Great location for events at Fiserv Forum. Just a five minute walk. Room was ok. The heat wouldn’t stop running all night even when I would make adjustments on the thermostat. The air was really dry and had a hard time sleeping because of it.

Honestly, when you think of a $23 buffet, I guess you expect there to be more selection not just your typical continental breakfast options. With that said, I would also kind of assume that the orange juice would not be from concentrate. A lot of money for mediocre food that usually is included in other hotels with this stay. The staff was very nice and very helpful, but not the selection for the price.

The room was fine but the rest of the hotel experience was poor. There were multiple events in the area driving a lot of guests checking in and the hotel was clearly understaffed. Many of us waited for our rooms to be ready after 4pm, there were no parking spots left in the hotel garage when we arrived, and no carts available to take luggage up. There was a loud repeating banging noise next to our room that started at 7am and went on till about 9am. None of us got any rest after a late night. I will never stay in this hotel again.

The only positive was valet Owen, he delivered bad news to other guests with grace, even when everyone looked upset and gave him attitude. He was creative and figured out a way to put my car away till the valet was ready, he found a cart for my luggage as soon as one opened up. Owen demonstrated leadership when his management did not. He deserves a promotion.

If you’re going to charge your guest $6 for a bottle of water (which is ABSURD).. you should have clean rooms/bathrooms, bedding that doesn’t feel like tissue paper, doors that actually open and close without issue. Ridiculous. Only giving 2 stars due to location and friendly staff.

There was no breakfast during my stay and no restaurants were available being Christmas time. My room view was fantastic the staff were excellent. Without any available restaurants I thought we would have had a microwave oven in the room, which would have made it easier to warm up food I had to go offsite to purchase. The front desk staff did warm up a meal but I didn’t care for taking our food from our room to the reception area. The hotel and staff were great and I will go back during the regular season.

Had a great stay in Milwaukee this weekend... The Staff was excellent, everyone was top notch from the Desk Clerks to the Doormen. A special Thank You to JR (Doorman), he was very professional and helpful with every question I \"threw\" at him during our stay. We parked in their parking structure and Ubered to all of our destinations during our stay. The room was very nice, clean and well maintained. Housekeeping was on the ball and supplied us with clean towels and general housekeeping. We will definitely stay there again. We honestly couldn't have had a better stay...

Check in took too long, a maze to get to the hotel from parking. My room was nice, but the bathroom smelled horrible and the water pressure was so bad. The position of the tv made no sense if you wanted to watch from the bed, you had to turn the whole tv (which isnt swivel, could be a possible issue if dropped or falls on a small child).The room needs to be moved around. For a high floor city room, you would think that these rooms and bathrooms would be top, notch, especially paying $200 a night. The vending machine doesn't accept black people's money. Waiting to use the elevator was ridiculous. Besides that, pretty hotel and the bed was comfy. I probably won't stay here again unless the rate goes down. Not worth it.

We got there 2 hours past our check-in time and our room wasn’t ready. Waited over 90 minutes to receive a text that it was ready and finally went back to the front desk to ask. Confirmed they had the correct phone number and for whatever reason never received a text but it was finally ready. Got up to the room and dirty plates outside of our room door with food on it. Was told parking would be comped and it never was; ended up paying $33 for one night of parking. Would not recommend.

Had to play with the light switch by the front door to get the light to turn on. The shower has a slow drain. The parking lot needs improvement with its automated gate system. There was an issue just about everything time i had to either enter or leave the garage. For the location and the price, i would expect a comfortable, relaxing and stress-free stay that i was able to enjoy in much smaller establishments. At this moment, i don't think I'll be returning.

The room had prior guests trash under the bed that I saw when I sat on the chair, so easy for housekeeping to miss but still gross.
Also, the toilet was making loud gurgling noises and had a sewer smell (not from me lol), I think there was a plumbing issue. Otherwise it is a nice hotel in a great location.
