The breakfast was outstanding. Even when the breakfast employee was out Fairfield made accommodations for their guest to still eat at another hotel which was pleasant and nice. Thank you so much. The pool was great quiet and peaceful. It was amazing. My kids enjoyed themselves

Although check-in was scheduled for 3:00 PM, I arrived at 3:15 PM to find a sign stating that staff had stepped away. Along with another guest, I waited for over 30 minutes without assistance. We eventually had to call the district manager, who was forced to send a staff member from a nearby Residence Inn to check us in.

Furthermore, the bathtub in my room had a section with a surface that felt like sandpaper, making it very uncomfortable to use. As a frequent guest at Marriott properties, I found this experience to be well below the standard I expect. I was offered no sincere apology or compensation for the significant delay and poor service during my stay. Staff not friendly at all. For this to be my home city it was very disappointing and embarrassing. I will never stay at another Fairfield.

Our stay was wonderful! Staff were very friendly and helpful. You could tell everyone who works there enjoys their job, they work hard to keep the place clean and happy looking. Rooms were nice and well kept, hotel overall atmosphere was clean and inviting. Amazing breakfast, so many different options and something to offer for everyone. Check in and out was easy. From beginning to end, this experience was wonderful. Staff was very helpful and friendly, the free breakfast was the best hotel complimentary meal we've had while traveling. The beds and pillows were sooo comfortable, I didn't want to get up. The staff keep the entire hotel very clean and we were so impressed and look forward to spending time there again in the future. Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott could not be any better!

Avoid the even numbered rooms. You will be facing the expressway. If you can sleep to white noise you will probably do okay otherwise expect to wake up a few times. Breakfast- don’t expect hot food other than waffles. We were there for 1 weekend night. Went to eat at 8:30. No scrambled eggs, sausage looked like some frozen microwaveable brown disk.
Bagels and otter breads weren’t restocked until we asked, no yogurt in frig. Pretty much out of everything. The bed was really comfortable and room was nice overall

A Smile Goes a Long Way.

We were shocked by the high cost of our room on our 2 day, mid week stay.The pool is quite small but clean. Breakfast choices were adequate. Staff might want to check on refilling Bacon or Sausage more often...meats usually run out before all else and it was a long wait till they restocked. Some staff were friendlier than others. They should smile andbe friendly to guests more often.

The front desk staff were great. They aimed to please.
I wasn’t too happy with the house keeping. I asked upon check-in to have my room cleaned daily. I did not get my room not once. I had to request towels twice from the front deck upon returning to the hotel for my evening shower.
The tubs also need to be replaced. They are not nice looking tubs. I changed rooms due to the condition of the tub. But found that the tub looked the same.
I’m sorry to say this due to such great people that work the front deck.

I booked through Expedia. Got there and the clerk said there were no rooms available so she didn’t know why Expedia allowed the room to be booked. Checking in with Sharon was terrible! She is the first point of contact which set off our experience. She was rude & condescending which turned off us wanting to continue our stay. If I hadnt selected the non-fundable option, we would have changed hotels! The rest of the staff was very friendly & helpful. The continental breakfast was great, but unfortunately didnt meet our needs for time. We were there for a swim meet for 3 days and 2 of the days breakfast started later at 7a and we missed out due to having to be at the pool at that time. We selected this hotel for the breakfast option. We enjoy stays with the Fairfield chain but unfortunately our experience with Sharon will not have us returning to this location.

Clogged plumbing

Got a clogged toilet on Sunday morning. Told the front desk 3 different times about it. The only thing that was done was someone sat a plunger in the bathroom while I was out. Checked out Monday morning and it still had not been corrected. Makes things really difficult without an operational toilet. Most likely would not use this hotel again.

Room felt dirty when we checked in - bathroom floor was sticky. Breakfast was not good. Oatmeal cold, eggs rubbery and the bread was hard like it had been sitting out for a day. Yuck!We were told maid comes only every other day during our extended stay. However, maid only came once in a week long stay- very awful! We had to keep going to front desk at night to get towels. The pool was dirty, water green and not chemically treated properly, tile around the pool was filthy like it had never been cleaned. The staff was not friendly or helpful. View out the window was of the windows of another hotel.
