I always stay here when I’m in the area - it’s quiet, clean and nice. Staff is always nice and check in is fast. It’s nice being able to park my car for free as well. I like how I can show up later in the day and check in no problem too.

As a frequent traveler, I have stayed in many places throughout the world. Unfortunately, this is my least favorite I've stayed in. I picked this place based on Expedia reviews and the price. Look at another review site and you will see a more accurate picture of the hotel. This is about adequate and that's it.
Pros:
-Decent breakfast-waffles, sausage, eggs, cereals, bagels
-Warm room-I'm usually freezing but it felt nice
-Mirrors-both looked nice and new
Cons:
-First room was under renovation; Nearly bedtime with arms full, had to go back to the desk and let them know their room was being renovated-light bulbs in sink, mattresses leaned against wall, no mirror
-Given a room with different amount of beds than reserved
-Mattresses stained
-Room was dark and dreary looking even in daytime
-TV was crooked. Tried to straighten it and it was so wobbly I thought it was going to fall to the floor. We put a water bottle under one side but it was still crooked.
-Both fridge and heating/cooling unit were loud
-Shower had minimal hot water and shot water all over even through the curtain
-Hard floor was sticky
-Light switch was tricky-to turn it off, you push it hard to the right and flip it upwards
-Room 326

My flight got in a little late and by the time I collected my bags it was almost 11:00 p.m.. I had trouble finding the correct number to contact the front desk to arrange for the shuttle to pick us up and so it was a minute or two past 11 before I called. The shuttle doesn't run after 11:00 p.m. but Teresa, the front desk clerk called her shuttle driver who had just left and was on his way home. Vijay, the shuttle driver, came and picked us up in his own personal vehicle to take us back to the hotel! I thought this was extraordinary service on the part of both of them and makes me a great fan of this particular hotel. Our room was also clean and very nice and we enjoyed our breakfast the next morning which includes a waffle maker. I will use this hotel again.

Its really not enough space for me to express how i feel about this hotel & its staff. It is everything a hotel should be, reasonably priced, right off the main express way, 5 min from airport and off the highway so you have grocery, fast food, diners and gas stations with in walking distance. The staff is exceptional at everything, the breakfast is on time, hot and plentiful, house keeping is on the job but never intrudes, maintenance is here everyday making sure hotel is up to running conditions and performing upgrades yet you never hear them and that is exactly how it should be. We’ve stayed at other La Quintas which have been great. The second night, we found bed bugs and the front desk lady was kind enough to get us a different room but my family and I weren’t comfortable. We ended up checking out a night earlier. Although Expedia gave me some credits, the hotel manager wouldn’t give us a a refund for the last night we didn’t stay.

This is my 2nd time staying here and in both occasions, we informed we were going to checkout right at 11am. Tell me why is housekeeping knocked on my door at 9:45am, 10am, and even at 10:55am. So annoying. Other than that, the place is very clean.

I had a slight issue with my reservation they claim they didn’t see it. Once I verified with receipt they gave me a room that smelt horrible, wasn’t clean & didn’t have a working phone. I had to go back down to front desk but the female employee (with glasses) was very understanding and switched my room. The second room smelt great, was very clean & spacious. I loved the mini bottles of dove they left out with clean towels. They offered free breakfast as well. 7/10 experience for me. The girl at the check in counter was super busy with multiple guests having issues, but she did a great job of prioritizing. She knew one guest was going to take longer than a minute so asked if she can hang on while she looked into her issue, then she checked me in pretty quickly. This hotel is under new management and you can tell because everything went pretty smooth and the place felt cleaner. The young lady in the front with glasses that checked me in and helped me throughout my days there(I feel bad for not looking at her name tag) was so kind and understanding. I was there in total about 6 days.I asked to move rooms after the 2nd day and she accommodated me with no problems. The only negative and this has nothing to do with the staff was the \"workout room\" because it was locked and the key card didn’t work for it so they had to unlock it for you. Only 1 of the 2 treadmills worked and there were no free weights or lifting machines. We made it work and used the working treadmill and eleptical machine.
The Free breakfast was better than ever. They had the waffle maker available everyday that I was there, which in the past it was only there maybe a day or 2 on the weekends. I saw that they had eggs, sausage and Muffins available as well.
