With this being a pet friendly hotel, you should really make sure you clean the rooms. My dog went under the bed for a second and ate chocolate. He was sick for two days. Luckily he’s okay but the customer shouldn’t have to worry about their pup getting sick or worse because the rooms are not thoroughly cleaned.

Enjoyed our stay at Town Place Suites in Grafton. We were in the area to visit Cedarburg and this was a much more reasonable option and Uber was available. Clean, friendly staff. I think the front desk agent may have been training or he just had a brain freeze. When checking in, I presented my ID. However, I never signed a registration card or gave any vehicle info or was confirmed my room type and # of nights I was staying. The next day, I asked for a second key and simply provided my room #. No confirmation of my name or anything. This definitely wouldn't stop us from returning, like I said the agent may have been training or having an off day. 5 star stay all the way. Thank you.

Clean, comfortable room, lovely kitchen. Exercise room lots of various equipment, pool area looks very nice. Tv wouldn't work and desk clerk could only offer different remote. Googled problem and unplugged and replugged set and then it worked fine. We had breakfast plans away from hotel but checked it out and it looked quite extensive for a hotel free breakfast.

We arrived a little before 6:30pm, our room wasn't not ready. We ended up leaving to go get dinner and retuning as they told us we'd have to wait 30 minutes for our room to get ready. Check in was at 3 so not sure why we had to wait. Everything else was great. I'd stay here again. Breakfast was disappointing.

Such a great place! We had the suite with a kitchenette and were beyond happy with the layout and items provided, comfy beds, and quiet. Close to restaurants, shopping and a hop skip away from Port Washington where we spent alot of our time. But the biggest win for this place was their staff! Everyone of the girls we interacted with were always so cheerful and went above and beyond to make our stay great. We will definitely be back here!

I went for a week class at Concordia Wisconsin and brought my family along. It was very cozy and nice. When we arrived though our room wasn’t really cleaned, garbage still in the trash containers and the floors were dirty. Also, our tv did not work properly and we could not get any shows that went along with the guide. Other than that the front desk staff was very accommodating and the stay very cozy. The kids loved the pool.

The room was great. The shower head not the greatest. Very clean. However, our room was right next to the highway and the road noise is very hard to sleep through. That being said, the hotel did offer for us to switch rooms. We decided since we only had 2 more nights to just stick it out. We turned on the exhaust fan under the microwave for some “white noise” and that helped. The staff was VERY friendly. Breakfast was good. Pool was warm ,thank goodness. Overall we would definitely stay again but make sure to get a room not along the highway.

Always liked to stay at this hotel because of the cleanliness and friendly staff. This visit we were given a room towards the front of the hotel. We stayed 5 nights and had a horrible time sleeping. The hotel is right off the freeway and the noise was terrible. We will now only accept a room towards the back of the hotel and on the side away from incoming traffic. We tried to change rooms but the hotel was full

Rooms are small. The bathroom shower had a constant drip landing on the metal drain cover. Sounded like a bell ringing. We had asked to have the bed made and the towels refreshed every day while we were there and that didn’t happen. If the hotel isn’t cleaning everyday, they should reduce the cost.

Beware…rooms are lovely but contain a cooktop…and very sensitive smoke detectors. Someone in the building set them off while cooking..,,everyone evacuated. Turns out after talking to a fireman…this happens often enough. It was 10:30 pm…felt so bad for families with small children.

I had a great stay until the day I was supposed to check out. The overnight shift staff had “canceled” my reservation at 4 AM, wouldn’t let me go back up to my room and grab my stuff and she reeked of alcohol. She was very rude to me, my friend and my boyfriend. Other than that the room was beautiful!

The breakfast the next morning was better than expected with so many options (oatmeal with all of the fixings, breakfast sandwiches, scrambled eggs, and sausage links, etc…). We were in town for a funeral but the hotel stay made it feel a little better. We would return in a heartbeat. Thank you

We stayed here for our daughter's wedding and we booked a suite: it was extremely spacious, clean and updated. Hotel itself also very well maintain and one of the nicest complimentary breakfasts we've had. Only encountered staff upon check-in and they were super friendly. I specifically got a two queen bed suite that expedia side had a sleeper sofa in it. I pick this hotel because of that. Unfortunately those suites did not have that instead they had just a chair. I was very disappointed. Besides that, the room was beautiful. Very clean brand new and I would have loved it. Otherwise. The breakfast was okay and the staff was nice. I wouldn't trust what Expedia says a room is like again.

