Crowded weekend so parking was hard to find. Room was very clean. King bed was very comfortable. Location right in the heart of town, so walkable to all venues

This property was in the perfect spot, right in the middle of everything. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Room 46 was such a cute room with a great view of all the boats coming in and out.
Michael
Awesome place to stay. Close to everything downtown. Would highly recommend.
Hailey
It was such a nice stay and everything nearby is a walkable distance!!
Amy
Ot is a quaint hotel in the perfect location. room was perfect other than a squeaky bed and squeaky air conditioner, but for the price we could live with that We didn’t know about the live music at the adjacent restaurant until we got there, but other than that, we enjoyed our stay immensely and will be back. next time we will just bring earplugs!
Mark
The only negative part was the parking, no lot for the hotel, have to rely on street parking although they do have a unloading zone and a nice cart.
Once settled in it was well worth the hassle, room was very nice and clean, well stocked and the staff was great.
Walking distance to everything.

The on problem was there no parking close by there parking is $18.00 dollars and you have to carry your clothes from there so far apart it need to be on we’re web page about parking.
Stephen
The harbor view was the clincher. Beautiful view.
Bich
Everything great
Debra
Pros: great views and downtown location. Book a harbor view you won’t be disappointed. Staff very friendly and helpful. Super comfortable bed and the kitchenette area was exactly what we needed, cofffw pot, microwave, sink and a fridge that worked great. Silverware, glassware and plates also available. Cons: I thought we booked two double beds but it was a king and a fold out couch. Lots of stairs too, they put us in a second floor room and we had several big bags and were traveling with a bike too. I highly recommend you book directly through the hotel itself if you have any mobility issues or challenges with stairs or have lots of luggage. Hotels dot com will not help you book a room to fill your needs.
Jacqueline M
Very private accommodation. Just one room across the stairway from our room. No long corridors and elevators. Immaculately clean room and everything in it. Shower is fantastic, it was remodeled this year. 2026. Views outside of the windows were beautiful morning and night. Everything is within walking distance from the hotel. Lots of activities. Drive 24 minutes to a lovely Riding Stable and carriage rides. In Fennville. Holland is a short distance for the Tulip Festival. We had very easy check in and checkout. Parking to unload our suitcases was right in front of the office. We will definitely be back . We just loved this place
Maria Dolores
Check in person could have been more friendly and welcoming. Did not expect room to be so small, but we like the updated bathroom. Harbor view was okay, expected better. The location was excellent. The harbor walk was right there that took us to both South and North Beaches. Wish there were better signage though to the North Beach. Room was very clean, and amenities were useful.
eileen
Awesome hotel! Staff was great! Walking distance to everything in downtown. Would highly recommend.
Breeann
Easy check in and out. Very cozy and quiet. Would definitely stay again!
STEPHANIE
Perfect o e night stay for us on our road trip. See pics.
Janis
Very good location. Staff friendly and helpful. Loved being on the water with beautiful view!
Susan
Nice place to stay close to downtown and South beach!
Dave
We stayed here to attend the tulip festival in Holland, which was an easy 30 minute drive. While Holland was crazy, South Haven was just starting to open for the summer, it was quite and friendly. We found easy free parking across the street. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They informed us about the sunset which we hadn't thought about, and it was an amazing end to a long day of driving. The rooms are very clean and charming. We had thought this would be a one time trip, but we are already thinking about coming back just to explore South Haven. And when we do we'll stay at the Old Harbor Inn.
Bill

Sarah
We had an amazing stay at this cute Inn! The place itself was incredibly clean and central to everything in town, but our favorite thing about this place was the staff. Dawn at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay, and we can’t say enough good things about her! We will definitely be back!
Brian
We had a wonderful time in South Haven and staying here at the Old Harbor Inn. Perfect location for everything - shops, dining & drinks, strolls & sunsets. Highly recommend for a relaxing time in April or a fun filled summer time vacation - nice beach area and family friendly. We will be coming back!

The lady that checked us in was so sweet and kind, wrote the sunset time, and made sure we knew what was happening in town. Parking was easy, room was clean and comfortable. Made for a great girls trip!
Matthew
Great staff, great feel. Great views. We will definitly be back!
Jeffrey
Check it off my bucket list. Great stay and great staff!
Eric
Very clean property and kind staff. I would highly recommend staying here when visiting South Haven. Shoutout to Jake for excellent customer service!
Bert
Staff was excellent! The room has a coffeemaker, but my wife is a tea drinker. She requested some teabags. The person at the front desk indicated they didn't have any. About 15 minutes later, we got a call back - he was at Meijer and wanted to know what type of tea she preferred and then delivered to the room...! Hotel is showing its age a bit, but we had a room with an updated bathroom, which was lovely. Great location for walking downtown and walking to beach/lighthouse.
Kathryn
Easy street parking

This is now my new happy place. Beautiful accommodations wonderful staff and so much to do in walking distance. Can't wait to go back.
Tony
The staff was very friendly and helpful. They took the time to give us recommendations for area restaurants and information on the layout of the town. Our room was very clean and spacious. The Inn is located perfectly for walking to restaurants, shops, and local attractions in South Haven. If you are a cycling fan, you can launch from the hotel and ride to both the Kal-Haven and Van Buren trailheads.
Miki
Wonderful location with lots of walkable food and drink. Great harbor view room.
Angela
Very nice room for a reasonable price. Great, convenient location.
Ashley
Room was clean. Check in and check out was easy.
Michelle
Quick and easy checkin, clean room, easy parking and as expected. My only disappointment was that there was only powdered creamer for coffee in the lobby and thats minor for sure!
CYNTHIA
Clean enough. Great location.

