Great stay
One nighter…. Very well located. There was free parking very close by. We had a deluxe room, the bathroom was tiny but the room was big enough, comfy bed and nice linen…. perfect for an overnighter, close to everything. For the price point it was really good value and very clean. Lots of restaurants within a few minutes. You can hear the traffic if you are a light sleeper- we enjoyed the connection to the town personally and the middle of the night was quiet. And the place is worth a visit for sure….

Clean, sunny, and convenient. Rooms are exactly as pictured - it’s not a luxury hotel, but stylish and chic at a great price. Hotel faces the major road through town so if you’re a light sleeper, there is street noise despite double paned windows, but earplugs are provided as a precaution. The location can’t be beat if you’re traveling via public transport - 1 block from the bus station and across the street from the train station. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Very nice little hotel. Everything you need, a safe, a good shower and plenty of room in the bathroom. Just across from the train station and minutes away from the centre. Breakfast was simple but good quality. Hosts were very helpful and pleasant. The only downside was that the room was a little warm with no fan. Was ok with the window open but noisy on the Friday night with a late bar not far away but helpful supply of ear plugs in the room. Overall would rate highly and would stay again.

We didn't have a queen sized bed but two beds, the room stunk of heavy cologne, with extremely uncomfortable beds. There is only on-street parking behind the hotel (the hotel is on a main road) which we got lucky for but may be an issue and payment required. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to the beach. The breakfast was expensive at €8 but much better quality than the room.

For people like us, proximity to the bus station is important. You might fear noise or other adverse impacts; not so here! The hotel is simply great. The room was cheerful, clean, bright, (yes, small, but plenty of room for two of us and our large travel bags. Very nice breakfast buffet option included hot items cooked to order. Nice shower.

Très bon hotel, personnel accueillant et très avenant. Le service est le gros point fort de l'établissement avec l'emplacement idéale proche commerces et transports avec la gare et les bus à nos pieds.

La seule chose qu' on n'a pas aimé c'est le bruit de la rue, malgré que les fenêtres ont double vitrage , on entends les voitures et motos à partir de 7h du matin, nôtre chambre était en face de la gare.

Pour le stationnement il y a un grand parking gratuit derrière la gare. L'hôtel devrait le signaler lors de la réservation. ou du check-in.

j'aime mieux avoir des petits savons individuels et un petit shampoing plutôt que le savon dans un distributeur dans la douche.
il y a aussi la climatisation qui était non fonctionnelle ;c'est dommage car dormir les fenêtres ouvertes est impossible à cause du bruit et des moustiques

Cerca del centro, pero necesita reforma urgente.
Lo cierto es que al decidir ir a San Juan de Luz, vimos que este era uno de los pocos hoteles para Semana Santa con un precio inferior a 90€, que era nuestro límite, y estaba cerca del centro, según lo que decía el mapa local. Efectivamente, aunque apriori no parecía buen sitio porque estaba al lado de la estación, la habitación estaba insonorizada correctamente, pero el estado del baño era bastante lamentable. Siendo conscientes de las estrellas, sólo puedo decir que, al fijarnos en la foto, la realidad distaba bastante de lo que nos esperábamos. La ducha tenía las juntas con moho (estaban negras) por el paso del tiempo y la humedad, era súper antiguo, el inodoro no dejaba apenas espacio para mi novio (estaba literalmente constriñido entre la ducha y la pared), y el mueble del lavabo estaba medio caído de la pared... La cama era grande y cómoda (eran dos camas de 90 juntas), pero no había más que un radiador portátil en la habitación, porque la climatizacion no funcionaba... Un poco lamentable. La próxima vez buscaremos otra opción.
