The property did not have the room we had reserved, and was unable to let us book additional rooms to accommodate the number of people we had. The front desk was pretty abrupt and not at all apologetic. Thankfully he did make us “uncheck in” and the Expedia chat agent was very helpful in getting a refund for us.

I booked the room due to having a full kitchen, which I needed to make food for a family gathering. The room was nice, however, the hotel definitely needs some updating as there were no USB connections in the room. The hotel is in a very good location, with many restaurants, shopping and a movie theater nearby.

The other guest were rude and challenging. Took emense amounts of food to their room. Leaving my family without breakfast most of our stay. Literally 15 yogurts a time and eight plates of food. The staff is pleasant, trust worthy and helpful. The rooms need the tile fixed loose tiles cut my daughter's foot. Nice place to stay. Clean linens. Good complimentary breakfast when guest act accordingly.

Can't speak for everyone else but my stay was not the best. Room keys always deactivated every time we left the room. Instead of giving us new key cards, I kept being told to slide the card very slowly. That did not work either, but whenever the clerk did something on the computer, it worked. It got to the point we just left someone behind just so we can get back into the room. One of the tvs didnt work, out of 3. Also one of the tv remotes did not work. We had 2 queen beds and a let out couch. The toilet pressure was very weak, it clogged up after one use. And no, it wasnt a number 2. Elevator reeked of cigarette smoke.

The lady that works 1st shiftvat these hotel haves a bad additude. When i told her my ride will be here at 12 18. She was like u need to be out of the room with a bad attitude. But everyone besides her have been nice and we welcome and kindvof loud at times cause kids yellong and scramming at alll hours of the night.

When we first got into our room we noticed the dishwasher was broken and wasnt completely under the counter. Then we realized the kitchen table was broken. One of the wheels broke on one of the legs so it wouldn't sit right. The man who welcomed us was very kind but the lady who worked 3rd shift was very rude and did not help us at all. When i bought snacks from the lobby she was not friendly at all. We had 5 adults and asked for 3 extra pillows. She told us she couldnt get us pillows because that was housekeeping. I was not happy with our stay at all!

The two bedroom suite was spacious and came at an attractive price. Room was clean. My bed needed replaced and had a high center with the springs starting to make themselves known.The kitchen had plates but no silverware- would have been impossible to cook anything but use the microwave. Very nice man at the desk helped me arrange with the rental car company. Their shuttle bus was out of order. The place is generally running down, with old smelly carpets and mildew smells coming from the laundry room.

An extended stay hotel where one clerk said “no one stays here more than one night” as my room key expired 5 times in a 9-night stay. The dishwasher is very loud and kept us up. The hallway consistently smelled like marijuana. The bed was uncomfortable and room layout awkward. It was hard to access the closet. The elevator did not work some times. All of the soaps and toiletries were watered down and low quality, definitely not the Dove on the label. Housekeeping did a decent job and one of the front desk staff was kind and professional. Everyone else was silent and could not be bothered. I will not return.

The Bathroom Fan sounded like a lawn Mower and also the Garbage Disposal. The elevator didn't work 5 times had to go to front desk to let them know. We are 70 years old and were on 2nd floor. The night person just sat when told her and never moved. The person in the morning stated they have told the owner and nothing has been done. They had to keep going to circuit breaker. This should be reported to the fire department because it could cause issues and won't meet the ADA Code. Also the people above us it sounded like they were jumping all the time pass 11pm.

We were in a 1 bedroom and 1 of us slept on the sofa bed. The heating consisted of a vent facing into each space, with a control that didn't work and almost seemed fake, like it was just pasted on the wall. The bedroom wall with the vent had haphazardly constructed sheetrock around it. The rooms were cold - the staff said there were no extra blankets (we asked on 2 different days). We requested that they fix the heat and it is unclear they ever did.
Front desk staff generally did not make much effort to be friendly or helpful.
However, 1 woman really helped us out because we decided to leave after 2 days of a 6-day reservation. They normally require 24 hour notice and we were only deciding the night before. She kindly helped us to cancel the rest of our stay without any penalty.
The sofa bed was comfortable. The breakfast was standard fare.

The room was clean but the fan for the heat and ac squeaked all night long, I could hear every truck that passed down the highway, the refrigerator sounded like it was on its last leg, both tvs remotes did not work and the elevator was out of order for two days. Elevator was down when I checked in and wasnt up and running until a few days later.

Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Morning breakfast was the same each day. Coffee was good.

You definitely get what you pay for at this location.

My 2 bed suite was ok. The room had a weird odor to it. Furniture is old, broken and needs to be refreshed or new. Carpet was dirty . Bed was obviously sagging.
Bathroom has the basics, but could use a refresh. Nothing special. The vanity light flickered at times.

