We had an early flight ,so we didn't have the opportunity to have breakfast. However parking is provided for a fee, and free shuttle. Pool was closec and coffee shop was not open on both occasions. Staff service good ,room fine. Restaurant on premise.

First of all, when I got there, they need to do something about their lines. I understand that pilots and flight attendants come in for a restful night, but please respect other people when they arrive as well. I am a paying customer and should be taken care of too. You don’t know if I just got off a flight and was trying to get somewhere as well.

Other than that, I would like my funds back because the hotel was dirty and I had to switch rooms twice. When I did switch rooms, the room was okay, but I wiped off as much as I could myself. When I took a bath, the water would not go down the drain. I didn’t have time to stop at the front desk because I had to get back on my flight, so that’s why I’m sending this message so someone can reach out to me.

This hotel represents itself as a good hotel, but there were too many coworkers standing in the hallway just looking at you. Please do not put me on a floor where your employees stay — it feels kind of weird and uncomfortable.

I also feel like this hotel is under different management because it used to be different people who respected your boundaries and the hotel used to smell fresh. The pool was out, things were everywhere, and if you want people to book with you, you should let customers know ahead of time that the pool and breakfast are not available.

The elevator was not working during my 5 night stay. I asked for my room to be cleaned after my 3rd night and nobody showed up. I asked again and no one came to clean my room. All I wanted was clean towels and for them to empty trash. The power went out during my stay and was surprised you didn’t have a back up generator for security reasons…..it was pitch dark in the room and glad I found my phone to find my way around the room.
It’s a really nice hotel and the lady at the front desk was very friendly but you need to work on improving housekeeping and making sure elevators get fixed in a timely manner.

We were there for a convention so having the room for the event right there off the lobby was great. Rooms were not as clean as they could have been. There was still food in the fridge when we checked in. The faucet leaked all over the counter when on and the heater was VERY noisy.
Convenient but we were only there for one night.

The hotel in general was good for the price. Easy reservation and quick check in. On the down side, I should mention that the coffee bar at the entrance is a concession and there was nobody in attendance for hours, even when it was supposed to be open. But to be fair I was there only one day.

I booked this because I wanted a pool and hot tub. We checked in and went to supper with a friend. When we got back there was an event there. So I asked where the pool was. The front desk clerk said indignantly, \"it has been closed for months. \"It was on our website.\" I told her, \"Well it is not on Expedia.\" It was very disappoint to our graddaught who wanted to swim.

Our stay was short. It was also interesting. Several plugs were removed from their outlets. Two controlled the main room television, which never did work, The other controlled the light and outlet next to my bed, where I plug in my chargers. That one I did get working. Why is this occurring???

I can’t put in enough words to say how gracious I was to have stayed here. From the wonderful manager Ashley and all the front desk crew were magnificent kind helpful and very accommodating. The room was beautifully clean the hallways smelled amazing as you walked through. Now to include the wonderful restaurant in the hotel was even more wonderful the gentleman Vaus went well over and beyond to making my dining experience amazing. Food was great new India inspired dishes delicious. The bartenders Sandy and Raj were just as pleasant at the bar and very knowledgeable bartenders with great drinks. All in all I enjoyed my stay and will definitely make this my getaway special. Thanks you so much to all the staff you all were amazing.

My stay was less than satisfactory. When booking through Expedia, it said that there was a pool and hot tub. For that reason, I did book this location. upon arrival. It was discovered that the pool and hot tub has been out of service for the past 5+ months. The front desk lady was very snarky and stated that it states on their website and that we should not go by Expedia but look at their website instead however what person typically checks both Expedia in comparison with the actual locations website at the same time? Also booking through Expedia it states that I paid for 2 breakfast for my significant other and I and when asking about this and how this is obtained the front desk staff told me that that is not a part of the package even though I paid for it through Expedia and lastly when trying to negotiate a late checkout the woman who checked us in said we could do a late checkout at 2 pm and she would put a note in there at no extra cost and when we verified with another lady at the front desk latter just to make sure the note was in there she told us there is no note and that they cannot do that and she would proceed to charge an additional night to my stay which I don’t mind paying extra but the inconsistencies between staff and the location and Expedia discrepancies was less than desirable.

