The, pool was so murky with black weave hairs. N my door had underneath gap in it. We paid for room with oven n stove. But we only got a top stove.

Walls in the shower were dirty, room was almost out of toilet paper and when i asked at the front desk i was told \"I dont think we have any\" followed up 5 minutes later with a guy knocking on my door with a roll looking like he was annoyed i asked for it. Random sticky spots all over the room isnt very comforting either.

When my wife arrived she was told that my reservation was canceled even though we didn’t cancel it and then was told that they had no rooms available. I believe they canceled the reservation to accommodate more people than they had room for because my family did not arrive in town until the evening. I still am not aware if I have been charged for the room that they did not provide for my family. The employee was more concerned about his phone than finding a solution for my wife and daughters. It was not until I had to personally call and put a fire under him and suggest he contact his sister hotel that he did anything to aid in a solution.

The suite was excellent and had a kitchen with complete dish sets. We ordered food from across the street and were able to reheat it! The breakfast was great. The pool needed to close because a group of people left it wet, with towels in the pool, and dirty, and the incident was monitored too late.

Overall, I would not stay here again. The first room had a non-working AC and a floor unit with a large pipe through the window. The second room had barely any water pressure and was not too clean. There is also no daily housekeeping. Come one! It’s 2025 and it was ok during COVID, but not acceptable any longer.

However there are some serious staffing and management issues that need to be addressed. Additionally there needs to be more accountability in terms of them be forthcoming regarding their current issues.
• No internet during the entirety of my stay - Apparently it had gone out over the weekend and could not be fixed. This was not communicated to me in anyway and caused me massive issues considering I was there on a business trip.
• Lack of organization and follow up - Multiple times I would request something over the phone or in person and would be told I would get a follow up. None of that ever happened though.
• I was without a bathtub drain plug the entire stay despite asking 3 separate days for it. So I was unable to take a bath.
• I requested towels on multiple occasions and each time I was told that either they were not ready or they had no one to bring them up to my room.
• I waiting over an hour past my checkin time for a room to be available for me. Which granted I was given a free room upgrade which I appreciated. However having to wait in the lobby for “just 5 more minutes” for an hour got very tiresome.
• Front desk was very often unattended at night. Meaning I was unable to purchase anything or follow up on any requests.
• There was additional issues regarding incorrect booking dates and lack of communication as well.

Overall, we were very happy with our stay. The nicest woman welcomed us at the front desk the evening we checked in. The room was spacious, well equipped and overall appeared clean. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was also quite spacious but needed some attention and updating. One towel was not clean, the base of the shower had some mold/mildew and needed to be recaulked and the toilet paper holder was loose and kept dumping the toilet paper on the floor. The breakfast was great - more options than most places and quite good. We would stay here again but ask for a room with an updated bathroom.

When we arrived, the room smelled like cigarettes. We requested a nonsmoking room. The main light in the living room was out, so I had to request that someone come and change out the light bulb. The towels in the bathroom had mascara stains on them, so we had to ask for replacement towels (and they only do room service every other day). The AC is very noisy. The phone in the room is also not great - half the time, I could not hear what the person at the front desk was saying. Finally, and this was the worst, the couch is supposed to accommodate people to sleep since it's a sofabed. When I pulled it out, there were crumbs and stains all over it. The crumbs also spilled on the floor. I called down to get help and no one cleaned it up. So, we could not use the couch for sleep.

I would probably not stay here again. I found it problematic that the heating/air conditioning system does not have a \"fan only\" option. It means that there is no air circulation in the room if the AC is off. The windows only open a couple of inches (although I was able to get a maintenance man to remove the little block so that I could open them more).
They serve breakfast but it was strange that the only fruit available was bananas. How hard would it be to provide some oranges and apples, or perhaps melon and pineapple? I stayed 11 nights and the last 5 nights, they didn't even have bananas. To their credit, they did offer plant-based milk options.

The room smelled like dogs, the carpet was dirty the bathroom floor was cracked I leveled and the toilet seat had a crack in it that showed how nasty and unclean it was. The hallway went in vacuumed for the entire stay. The refrigerator was loud and kept coming open. The staff however was the only upside. Everyone was very pleasant and friendly.

There is no housekeeping unless requested, which we did. They ended up doing it once in our five day stay. Garbage has to be placed outside your room so you pass trash as you walk through the hallway. Breakfast was minimal. We were there for an early morning function so we requested a wake-up call which we never received.

Arrived after a long day of traveling about 6:15 PM only to be told our room was not ready. Was about 8:10 PM before we got the keys to our room. Wasn't anything I could do since our room was already paid for. Staff was friendly but acted like this was the new normal because of staff shortage. Didn't offer and discount to our bill but said we could have a free water from the market. Plan on staying in Milwaukee several times in the upcoming months and was hoping this would be our go to spot. Will probably look elsewhere now

Our room was amazing but it took us 3 hours to check in. We arrived a bit after 3:00 and were told by a woman who had only been working there for 3 weeks that yes we did have a room, but we’d have to wait and we waited until 6:00! No manager appeared even though some of the other people who were also waiting asked for one. This is not acceptable. We will not be back!

Called the service dest no answer. So i personally went to the service counter and ask about the pool. This same lady then said they are booked for the pools but we can get on the list for the next day. She said we can go across the parking lot to the other hotels and use their pools. It was freezing this day. Why would i go use a different hotel pool then walk across the parking lot in my wet cloths? I should have just book with the other hotel if thats the case! The next day came and i did not get in the pool because all the slots was taken.

Mediocre. I have stayed here before, but this time I was given a room on the side with the highway traffic noise. It was awful. I didn't notice it until I had turned the tv off to go to bed, and then it was unbelievable.. I didn't think I had to ask for a preference because I had been there before with no issue. Front desk was kind of jerk about the whole mask thing. I think we are done with the masks.....
