We stayed in a room with a courtyard view, which unfortunately looked out onto a wall — no ocean view or scenery, even though the hotel didn’t seem fully booked as a Platinum Expedia member, we weren’t offered an upgrade or another room, which was disappointing.
The hotel itself was very nice and clean. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of variety to choose from. The location is great — right across from the beach, which is very convenient.

The Hotel was very clean, Staff quite helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. A Oceanview room would have been beautiful but were unavailable during our stay. The only drawback is the location from Hilltop Taormina. There is a Bus Stop very close with Busses that come about every 15 minutes but may be full so you have to wait for the next one. Never had 2 back to back that were full. If staying on a sand beach with restaurants etc close by this is your spot.

The renovation is beautiful & it's a good location. The free breakfast was great. And we got great service from the receptionists during the say, including a referral to a great tour of the volcano—and a reservation at the private beach club just down the street (where we passed the day between our morning check-out and the late-day shuttle to the airport). Thankful for our stay!

Our stay at Nautilus was wonderful. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The views from the room were excellent. Located just off the beach on the Giardini Naxos belt gave this stop a perfect advantage to experience beach, while being in close proximity to Taormina. Wonderful!!!

Location is on the water and I suggest a beach view as our room was not. It was super quiet which is nice. Kind and helpful staff, clean room. We didn't have a view (window opened to a back wall), but the beach was just a few steps out the front door. Close to many excellent and affordable restaurants and several grocery stores, and only a couple minutes' walk to a bus stop to go up to Taormina.

They presented the best breakfast during our 3 week tour of Italy and Sicily. Every single Employee we had contact with was so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this wonderful hotel. Stayed for 7 nights in a balcony room in June, this hotel was just fabulous the rooms were spacious and comfortable with everything we needed. Breakfast was excellent with hot and cold food but best of all was the reception staff who couldn’t do enough to make our stay the best it could be.

No bell boy services or easy way to roll suitcases in. Have to manually lift them onto the entrance platform that is about a foot or higher. Pillows are old, hard and uncomfortable. Hotel had no other pillow options available. Area around the hotel was not very clean.

I was given a business room but no view there’s a window but I don’t see anything I felt claustrophobic, and the room is dark without the lights on. I asked to be transferred but no room she said, other than that, everything else is good, especially Rosanna and Laura they’re both helpful and helped me to arranged my itinerary during my stay. Absolutely beautiful family run hotel. The Nautilus is immaculate and everything is spot on. The rooms are lovely and modern. We booked a sea facing balcony which was great to sit in the mornings and watch the world go by. The owner is constantly checking everything is just so and all the staff are so friendly and welcoming. Special mention for Laura who was so helpful in booking trips or just there for a friendly chat.
The breakfasts are really nice with everything you need and the dining room is spotless. There is also an outdoor terrace where you can eat.

Loved the oceanfront suite, you can hear ocean waves from the room and the oversized balcony was a treat. I’d love to stay here again but it was a drive to Taormina by taxi which not convenient. Superb hotel in the heart of Naxos right on the beach. Room was beautiful and very clean. The breakfast was phenomenal! A giant spread for something to eat for everyone and it tasted so good! I felt very safe, and the owners were very friendly upon checkin and check out. Taormina was only 10 minutes away. Private parking for 15eur a night. The concierge Rosalina was super helpful with booking our Mt. Etna tour and reservation at the “White Lotus” restaurant in Taormina. Overall a lovely location, great staff, great room,
