Room in good condition, cheap towels and tissues lowered experience slightly. Bed made a sound like it was nearly broken. Not a great breakfast but serviceable. Our floor was noisy the entire night and my roommate complained of smelling smoke.

The room was OK. Dirty in certain spots. Didn't appreciate that one of the TVs wasn't working and the front desk was NO HELP fixing it. Claiming we aren't responsible if it doesn't work with the WiFi. Who buys a smart TV and doesn't make sure it works?? That was a complete waste of money!

My experience wasn’t the greatest
the fact that the front door is locked after 10pm and you have to call the desk (and sometimes no one is there) i was kicked out in the cold after work a couple times .
Upon leaving the facility i was stuck in the elevator for about 30 minutes while staff attempted to get me out ….I had my fiancè call 911 because at a certain point i began to panic.

The staff was indifferent as no apology was offered whatsoever

Well staff was ok but not very informative. I didn’t use the WiFi because I was told nothing about it at check in. I didn’t eat breakfast there because again I wasn’t told about it. I saw their note about housekeeping not cleaning regularly and I’m fine with that but when I left for the day on Saturday I asked that housekeeping please drop off fresh towels, which didn’t happen. An additional issue I had with this hotel is the way the rooms are numbered. Most if not all hotels have even on one side and odd on the other. This was not the case and I was frustrated finding my room.

Breakfast not great, room was nice except had to play with it to get it to stop running. Shower was messed up to the nozzle would just keep spinning around until you find happy spot to get it just to drip. Food crumbs in furniture. Nice place, just needs more attention to details. Ps by crumbs I mean whole ritz crackers, and a couple of crayons.

Hotel had an odor. There was a man (possibly the bartender) in the bar barefooted.
The shuttle was late. When I searched online for a hotel with shuttle service to the airport it said nothing about a fee for parking the vehicle for more than a day.

Front desk staff was rude, charged an additional $150 deposit upon check-in that they say might be put back 5-10 business days (they don’t advise the additional deposit on Expedia app), the pool/hot tub were dirty and literally had foam (not bubbles) in the hot tub. Continental Breakfast was DISGUSTING, old “fresh” fruit, pink sausage, watered down apple juice, gross coffee. Literally a “trap” or “flop” hotel.

The room we stayed is was dirty, clearly had not been cleaned before we checked into it. There was gum stuck to a lamp. The shower had hair on the walls, the toilet had urine on the back of the toilet seat, there was food crumbs on the floor, the door had a clear head grease spot above the peephole and hand prints on the tv and mirror, the remotedidn't work and the tv wasn'tset to the right setting. They only provided one bar of soap so you had to pick hands or your body. The furniture was all stained up pull room we requested had a pull out couch but the room had no bedding for it. I had called the front desk to ask for help with the WiFi and the front desk person hung up on me, when I called again to asked about the bedding they told me \"why do you need it?\" \"just come down and get them.\" The pool very clody, the hot tub was extremely foamy and the pool area itself was freezing. The deposit is $100 higher than I have seen as significantly nicer hotels. The bathtub took a long time to drain and the toilet took just as long to fill when flushed. It was a very disappointing experience.

Room was pretty good ,the bathtub/shower appeared to have dark something in the grout ,since we were just spending the night I didn't investigate it ,We didn't even shower and left bright and early . An unpleasant surprise was the security Deposit of $100 was removed/charged from my card immediately and took a few days to be reimbursed. That put me in a worry mode since I am on a limited budget and it almost over drafted my account .I had saved up for a while to afford the little get away and If I had know about the ambush charge I would have maybe planned OR I would not have booked a room here If I had know that up front .

Check in and learn you get charged an additional $150 security deposit. At checkout was told that gets returned at 11:30am still no return. First room wasnt the cleanest and TVs didnt work. Get moved to another room where towel rack was barely on the wall and Ac heat buttons were not there. Pool n hot tub were filthy bubbles in hot tob left a black ring around out. Wont be staying here again

At time of check-in Friday evening, the on duty desk clerk could not understand that I wished to pay for my stay in cash. He insisted on me swiping my credit card at the time, to which he subsequently charged my room. Then, he demanded a $150.00 security deposit for any possible damages that I might do to the room. Upon checkout Sunday morning, I asked the on duty desk clerk to apply an additional $50 dollars to the security deposit for the room payment and to reverse the charges made to my credit card Friday evening. He seemed unwilling to process my transaction willingly and after a short back and forth discussion, he sent one of the housekeepers to check my room for damages. When she returned and reported no damages, he then processed my security deposit and returned it to me. I then immediately gave it back to him, plus $50 dollars, to pay for my stay. And I had to ask him again to remove the room charges from my credit card. After some hesitation, he did remove the room charges from my credit card. I was very unhappy with the management of this Quality Inn and do not plan on staying at this location again. My overall impression of Quality Inns at present is not very good.