Great room and friendly staff. My only complaint is with the pillows. I will stay here again for our next visit.
Dianna
Absolutely wonderful experience. This establishment is a labor of love for the owners, and it shows. The rooms are beautifully furnished and the bedding and linens are high-end. Silk cases on the throw pillows, extra thick and cozy furry blankets for snuggling up to the fireplace, extra deep jacuzzi tub for two in a bay window, tastefully and carefully decorated and maintained. Wonderful location on the water with many shops and restaurants. Warm and cozy atmosphere with clean and spacious , welcoming rooms. Hermani, who cleans the rooms, is attentive to details and makes the bathroom linens elegant and wonderfully folded as decoration.
We stayed in February off-season, so very few people were around. We had a slight issue with the hot water not quite hot enough, Leah at the front desk handled the issue quickly and efficiently and upgraded us to an even more wonderful room. We love this lovely boutique hotel and look forward to more romantic stays here!! Thank you!

Jennifer
A charming stay - the room was very nice! The only issues were an outlet that didn't work and the water wasn't hot enough for the soaking tub and shower.
Jena
Dawn, the receptionist, was friendly, helpful, and very welcoming and made us glad we chose her hotel.
Dennis
Room was very clean and the staff was very friendly

We love that we park when we get into town and don't get back into the car until we leave to go home. Restaurants, shops and bars all within walking distance.

Great location to everything in South Haven. Very nice staff and clean and comfortable room! Would definitely recommend
Susan
Musty smell and under the furniture was a lot of dust. Room could have been cleaned better.

Edward
Great place to stay, with a nice view and everything within walking distance
Gary
Would definitely stay again
Daniel
Hot tub was fine. Balcony was very tiny. Room needed blackout blinds. It was terribly bright for sleeping.
John
I picked a room to look over the harbor (you don't get a quaint view like that in most places) so I was pleased with the view. I also liked the nicely stocked little kitchenette since my husband was on a medical diet which required me to bring his food and make it in our room.
This was our first time to South Haven and look forward to returning in the summer to enjoy some of the bars and restaurants. Great location to walk everwhere and closest beach, South Beach.

Benjamin

Very cozy & clean
Stephen
Remember that this is a beach town and the weather was wonderful. It was a little loud during the day but the noise toned down at 10pm and went silent at 11pm.
Yelena
We only stayed for one night for my husband’s birthday and wished we could stay longer. Excellent location, walking distance to many restaurants, shops, lake. A lot of restaurants are short staffed, so try to be patient. Super convenient Biggby location right there. Staff was friendly and informative. Clean rooms, vending machines onsite, books and games in the lobby. I guess my only disappointment was that the balcony was not private, it was just a standard long balcony for all rooms, not separated in any way. You had to leave your room to access the balcony.
Deborah
Dry comfortable, clean, quiet
Sergiy
Nice, clean room, and friendly courteous staff. And the best part is the location of the hotel! It's right where you want to be when you visit the town. Perfect spot, everything you want to see is within walking distance: dining, shopping, breweries, ferry boat rides, a museum nearby, etc. Thumbs up!
JAMES
Clean room and excellent location
Heather
No hot tub
Janice
Perfect location, close to everything. Clean and spacious room. Friendly staff. I was worried it might be noisy because of the location but it was quiet. Nice to have the small kitchen and living room space you won’t usually get in a hotel room. The parking was a little sparse but we made it work.
Deborah
Great view
Iashiskala
Everyone was friendly. I was able to get more towels for my room very easily. Loved the scenery from the patio.
Tracie
What an awesome location. Right on the river & connected to a restaurant. Which was super helpful since it was raining.
zacharias
The place is really fun to stay at. The rooms aren’t just clean they are noticeably clean. It’s the first thing to notice and feel. Perfect view of the river, and friendly staff. The furniture is older compared to modern hotels, but it’s all great condition.
Kathleen
It is one of our favorites and we like for all the reasons I responded with in the above.
Curtis
Always a pleasant experience - this recent mini vacation was more of the same. we had some challenges that were corrected immediately by a very attentive and polite staff. The area is Stellar The views are Priceless - The rooms are Exceptional and all very unique - the price points are reasonable.I will always stay at Old Harbor Inn.
mark
We had an excellent time. Jake at the front counter was awesome
Cary
Dawn , the hostess on site was excellent!! Very friendly and had great recommendations for restaurants in the area. She was very helpful!
Dennis
The bed in #5 has no support. Not great for a sore back. Also the bed makes lots of squeeky noises every time you move. I'm sure the neighbors thought I was having a great time in there but all I was doing was rolling over. The door at the bottom of the stairs which is on the street does not have a lock on it. Anybody can walk in up the staircase to your door. Not ideal. However this is a great location.
Benjamin
Great place!
Mary Ann
Excellent property and location convenient to all South Haven has to offer
Gordana
Charming property at a great location, appropriately priced. Hotel is well maintained, loved the kitchenette in the room. Staff is helpful and efficient. We would come back.
Ann
Easy location for walking downtown, social district, North Beach and South Beach. The room was large but sofa bed was uncomfortable to sit on. Faucet handles on bathroom sink need to be adjusted-very wobbly.
Susan
I love South Haven
What a beautiful, quaint hotel the old Harbor Inn is. The people at the front desk were extra friendly. It’s right in the middle of everything you can walk anywhere. It’s just a beautiful little town.
Paul
Had a room overlooking the harbor which provided a quieter view. Everything was within easy walking distance
Tom
Leah greeted us and provided great suggestions to see the sunset and restaurants.
Joshua
