Room was clean yet small but if you think about it, all we did was sleep there. The staff was super friendly and helpful - from Andrew to Manager Melissa and Texter Jay, all was nice. The black out shades were fabulous. Our room faced the Third Ward - a few blocks away - and 794 was busy but eat plugs worked fine. Breakfast was typical hotel prefab food but the coffee was plentiful and strong (good). Don’t valet park. We parked in the adjacent garage and paid 1/2 the price. Great overall value for the area.

The first experience we had was Ying greeting us at check in, and he was delightful! Very helpful in guiding us about parking, how breakfast will work, and the amenities of the hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and well maintained. The beds were comfortable, the shower was hot, and the view of the city was amazing. Breakfast was delicious and with a wide variety of options and (I think his name was Mark?) at breakfast asked us about our plans (a masquerade ball!) the first morning and then remembered them and followed up the next morning to ask how it went!

11/10! Will absolutely stay here again!

Clean, modern, minimalist room designed. Functional aesthetic. It was perfect for me. A single traveler who just wanted to work at the desk and watch a little TV. Breakfast buffet was excellent. You hang your clothes on hooks on the wall. No closet. I liked it but not for everyone. Floors not carpet. Again, I liked it but some people might prefer carpet. Good location near restaurants and museums. Bring drinks and snacks. The price of snacks and drinks in the lobby is outrageous.

The facility was very clean and the front desk staff was SO kind! We didn’t take advantage of the free continental breakfast but I do think it’s a big plus that it is offered. There’s easy street parking, but you have to pay starting at 8am from Monday - Saturday. I also enjoyed the fact they have a dry erase board right in front of the elevators that are full or locals favorites and suggestions in the city. Would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Milwaukee.

The location was perfect while we were in town. The breakfast had warm options as well as healthy choices like eggs, oatmeal, and make your own yogurt parfaits.

Only complaint is lack of parking. The only option is to find a parking spot somewhere around the hotel or valet. Valet was pricey and the valet attendant wasn’t always around. Would stay again.

The room was clean. The staff were pleasant. Two staff were not that familiar with the free Tram and tried to say we would not be happy with it without stating the reason why other than it's a short ride. The laundry was clean however, two wash cloths is not enough for two people for a week! We had to keep asking for wash cloths. We asked for the room to be refreshed and it was not done until we asked again another day. This room was perfect for one person.

We were in Milwaukee for a wedding. The hotel was in walking distance to the venue. Check in was easy, the staff was great. The room was clean. The only thing I would say that needs to be changed, would be the shower heads. There was a lack of water pressure. I know they are water saving but, you have to stay in the shower longer to rinse off.

no closet or dressers (this is the design of Tru hotels by Hilton), however there's a wide ledge for an open suitcase and sitting, pegs and hangers for coats/ clothes
