The whole hotel had a slightly sticky feel to it in terms of cleanliness. They don’t clean the rooms daily, you have to ask for it. We asked after the first day and the room was not cleaned. We asked multiple times the next day and still not cleaned. We had to basically beg the people to clean the room/change sheets/give us fresh towels, asked the front desk several times and they finally came on our last night. Also they use some sort of very heavy scent that was heavy and cloying in the lobby and elevators. Terrible.

The Staff was absolutely awesome! Everyone we encountered was so helpful and friendly. We stayed 5 nights and from check in to check out we had the best time. Security, housekeeping, servers, bartenders, Marketplace workers, front desk, Cream City Coffee, Sportsbook cashiers were all great and made you feel welcome. Our room on the 19th floor was awesome with the floor to ceiling windows. The hotel is very clean. The Sportsbook for the March Madness Tourney was organized and ran so well, kudos to ALL the employees who worked that, they did amazing.

Love this stay. Only issue was they did not honor the VIP perk through Orbitz/ Expedia. Otherwise a great stay with phenomenal staff who always stopped what they were doing to escort us to any place we couldn’t locate with their way finding signs. First time visiting Milwaukee as well as Potawatomi, and ill 1,000% be back. The staff is super friendly and go above and beyond. Its not just the front desk who checks in with guests, other staff do too, and thats phenomenal. Will definitely stay here again when im back in Milwaukee.

Room was nice had an enjoyable stay with the Chinese restaurant had excellent food good atmosphere the hiccup was the free valet , it took them 45 to get our car back they finally sent someone to retrieve our car and pull up and they brought us the wrong car seriously they left it run for 5 minutes and then realized it was the wrong car so 45 minutes to retrieve our car very disorganized and no communication

The room was nice. TV very small for the size room. Also, for a hotel of this caliber I wouldn't think you would have to request to have your room cleaned but you do. Also, they only clean for guests staying a minimum of three nights. Room cleaning, valet service, bellhop service is requested via tablet. Requested bell service for checkout but they never came. Also requested extra towels the second night but they never brought them. Disappointed for the usual price.

After comping us the wrong room for a night , with the lack of communication between the front desk and security, they removed my 79 year old mother and caused a medical episode, they gave me an oops sorry like it was no big deal, yes we had a reservation!!! I wouldn't choose this hotel again. Front desk lady had a nasty disposition. I picked up the phone in the room to ask a question and even she had a bad attitude. Im assuming that this is jyst the culture of this establishment.
