Arrived at the hotel and was told I couldn't check in, even though I was able to book and pay, because I lived 20 miles from the hotel and they have a 30 mile radius limit. Hotel staff was rude and unwilling to make an exception stating that she didnt care if I was unaware of the policy, she wasnt going to check me in. I spent over an hour on the phone with hotels.com finally able to cancel and get my money back that I should recieve in approx 15 days.. I'll never even attempt to use another Comfort Suites, nor will my family/friends. I've never been turned away from a hotel because I live too close. They didn't want my money and I'll never try to give it to them again. I believe this rule was made because the hotel, in general, isn't in a great neighborhood so they don't want their neighbors staying there. Perhaps its a high crime area.There are other ways to accomplish keeping crime out. Make it a 5-10 mile radius. Make it a higher age limit required for check in. Either way, my 2 kids and I were refused service.Very sad.

We had to find a new place at the last minute and Comfort Suites was great, staff very helpful and the fitness center was one of the better hotel ones. The pool looked amazing but we didn't use it. The breakfast was quite good too, with lots of options. Rooms well done and super clean. Only complaint is that we had to return to the front desk several times because our keys had stopped working.

The hotel staff was really nice and helpful. The hotel was quiet and everything was very clean. Our coffee maker wasnt working, and i told the staff. It ended up being a faulty outlet, but they had it fixed and replaced right away.

Refrigerator was broken, reading light near the bed didn't work, and the noise from the pool was unbelievable. They really should close the pool at 9pm. The hotel and room were clean and nice. The refrigerator was wide open when I walked in, I'm sure someone knew it was broken.

The room was large and clean. Only downside to the room is that it faced the pool so until the pool closed for the evening, there was a fair amount of noise, Once the pool closed for the evening, it was quiet. Breakfast was very good. The pool area was nice and always had clean pool towels. Downside to the hotel overall was limited parking and difficult. This hotel has a banquet / conference area; the parking lot was filled primarily with party guests rather than hotel guests. Therefore it was a long walk, without any sidewalks, from the very back corners of the parking lot to the hotel entrance. This was a safety concern for me.

Easy check-in. Checked out early for a 5:00 AM flight, so keycards were just left in the room. Too early to take advantage of their breakfast buffet. Only faults to find was that our room was on the 3rd floor facing the indoor pool. The room had a strong smell of chlorine. Also, the wall-mounted TV was not leveled and listed to the left. Very convenient for airport travels and would stay there again.

Terrible ! I booked on Expedia and no where on my booking did it say no people allowed within a 30 mile radius. I was coming from my original hometown and visiting a friend. My iid still had a Wisconsin address so the clerk denied my stay after I already paid and drove 3 hours from Peoria. Thankfully my travel partner indeed had an out of state id so we needed up using her id to book. By this time there was clearly already a problem so the super rude and disrespectful clerk gave us a really dirty room hair on sheets clearly haven’t been cleaned in weeks. Complained and she gave us another room, this time she gave us a room smelling of so much chlorine I couldn’t breathe. The next room was smelling of cigarette smoke and stale. My guess she purposely gave us rooms they never book or rarely use just to be passive aggressive because she didn’t want to rent in the first place. Only thing I enjoyed was the breakfast, nice breakfast!

Room was filthy. Long black hair in shower, Doritis on floor. Floor by register was full sand and I don't know what. Pool area had ants and alot sand and pebbles in hot tub. The entire pool area floors were filthy. Went down to desk to let them know about ants and pebbles. Younger girl on her phone looked up \"can I help you?\" Then looked down went right back to her phone. Told me ya I'll tell someone!

Regina at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful with local activities to do. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast buffet was good. Only downside was the cleanliness of our room. We found a sock under a chair and what looked to be makeup stains on a pillow.

Late night. Stay over after several flight delays. Room was clean enough, the wall had a lot of dents and paint removal. The room was larger than expected with plenty of room to put down. My yoga mat to stretch. Beds were very comfortable. The breakfast did not have many healthy options. However, very few hotels offer more than just oranges and bananas for fresh fruit.

Overall, we had an excellent stay with our family. Securing adjoining rooms was especially helpful, as it allowed the grandparents to easily care for the children while their parents attended a concert.

The rooms were generally clean; however, we did notice dried soda stains on one wall, and the tub caulking could use maintenance. In addition, the adjoining doors were missing functional hold-open closers, requiring us to prop them open to move between the rooms.

Had the worst experience I have ever had in my entire life time. First of all, my room smelled like fresh cigarette that smoke, toilet was extremely dirty (poop splattered in the bowl) white stain on sofa, bedsheet dirty and wrinkled and so many more. There were no housekeeping to clean the bathroom. I am so disgusted by it.

I recommend not staying there unless you have no choice.

We had kids running up and down the hall on the third floor screaming and yelling and acting like fools at 11-1130 at night. Kids were in the pool area way after the pool closed yelling and screaming. We drove 5 hrs to get there arrived at 9pm and needed to get to sleep to get up early for a band conference. We could hear the music and feel the bass from the party on the first floor. Just very disappointed in the atmosphere compared to the first stay last year. Thanks so much for allowing me to vent.

Appreciated the 24 hour shuttle to/from the airport. Breakfast was good, room was clean, the beds were incredibly comfortable. The only problem I ran into was the awful wifi. I swear every 20 minutes it went out and I had to go back and watch an ad to get reconnected. The cell service was also garbage out there so that didn’t help any. I missed checking in for my flight because of the wifi. Other than that, it was fantastic.

The Stay was good but a staff memeber gave our room to someone else. Put us in a nice room but it was cheaper then the one we paid for. Hotel has not followed up or been reachable to fix issue. Its been over a week now since we were there.

We arrived at the hotel late due to airline flight delay. It took 30 minutes before someone came to the door.

Was told by manager once we checked out to call expedia and Expedia says we should have called right away.

The morning manager did offer, after the fact to give us a different room similar to what we originally booked but we had already settled in the room they gave us. We had a long night and didn’t have the energy to gather all our bags to move.


Checked in the room 8.29.25 and today is 9.6.25 issue is not resolved.

According to Expedia there is a bar in the hotel...there is not. The balcony room that I thought we were getting was a balcony to an indoor pool. The room needed quite a few repairs done on it. The staff was very friendly and there is an excellent place to eat right down the road.

Hotel definitely needs an update. It looks like they started to update it and then gave up. Hotel sprays constantly of some type of air freshener that is over powering in the hotel hall ways. The breakfast was ok didn’t have a lot of options and was pretty bland. Hotel staff and cleaning employees were super nice. This hotel looks to be in an old part/run down part of town. Nothing really close, but right off the interstate and Pool looks like it could use a cleaning. Overall our stay was ok. Would definitely look else where next time we’re in town.
