere a murder would take place. And, we also witnessed a segment of America that is troubling. This place houses the poor, including children.

It should not be available for rent by the general public. It serves a different segment of the population.

NASTY this place looks like a drug house, disgusting is an understatement. People setting outside everywhere looked like they were drugged up The room was worse., upon entering the room smell like it had been closed and molded for years ,flip the light on and there was dirt and dust all over the floors all over everything no plug-in receptacles except for two in the bathroom and in the room, we only had one light. The TV didn’t work,we left the one lamp on and the bathroom lights in the event that there were roaches, which I’m sure there were but thankfully we didn’t see any. The Blanket-had burn holes in it from cigarettes. The sheets were stained up so we stripped the bed down to the bottom sheet and laid out three blankets that we had brought to cover the pillows and bed as to not have to touch any of that to sleep on. 10 out of 10 the nastiest hotel I have ever been in. The box spring had a stain looked like dried blood down the side and the mattress was like cardboard on springs. Sleep in your car before you sleep here it’s that bad. We did not spend the entire night. We left after sleeping a couple hours and checked out and went to a different hotel.

Exact words from the clerk trying to get old computer system to work, \" no training and no time to figure it out cause I'm dealing with crack heads, cops and trying not to get shot\" Literally roaches on beds and in refrigerator. After we got our room key and finally found our room since the hostess gave us wrong directions, we were hit with a VERY strong scent of bug killer when we opened our door. There were dead bugs in the bath tub on the sink area and by the tv we turned right around and left. When took the key back to front told her we could NOT stay there all she said was ok. When I arrived, lady said no rooms available. When I made the reservation it said it was the last room. Lady said she tried to call, but I do not know why she could not get through. This hotel is a long distance from the interstate, so I was quite disappointed in driving all that way for no room. We went to the next town and got a room ok. I will be reluctant to use your service again.

Facility should be condemned. Rooms smelled, no towels in room. Bed stunk, could only find 1 channel on TV which didn't fit on its stand. Room felt unsafe, and it would take no effort to bust the door off its hinges. Had to cancel reservation and find a hotel that had all the things that made my stay feel safe and secure.

Amercourt is set up more for homeless or vagrant people who don't mind having rugs all frayed and stains throughout the room. No towels, no hangers for clothes, and about 1/4 of a roll of TP. I will never ever go to or recommend Amercourt to anyone.

Very shocked at the condition of this property. I thought I could just slip into clean sheets since everything else was dirty, but even when I pulled down the bedding, it was stained. There were so many signs this place hadn’t been cleaned- to include sunblock and fruit stickers on the lamp and wall, crumbs on top of the microwave, and pubic hair on the toilet. I only lasted about 10mins and left. Waiting for the manager’s response about a refund still…

It was not… what I expected to see at all. It isn’t anything to look at-in fact you really wouldn’t want to look at it. It was a ‘smoke-free’ room but it reeked of smoke. And mold i think? There was blood on the bathroom door too.
Positives though- it was nice and quiet, that’s something I suppose.

First off this reservation was made online and the hotel required me to put down a 50$ deposit which I was guaranteed to get back by Ashley at the front desk upon checkout but still haven't received. This room was completely discussing it looked like something out of a horror movie; dirty dark due to a lack of lightbulbs ciggerette burns on comforter and sheets of my supposed king size bed that wasn't nearly a full size mattress. The remote was missing and plug ins were falling out of the wall I was scared the whole time this place would go up in flames but no surprise if all rooms were like this one. I'm disabled and needed ground floor but had to go upstairs. I overheard front desk clerk Ashley telling a potential customer on the phone that monthly stays r always put in the back of the building which was where I was in 265. There was a microwave but no mini fridge. There is no way that this room had been cleaned by anyone remotely professional much like whatever they got going on at the front desk. I would have cancelled this in a heartbeat if I could've but of course there was a no cancellation policy online so I knew I was just screwed into paying for a room that i got stuck with that had to be the absolute worst I have ever seen to be a chain. Now I know why the no cancellation policy.. if ppl weren't forced to stay there there wouldnt be anybody staying there. I hope this hotel hires some pro cleaning ppl or goes out of business either way good riddance trashy place

The Hotel staff was AMAZING, they were courteous, friendly, and super attentive to all of my needs from printing out concert tickets that i ordered online to late night door key replacement.(thanks Christian) The rooms are just a little outdated but that is reflected in the price. If you are looking for a quick stay on A low budget or are just thrifty i would recomend this hitel

Do not stay here

Hotel is in a bad part of town. A lot of drugs being done out in the open. Room was not clean and run down. They kept hitting my debit card over drawing my account for over $90 for a deposit which is supposed to be refunded. It has now been 2 days and no refund of deposit. Will not stay there again and will not recommend to anyone.