I stayed 1/24-1/26. Stay was great and I’d stay again if opportunity allows. Would be 5 star if it wasn’t for having to switch rooms upon arrival. 1st room smelled of smoke and had strong air freshener smell trying to mask it. They gladly assigned another room which was great but there appeared to be an obvious problem with a working tv in that new room. Tv just showed a no signal message. Front desk indicated that maintenance is called often to this room to attempt to correct it. Overall, it was a good stay and worth the price.

Checked in Late Thursday Night, slept in and utilized Morning coffee and towels after showering. Friday, Went about doing our thing in Milwaukee, and came back to room, no new towels and coffee was not replenished. Had to go to one of the cleaning persons to get more towels and Coffee. Should have been done while we were gone. Our toilet was backed up and the maintenance man did an excellent job of getting it back to working order. Saturday and Sunday it was pretty much the same, had to get our own towels and coffee,
Not used to that kind of do it yourself when staying at a Motel.

The property is well-worn inside, with visible signs of age in the rooms, elevator, hallways, and stairwells. It’s worth noting that some of the photos online might not fully represent the current condition of the hotel.

There were a few maintenance issues during our stay: the toilet clogged easily, the sink drained slowly, and the shower water pressure was modest, likely due to a problem with the diverter valve. While there was plenty of warm water, the hottest setting left just a bit to be desired.

On the plus side, parking is abundant, even for larger vehicles like coaches and trucks. However, some guests fail to park correctly despite clear signage, making navigation a bit frustrating.

Breakfast service was surprisingly well-managed. The staff worked hard to keep the coffee, eggs, and sausage replenished and the area clean, even with some guests blocking access to the coffee and beverage dispensers and being messy and not picking up after themselves.

There were no issues with noise. The airport is close by but the planes weren’t flying overhead.

Overall, this hotel meets basic needs but could use some updates and better guest etiquette enforcement. A reasonable choice if you’re managing expectations.

I liked a location of hotel. It is nice and quiet place. Stuff was friendly. Rooms are little smaller for more than two persons. When you pull up a couch it doesn’t leave you much space. Rooms are decent but not as clean as I expected. Mattress on pull up couch was very dirty with huge questionable stain. Bed was very clean and comfortable. Overall we had really good time.

What I like is that there’s a stove and a big refrigerator,the bed comfortably fine but the sofa bed is broken, I like the bathroom too it’s clean.
What I didn’t like was the cabinets in the kitchen were so dirty,and the hotel is close too the road that’s why it’s was a noisy stay and sofa bed is crooked and broken so I recommend that the staff should fix it. Ty

Room smelt like cat pee and after crawling on the floor fir 20 minutes my grandson's knees and the to of his socks were both black. Very dirty. Every floor had an odor of marijuana and i have a child that is allergic. Was very unsatisfied with the room and some of the staff. The rooms were fairly priced and spacious. Our room keys stopped opening the oustide door during our stay and my room key stopped opening our rooms door. Our room phone rang over and over at 2am and woke us up. I answered and no one was there. I walked down to the desk and no one was there. The spectrum on the tv kept not loading the channels and giving me an error code in spanish. There were long black hairs in the bathroom. Overall okay. Staff i encountered was friendly. A little disappointed with the details.

A good deal in the price range.

Older, slightly outdated hotel that is clean and managed well with a friendly staff. Nice quiet courtyard with tables and chairs for relaxing and/or eating. Breakfast has the standard options but is good and is definitely better than the grab-and-go breakfast that many places offer. We didn’t use the kitchenette but it's a nice perk if staying for more than a night.

We had our adult children visiting from abroad, and were really pleased with the 2 suites I had booked. They were clean and roomy, and the TV was in a good location, so one could watch on the bed or on the sofa.

We rented a 2-room suite. Maximum occupancy 6.

Our room was on the front of the building with a street nearby. The first night was very noisy. I found the window in our room wasn't closed completely and the window seals were damaged. After closing the window, traffic noise was marginally better.

The living room had a sofa bed and 2 desk chairs, providing seating for 4. There was 1 lamp. In the evening it was dark. We moved a lamp from one of the bedrooms. I mentioned it to the front desk and the reply was \"I'm sorry, all the rooms are like that\".

The shower head sprayed water all over the wall and floor due to a leaking connection. Maintenance replaced the head while we were out. It still leaked just not as much.

Dishwasher door was broken and difficult to open. Placard on the front of the dishwasher that would have provided important information was missing. Instructions said to turn knob to \"Normal\". There was no way of knowing where \"Normal\" was. Additionally, dishwasher wasn't fastened in place adding to the difficulty opening the door.

To me the showerhead and dishwasher issues are inexcusable. I am certain the housekeeping staff knew of these issues. They should have been reported and corrected.

Poor initial encounter. Limited glasses. Seemed to have to ask for everything. Body wash empty keys did not work. Someone smoking on floor unfortunately the person in the kitchen eating area constantly scrubbing and clanging while we were eating. No fruit of any kind. Limited hot food tasted like it was reheated the head housekeeper seemed to be the only one who had pride in her work we finally were accommodated for our room after they initially tried to put us in a room where you would have had to jump over to one of the beds to get in it.