Ha. Where do I even start. I stayed at this property to catch an early
morning flight to Vegas because of the convenient location. Upon arrival I stepped out of my truck and immediately slipped and fell outside. I have multiple bruises covering my back and shoulders. The lady at the front desk was very kind and offered to get the manager, and that’s the only kind treatment I received. Not only did the so called “manager” not offer me to file an incident report, he basically blamed me! The manager above him was of little help as well. Called me to ask how i was. DURING my ruined vacation. I could hardly walk and anyone
who had been to vegas knows the amount of walking you need to do. Worst treatment i’ve ever received at a hotel EVER. With the exception of the lady at the front desk, who looked mortified by the way the manager spoke to me.
On top of all that the heating/cooling unit in our room was leaking water and the elevator had an uneven step. (surprise surprise another falling hazard). This place is a dump ran by a bum. Do better.

I booked a suite with a balcony for a weekend event, and when I arrived the clerk (her name was Aloha) was having issues checking me in even though I paid in advanced. So she finally gets me into a room, and it wasn't the room I booked. No balcony. I was gonna let it be, but the tv had no working volume. So I called and let them know, and Aloha said she'd send a maintenance guy. He never showed. So I called again. Same response. Same outcome. No show. So I go to the front desk, and directly ask about it and luckily someone else was working front desk. They checked me into a new room. With a balcony!! I was excited. But again no working tv. This time I was irritated and tired from travelling and just let it be. Went and got some books instead. The room comes with coffee pods, I asked for more and was told by aloha that there is \"no more in the hotel\". No more coffee... doubtful. So I asked a room maid and she promptly gave me a handful of coffee pods. The pool and hot tub are also closed. So I was left feeling like they didn't care, couldn't be bothered to do the bare minimum. Won't be returning. (Don't get me started on the condition of the room because that's just as bad)

TV was not functioning upon getting to the room, but was promptly replaced by management and did not become a problem afterwards. There was some dirt on the sheets upon arrival, and the sink and bathtub were a bit leaky in some spots. Some outlets on the wall (particularly behind the desk in the back) were not functioning. Overall, the room was sufficient for a couple nights, but would have been more of an issue if I had stayed any longer. Hotel staff is friendly and made the most to ensure a good experience overall.

The bed was hard as a rock, felt like concrete. And the man at the bar was trying to smooze us out of all of our money making us drinks we didn’t want and made us almost late for our game. We will NEVER be back and will certainly not be recommending. The new ownership sounds like it’s going to be an absolute mess also. I’ll spend more $ elsewhere next time.

We had an amazing stay this weekend! Crowne Plaza Milwaukee is in a great location. Perfect for visiting some of our favorite breweries and restaurants nearby. There were also inviting spaces to relax, play cards, and enjoy board games with the family. Our room was clean, comfortable, and a great place to unwind after a busy day out. The front desk staff, especially Orlando and Rose, were incredibly pleasant and helpful throughout our stay. The pool area and hot tub were awesome and a definite highlight for us. The only small thing we’d suggest is offering some complementary coffee in the lobby as we’re not huge fans of the in-room Keurig setup.
Overall, this was a wonderful experience, and we’d happily stay here again. Clean, comfortable, friendly, and fun! Highly recommend!

At check in the front desk attendant started with telling us the room reserved for us was unavailable because it was out of order. She would’ve sent us away if another staff member who was leaving for the night didn’t stay to help her figure out what room to put us in. The room was dirty, Stains running down the wall. No hand soap or shampoo, conditioner, or body wash was in our room. The pool area was horrible. The bathroom in the pool area was covered in rust. The hot tub smelled like mold and stuff was floating in it. I couldn’t wait to shower off. The breakfast in the morning was pretty bad. Not included with the stay and I’ve had better continental breakfast. They had a coffee lounge that was very good and the staff at the front desk did her best to handle concerns. They refunded half our stay. Would strongly recommend staying somewhere else. This year’s ago was a nice property that they let go. Housekeeping here is awful
