One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was because of the excellent breakfast and food ratings. I’m sorry to say that the Breakfast buffet was terrible. Cut up fruit was not fresh and had a bad tangy taste to it. The berry compote didn’t even look fresh. I ate a fresh tangerine instead. Shedded cheese had white mold on it. I requested fresh cheese and it was much later replaced with more moldy cheese. We waited a long time for scrambled eggs that tasted like liquid flavorless out of a bag eggs with some chives out of a jar sprinkled on top. 2nd request for fresh cheese the cook showed me the bag that it came out of and it was not fresh. She did get another bag and that was a fresh bag. Sausages were not completely browned as if done in a hurry. Ate the most cooked sausage, cold scrambled eggs with fresh cheese on top and basic tater tots.

I had the speciality room with views and had to request a room change twice. Mind you its only 6 floors and I was in 3 of those rooms due to terrible housekeeping. There was food still left in room 431. Got to 231 and ir was rose petals on the floor (assuming valentine's day shenanigans). Then get to room 531 but housekeeping refused to come and accommodate me with extra towels. They truly need to reconsider the entire housekeeping staff that they have. Terrible service for what I paid

Hi, our stay was okay. We only needed for one quick night, but there are a couple things that could improve. A microwave in the rooms, a coffee bar throughout the day, weekend breakfasts to start earlier than 7am. I know in a city parking is hard, but it should be included in hotel room rates. The in and out is a lot! Plus it was very loud, many guests were talking in he hallway, and loud in rooms around us, made for a hard night sleep when woken at 12:30am. We have stayed at Hyatt before and have been very pleased,

The check-in went great the morning staff was great it was clean the only thing is the lady who was doing the food working in the back seemed sick and she kept coughing and being on her phone I was like is this for sanitary to eat I wish they would’ve had a waffle or pancake maker the beverage station juice container you could see the mold inside the water. Room was not cleaned, dirty towels were not picked up and clean towels replaced. Had to ask on a daily basis for towels to shower. When I asked front desk one gentleman said he would look into it and see. He gave me clean towels so I expected the old towels to be removed they were not. I went down to front desk to request the room to be cleaned, on Saturday 11-15-25 and was confronted with a lady behind the counter in a rude and abrasive manner. Not what you want with the price your paying for these rooms. Will not recommend this hotel because of this.
