This hotel does not have a lift. I have mobility issues and was on a 2 week trip. Getting my luggage the second floor took a lot of effort. Other than that the hotel was clean and on a good location.

This boutique hotel is a hidden unassuming gem. Near Trevi fountain without the crowds. Comfy bed, clean quiet room made up every day. Exterior and stairway to room classy and classical Rome. Blackout curtains. Warm hot shower. And we had control of room temp. Next door restaurant had a tasty lunch and friendly servers for late sleepers. Staff really helpful with transportation directions and needs.

We just spent one night at Giuturna. The front desk was very friendly and checkin pretty quick. Our rooms was clean but the bed was very uncomfortable. If you are looking for a quiet stay, maybe this location is not for you. Lot of noise all night long, local traffic and trucks serving the restaurants close by.

The room and lobby were very clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the air conditioning did not work and the room was very warm. We couldn’t leave the window open because the street noise was overwhelming. The location was great! Easy to get around town and many sites were walkable.

The staff was very kind, the room clean and comfortable the problem was the A/C. I can’t sleep without it. I tried to open the window to refresh the room but the noise outside didn’t let me sleep, also the hotel doesn’t have an elevator so we had to carry our suitcases up and down the stairs. Anyway was an experience and the location it’s excellent!!

It's very well placed for transport around Rome. An interesting and attractive building with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfasts were good.
The main problem was that the room was so hot that we couldn't sleep properly for the six nights we stayed. This was because, they said, that apparently the air-conditioning only works seasonally, rather than according to the temperature at the time.
There was also a strange smell in our room at the back of the building.
It would have been nice to have a kettle for making a hot drink.

We checked out early and not able to enjoy the breakfast. The rooms were clean and the window looked out into the busy street. AC was not on yet as season was changing however opening the window cooled down the room.

Great location, good room, no elevator, AC did not work correctly which made it too hot inside the room, and could not open the window because of the noise or cars and ambulances. When we asked staff about AC not working, they said we should open the windows. Breakfast is as pretty bad, low quality bread, cake was old and dry, fruit also old. Would not come back. They need to improve many things and good location is not enough.

Lovely hotel, well positioned for a number of Romes landmarks. The staff are excellent, friendly and welcoming. There are a number of great restaurants within a short walking distance and the hotel is close to the tube station. We were able to store our luggage on the day of departure. Fully recommend.

There are no amenities, not even a bottle of water for their guests. However, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room temperature was terrible the first night as they did not explain the air conditioning was not working and the heat was on all night.

The older gentleman was super nice and generous. They have a younger gal who was not very nice. Also the room was not ready until a few minutes after check in. We were super tired and were ready to check in as soon as it was check in time.

We had an outstanding experience during our stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. The room was clean (with an addition to daily housekeeping), maintained, comfortable.

The whole service throughout the hotel was consistently excellent - friendly and will greet you all the time you pass by the guest service area no matter how many times or any staff that will see you by the hallway or outside the hotel. The overall atmosphere was relaxing and inviting, not too crowded is a plus.

It is close to our key locations, like 3-minute walk to Trevi Fountain and other landmarks, making it easy for us to get around and explore the area.

We highly recommend this place and would gladly stay again if given a chance.

We stayed for 2 nights. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. There are extra blankets available. Our hairdryer was not working and the front desk let us borrow one, also an iron. They were very responsive and friendly. Will highly recommend and stay again in the future. Location great, in front of scooter and bike rental and bus stop.

The staff are lovely, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is continental style, it was pleasant. Nice touch was a young lady serving the coffee from machine. She remembers your preference each morning. Nice attention to detail.
Room was ok, nothing glamourous but clean. Only issue i would say is our room did no way have any soundproofing. We could hear outside conversations on street or lobby very clear like a window was open. Perhaps other rooms are better but 101 isnt ideally located right on lobby.
Hotel itself is ideally located, 5 min walk to Trevi Fountain & central to most other landmarks.

I booked a double room/apartment, my husband and I stayed in one bedroom and our two adult boys stayed in the other. There was an a/c unit in each room that helped keep the whole apartment so fresh. The building has an elevator. Check-in is at 2 pm, but they can store your luggage until then. Our stay was great!

They lock the doors at night and nobody was in attendance. If you forgot your keys, you just didn’t get back in. They were not helpful when you ask them to help you get a taxi. They said that they could not do that. They were not helpful at all. It was very expensive for the lack of amenities.

This boutique hotel was such a pleasant surprise! The central location could not have been better. It was within minutes of walking to the Trevi fountain, the Spanish Steps, and all the best shopping! The room itself was better than I expected and the private terrace was just incredible. We did not have a pleasant experience at this hotel. The bed were the hardest worst beds possible. It was like sleeping on an uneven board. The key cards didn’t work. There was consistently no one at the front desk during normal hours and when they were there they were not friendly. It was so loud at all times and the rooms had paper thin walls. Overall a really bad experience, we ended up cutting short our trip a day early to go home even though we didn’t get any money back.

This fantastic villa with rooftop balcony had plenty of room for our family of 5. Two bathrooms were very nice as was the space to spread out over 2 floors. Location is great - Trevi fountain and Spanish Steps are close by and we were able to walk to many more attractions all over the city. Kitchen is helpful, but a fresh sponge, soap and washer detergent would have been an improvement. A super market is in an adjacent building.

Staff were nice! It’s extremely loud outside. Constant commercial trucks or trash pick ups. Goes on from about 3 am to 6 am. Beds are extremely uncomfortable, you need to constantly change positions and the pillows are horrible. We didn’t get a good nights rest here. Rooms need to be re-painted.

We had an excellent stay at Giuturna Boutique Hotel. The hotel reached out to us about when we would be arriving, and even though we arrived in the morning (flew from the US to Rome overnight), they had our room ready for us early which we so appreciated after a long flight! The room was spacious, the bathroom very nice, and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast the next morning was excellent as well. We definitely recommend this hotel and would book with them again on another stay!

A lovely boutique hotel! We stayed for one night and with only limited time in Rome, found it was a great location to wander about and see some not to be missed places. The room was clean and lovely and the staff was very nice.

We were one floor up and in the front which meant we could hear some of the activity from the street which may be an issue for super light sleepers. Luckily, it did not effect our stay!

We will definitely be back!

We loved the sitting area/outdoor restaurant attached to the hotel. The only thing negative was the noise from the street but it’s a very busy area and there’s nothing the hotel could do about that. The staff were amazing. We didn’t like that we only had one key card that was needed to keep the lights on.

Great stay. Had a room in the hotel one night which was well equipped and comfortable. Second night spent with friends in their apartment which was also a pleasant stay.
Special mention to the reception staff who helped me out with a doctor visit when I came down with food poisoning (not at their restaurant!). Their care and support was greatly appreciated.
Hotel itself is in a fantastic location just along from the Trevi Fountain. Will definitely stay here again.