Overall, it is an okay stay. They have some nice additions such as the pool, mini-arcade, mini-cocktail like bar, hot tub, and workout space. Staff was friendly and helpful when needed. The breakfast could have some adjustments such as variety, but there's enough that it will take the edge off. The room itself was spacious, had a mini-fridge and microwave. One of the TV's in the room didn't work and it was hard to find any local information or just information for the hotel in the room. The price is reasonable and will get the job done for a brief visit.

The lobby beautiful. The elevator was broke, we took stairs. The building is in poor shape. Our room was terrible condition. Tv did not work. Bathroom had missing tiles behind floor trim. Tub was stained and chipped. The vent fan did function properly, hair dryer was bent. The entire building smelt like over used air freshner. Breakfast was terrible. I would never stay at another Quality Suites hotel.

Excellent stay for the money! Room was extra big with plenty of comfy pillows in each bed. The man working the front desk offered me a free beer when we arrived! The only issue was the elevator was not functioning but I understand these things happen. Breakfast was typical continental breakfast but again, very nice for the price! Definitely stay again :)

Staff was very courteous and helpful. The heating and air conditioning unit was extremely loud in our room. Made it difficult to sleep. I needed to run it in order to keep the room cool. The breakfast food was terribly cheap. I hate to throw out food and drink but I did this time. Only thing I ate was the Activia yogurt and clementine. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The facility and grounds were nice. Milwaukee had just flooded and we were placed on the 3rd floor and had to carry our luggage up the steps because the elevator was out of service. A bit disappointing but understandable. Overall a nice location but I wouldn’t plan on eating the breakfast.

We had an overall okay stay here. There were restaurants not too far away. Our room was big and felt more like a small one bedroom apartment than just a room with a door between the bedroom and the living room which was nice. There was free breakfast, a pool and a gaming room - we didn't try these out, but still felt it was a nice addition. The building felt a bit outdated, though, and the room wasn't as clean as we would have liked it to be. My husband found a hair in the bathroom, I found what I think was nail clippings by the night stand and there was a big stain close to the bed. It took us a while to notice these things as it wasn't too obvious (except for the stain by the bed), but either way I would have appreciated the cleaning staff to do a deeper cleaning between guests. Our comforter also had a small hole in it that had been sewn together. Other than these things the hotel seemed good overall, though.

The elevator was broken. We asked for a room on the first floor because we had some people with mobility issues and were told there were no rooms on the first floor so we were put on the 3rd floor. We were also not allowed to bring water bottles or plastic cups into the pool area. The breakfast selection also was not great. The eggs and sausage were not that warm either.

Elevator was broken-Saturday was told it would be fixed Monday- we stayed till Thursday- never fixed - not ADA compliant- was very difficult getting up the stairs to third floor - I have a heart condition-construction everywhere on property - breakfast was not good - I have never seen sausage like that and it was nasty- laundry area was bad too did not use it - pool was salty but desk said it was not salt water- we used it once- briefly then showered immediately

The coffee tray was dirty in my room..with coffee dried drippings..I found a pin needle on the bathroom floor in my hotel bathroom. Good thing i didn't step on it..
A employee was walking into the hotel as I was walking out with my hands full. They were only carrying a cup of coffee. They hold the door open for me..the let the door shut on me when they saw me struggling to carry everything..Not very good manners especially from an employee..

There were “ additional rules “ once you checked in that you are not made aware of prior to paying for the room. Once checked in they refused to give a full refund. If you are 21 you have to have a 21 yr old with you at all times or if you live with in 30 miles you can’t stay at the hotel. They were fine with me checking in even though I lived with in 30 miles but would not let a 20 yr be alone in a room. They pick and choose which “rules “ they follow and change it per customer. I sat and watched several other people check in and witnessed such instances. Customer Service was extremely poor. The male clerk at the desk was rude and yelled at me as well as the hotels.com rep while trying to get services refunded. I do not recommend staying at this hotel.

A Great Overnight Stay.

We stayed overnight for a city visit to Milwaukee. The hotel was colse to where we wanted to go and had many amenities around it. The check in was quick and easy, internet service was solid, there was good heated water in the shower and the pool and hot tub were in great shape. The beds were comfotable and there was not a lot of noise from other guests. I would stay there again whn in the Milwauhee area. Thank you.

We won’t stay at this hotel again. While it was convenient to the airport, and relatively inexpensive, it felt like a hotel overdue for a facelift. Our biggest issue was freeway noise and musty carpet smell. There was also a big crack in the window overlooking the parking lot and freeway that did not give a good impression. The pool is on the small side, but fine for kids; the water was not clear but a little murky- probably needed some chemicals. The adjacent hot tub was full. We missed having an outdoor patio area with nice chairs and umbrella where we could read or wait (there was a concrete area, no shade, with a wall around it that looked like it was built wrong and needed to be torn down)

We had a suite with a couch bed that was easy to pull out couch; not the most comfortable for a 200 pound adult but not miserable. There is a door between where the couch is and the bed so two people can sleep separate

Overall, it’s what you might expect for the price

The hotel was welcoming and I felt safe as a solo, female traveler. I enjoyed the breakfast selections and the pool area. The only (small) flaw was some dirty residue on the sides of the hot tub. I was able to wipe it off, so it wasn't a huge deal.
