Staff here are very professional and pleasant to deal with. Prices are good, breakfast offerings are also good and this hotel is in a great location. The biggest complaint is that Wyndham took over this property and does not appear to be spending much money on upgrades or repairs…many damages in rooms (I’ve been there twice in 3 months) such as broken door jams, holes in walls, broken hooks in bathrooms, etc. This hotel is potentially a great option, but not if its owning company doesn’t even care enough about it to do inexpensive, minimal repairs for guest’s comfort.

Front desk dude was nice but took a phone call while he had my ID and credit card in his possession, didnt love that. The room was filthy, rust stains all over our water closet, and fan had over an inch of dust on it and ita juat blowing e erywhere in there. My bed was covered in stains.

There were blood stains on the bedding which usually means bed bugs. I exchanged for new bedding and there were blood stains on those two. There was also some strange liquid behind on the bed. I would have left if I could have gotten a refund which I asked for and was not given. I also found head lice in my hair on the last morning. I showed the desk attendant and he said my service dog probably brought it in but dogs don't get head lice.

I was extremely uncomfortable. There were several stains on the sheets, the room was dirty, I killed a massive spider, and I also killed several fruit flies that were flying around the sink. I slept on towels in the bed because I felt so uncomfortable.

The hotel backs up on a neighborhood. We missed the Pt Wash driveway so went around the block and came in through a shared driveway to Pt. Wash.

We were happy to be up and dressed when the fire alarm went off. It was nice that breakfast was ready early.

The pics on your website for this hotel must be quite old. The hotel is dingy, smells of marajuana and smoke, the mirrors had a smoke/dirt film, the shower had hair on the walls, and there were food remnants on the carpet. The worse was the construction noise from 1am to 3:30am; it sounded like a tank was plowing into the hotel. On top of all this, the fire alarm went off at 6am for no apparent reason. The only positive was the staff was able to get the tv to work for us. This hotel is definitely not a $135 + taxes per night hotel. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere but here.

Good for the price. Would recommend!

This spot was just outside of downtown and a fraction of the price of downtown hotels. Total, with taxes and fees, was less than a hundred bucks. Service was great! Everything was BASICALLY clean, but not DEEPLY clean, if that makes sense. Is give it a 3.5 out of 5, or a 7 out of 10. Definitely would stay again.

Great customer service!

This is an older hotel and so it doesn't have all the modern amenities but it makes up for it in customer service! The manager on duty was just delightful and so helpful. He was shorthanded but still managed to help a man in a wheelchair carry his breakfast to his room, show me step by step how to log onto the wifi, and he replaced the entire coffee service to make sure the coffee was up to snuff and not watery. The hotel was clean, the food was out on time for breakfast and fresh, and the room was quiet and well kept. For a weekend stay it was well worth the price and I woudl recommend.

Great Hotel offering a nice value.

Honestly it was a decent hotel. The staff were really friendly and there were no hidden fees. I really enjoyed my room. The only downside is that it is a car dependent hotel, but there are a few available bus stops. I would highly recommend for smaller groups and solo travels. Breakfast is offered.

The first impression we both had when we entered the room was that it smelled damp, musty like mildew. Very unpleasant. We turned off the AC because it didn’t look particularly clean and we didn’t want to be breathing all that extra dirt all night. The shower curtain smelled like mildew and we thought it was odd that there wasn’t a liner. There was a good size puddle on the top of the vanity in one corner. I asked where they had a water bottle filling station and was sent to the workout room. There was a water fountain which I was definitely not going to use to refill my water bottle.

The hotel appears to be newly painted, however the more time spent the more things we noticed. Toilet hasn’t been cleaned in awhile, decor (well tv frame) hung extremely crooked, trim work not even finished, blood spot on blanket, breakfast was eh.

We found a bed bug on the last morning of our two night stay. Management gave us big garbage bags, and we had to go find a laundromat to clean a week’s worth of belongings (this was the first stop on our trip). This severely delayed our trip, and was expensive to purchase new suitcases and better garbage bags, beyond the expense of paying for our laundry to get cleaned and heated up enough to kill anything.

Overall, the room was fine but definitely dated, and not the best cleaned. The beds were also very small, and we could clearly hear the conversations in the rooms next to us.

Check in went well. The room smelled bad like it used to be a smoking room. And in the morning there was a cockroach running aciross the wall. I managed to kill it and we left immediately. We told the guest services at the front and they don't send surprised at all and they did not offer a refund. Will not be staying here again.
