The room was very clean. Bathroom could’ve been a bit cleaner, but it was still up to standard. The only that I had was there was a random screw on the floor by the bed that got gotten hurt and the blackout curtain feature wasn’t working properly when you slide other than that location is really nice. The parking feature is really nice and the staff is wonderful.

My room definitely was neglected. The employees had more than enough time to ensure that my room was up to par & in standard conditions considering the fact that I checked in after 8pm. The countertop surfaces were stained as if they were not cleaned. The floor was not vacuumed. The bathtub was full of hair as if had not been cleaned at all. I informed the front desk of the housekeeping issue, and was told that someone would be to my room. No one never showed up to my room regarding the issue, or never even followed up. The next morning I attempted to go for breakfast at 6:50 am, but breakfast was not ready. I was informed that breakfast hours are 6am to 9am. One of the kitchen employees told me that breakfast wouldn’t be ready until 7am. I was highly disappointed as I headed back to my room. Before going back to my room, I stopped at the front desk and informed another employee of the condition of my room. The employee informed me that she would pass my concern along to the manager who was going to be clocking in soon. Again, & still…nothing was done regarding the condition of my room. Eventually I just ended up checking out early, and not finishing my stay. I would never stay at that location again, & would not recommend to anyone.

Good place to stay near the Public Market and close to absolutely everything! They recently filled in their pool to make a \"splash pad,\" which was unexpected. The room and public spaces (breakfast area) could have been cleaner, but we are hyper vigilant on cleanliness right now as we have a baby. The staff were wonderful. Overall, very good.

I was surprised that on my first stay at this Hilton hotel, my room had a roach infestation. Although they were baby roaches, that usually means there are more. It was very disappointing. Other than that, I was generally pleased with the service. I will consider another hotel on my next visit to Milwaukee.

Great stay! Stayed just for one night but was pleasantly suprised. Right across the public market, one min walk!! Room was huge, tall ceilings large windows looking into the city. Super clean smelled clean and fancy everywhere. They left a little goody bag outside my door which was so nice! I used the gym im the morning, clean and just perfect. Free breakfast was very nice. Lots of healthy options and tortilla chorizo option was such a yum suprise. Front desk was super friendly from beginning to the end. Highly recommend!

Staff was great at check in and Angel was awesome when checking out. Hotel was adequate and pretty clean. No room cleaning provided even after asking. Worst experience was the breakfast area … lots of empty items including coffee and the staff was not very accommodating. And we don’t have high expectations on the free breakfast set ups. Would likely look to stay elsewhere next visit.

I had incredible service from Natasha. She helped me during my late arrival.

This is a historic property. It is noisy, because many of its original features from 1892 were retained. Expect a few creaks and noises that come with historic hotels.

This is a really neat property, historic building that's been remodeled with a modern flare, but retaining some of the building's original charm. Breakfast was better than the average continental breakfast, staff was generally friendly and helpful. One block from the riverwalk, so lots to see and do nearby including the Milwaukee Market.

Cons: There's really no parking, we had to valet and it was quite expensive. Additionally the building sits right off the highway and also on a very active downtown street. Our room was extremely noisy, we would not have been able to sleep without earplugs.

Staff was great. Room was very large and comfortable. Gym was functional. Are has tons to do. Restaurants, entertainment and bars are everywhere. Really enjoyed getting food across the street at Milwaukee Market and bring it back to the room. The only negative was the noise at night. The slingshots and motorcycles were obnoxious until 2:30 am every night. Made for an unpleasant experience. The area is extremely crowded on weekends. We are in our 60’s and pretty open minded, but probably won’t go back to Milwaukee. One and done. It’s a young person’s town.

This was the loudest hotel I have been in. It was like the cars and motorcycles were sitting in the room and I too was jamming out to 90's hip hop and grunge metal. Will not be back.

This hotel was wonderful. Check in was quick and seamless. Our hotel room was really nice. It was like a huge studio apartment. Breakfast the next morning was great. They have valet or a lot for parking. There are 3 electric charging stations right in the front of the building where you valet for guest use which is really nice.

We were in town fo a concert and the 3rd ward art show...we were able to easily walk around...so convenient to everything. We had a huge room with our bedroom in the turret. The only small item was the bedspread had a stain on the back side that was possibly blood.

The hotel was very clean and so was our room. Very comfortable bed also.
The only downside is the parking. It is in a garage that is not attached and crossing the alley late at night as a single woman would have been creepy. Otherwise all was good.

Nice hotel, not given accessible room

Stay was very nice. My only concern is that I reserved a handicapped accessible room & a regular room, and was given two regular rooms.

We managed without the accessible room, but it was more difficult than it should have been.

Really a great choice for us. Early check in was very helpful. Loved the kitchenette and location to the market. Unloading/luggage and navigating the exit from elevator to room was a bit tricky but no biggie. Very little to no parking to unload but again no biggie. Would definitely return!

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. While this room is advertised as accommodating up to four people, it really doesn’t accommodate more than three. The pull out bed was small slightly larger than a twin) and the mattress was worn out - you could feel the springs through. My daughter ended up sharing the king bed with my husband and I while my son took the sofa bed.

Friday and Saturday night really noisy. Cars racing along road outside, loud booming music, people yelling and screaming. Didn't stop until 2.30 am. Disappointed hotel didn't call police to stop it. Hotel did provide ear plugs in the room which shows they knew how noisy it gets.

Stayed here a few times, great location but not worth the price. Rooms not clean, breakfast is a joke, front desk people are spending most of their time looking at their phones. Valet parking was nice until we asked for help with our bags AFTER a $20.00 tip!! Will not stay there again. Sorry

We spent 2 nights at this property in 2 different rooms. The first room was SO NOISY! The noise from the street and highway was insane! You know it’s bad when there are earplugs provided. We were moved to a different room for the second night.

A HOTEL THAT GETS IT. rooms are spacious not too expensive. full refrigerator and microwave, dishes, netflix, a gym and mini laundromat in the basement. a super market next door. clean, well kept. what every hotel should be like - home away from home.

Room was great, hotel was beautiful. The 2 men in charge of the breakfast did not do well keeping things stocked. Juices were empty, breads were empty, and the sausage and eggs were very low. Did not see them stock anything the entire time we sat in breakfast area. They just hung out in back room. Very disappointing.