The room was nice but the entrance and breakfast area pretty icky. Outside grills have yuck all around them and landscaping very overgrown, messy and flies all over floor by our breakfast table by window. Like 20 at least dead. Housekeeper dropped off by ride and went in and came out to smoke at entrance and put cigarette out about waist high on white post at entrance while we were eating looking right at him. Elevator floors were gross and one gentleman said he has been here a week and it has been like that the whole time. Nice place but needs way better care.

This hotel was very noisy as it is right next to the interstate and you can hear the traffic all night long. On top of that, there is construction going on which was added noise. The chair in the room and the bed skirts were worn, the carpet was torn and the room could use some updating. It was way too pricey for how out dated it was. It was very average at best.

Fabulous hotel & staff! The room was such a pleasure to be in. We had a 2 Queen non smoking room, comfy chair & ottoman, microwave, mini cooktop, mini dish washer, med size fridge, toaster, cookware, plates & cups, silverware, huge closet with bins, a fabulous bath with fluffy white towels! Plus a great breakfast with something for everyone! I would stay here again and highly recommend this hotel! Fabulous!!!!!

The property was very nice.

The only problem was during check-in. The two ladies at the front desk were more concerned about ordering Queso than checking us in. The whole time during my check-in, they were having their own conversation. It would have been better if they had excused themselves for a moment to talk where I couldn't hear them instead of making me feel like I was intruding.

We stay at the location often because it is close to where our grandkids and their parents live. Three things that bother us are: 1) the poor quality of the paper products provided, especially the paper towels, and 2) the fan in the bathroom runs continuously and we need to close the door at night because it is so loud and 3) the shower is of a unique construction and never drains very well.

This hotel is a few years old so things were in good shape yet. When I saw the room I did not like the floor plan. The bathroom is by the bed and there was not much space for luggage. The hotel has a 24/7 fan blowing so that was disturbing unless the bathroom door was closed. Also, the air conditioner did not keep the room cool and when it was on blew in your face if you stood near the bed. We were fortunate to have a special rate for our week long stay, however, there was no room service during that time. I had to empty our garbage. And, this is after requesting 2 refreshes to the room. Fresh towels were brought up upon request but the dirty towels were left in the bathroom! I also noticed that the service desk in the lobby was rarely covered by a representative. My husband and I did not care for the breakfast muffins or the way the breakfast was served. I know that I do not plan to reserve a room at this hotel in the future. Thank you.

2 days before we were schedule to stay there they canceled our reservation because they were full and a Marriott member wanted a room. When I called to ask about it I was told its their policy to cancel a reservation of a non Marriott member if they have no rooms available and a Marriott member calls for a room. This is a nice hotel for longer stays. We stayed for 5 nights. You can hear the highway but I didn’t find it hard to sleep even in the middle of the day. The grab and go breakfast wasn’t bad, but after 5 days of it, the selection of food was getting old. The kitchenette was such a blessing.

Enroute to the hotel I received a \"caller unknown\" call in my vehicle which I did not answer because I don't answer callers who are not identified. I later learned the caller was from Expedia. After arriving at the hotel, I was informed that a room wasn't available for me even though I had a confirmed reservation through Expedia well in advance. This is unacceptable.

Night manager saves the day

Couple of thoughts... First, the night manager Robin did an EXCELLENT JOB averting a dissatisfied customer (me). Our toilet was very slow on arrival, got worse the first night. After my borrowing a plunger with zero success, I called down to arrange to move to a new room. She initially said they were all full. She then showed up at our door (10:30 pm?) and tried (also unsuccessfully) to fix the problem. Being a long-time BonVoy customer I was ready to demand a new room when she said \"Give me 15 minute and let me see if I can move some things around\". She then showed up again at our door with the card to a new room. Problem solved. WAY TO GO ROBIN!
