Stayed 4 nights. Two of those nights the key would not work. Had to be rekeyed. Why, no one could say.
The ice machine wasn’t working on the 4th floor.
New towels brought in but conditioner in shower remained empty. Luckily I brought my own. Pot smoking outside front of hotel in seating area. Trash there the next morning.

We were able to check in early. Location is great, close to family and activities. The height of the beds make it difficult for shorter people, and older people to climb into the bed. Doors were sticking and difficult to open. The bathroom is bright and spacious and common areas comfortable and inviting. A friendly staff too.

Our TV would not stay on or off - we notified the front desk and they said they would send maintenance but no one ever came. We had to completely unplug it for it to stay off so we could sleep. Let the front desk know about it again in the morning but nothing was said or done.

We got a dirty room with dirty beds. The sheets were not changed and had hair and pieces of lint on them. The shower curtain had mildew on it. Not soap in the shower. The receptionist gave us sheets and we had to change them at 11pm. Additionally, at 2:15 am , the room next door had a noisy party with music and shouts. What a nightmare.

Great location right off the interstate. Rooms were quiet, clean, and comfortable. The hotel was recently built and was very nice. All of the staff were friendly and kind.
The only comment I would have is regarding the use of a \"barn door\" style door for the bathroom in the rooms. It did not lock and it is easy to pinch fingers. I don't know if they have these in all the rooms, but I would not think these are kid friendly. Other than that I would definitely recommend.

I was not expecting the room to be so nice lol. I loved every part of it. Especially the bathroom. Everything was so clean and functional. Other hotels that I’ve stayed at that had walkin showers like this, I’ve had leak while I’m showering but this was pleasant!

Disappointed in Glendale.

When we checked in I stood at the front desk for 10 minutes waiting for staff. Finally walked around the counter and was able to get the person on duties attention. When we booked the stay we relied on the site being pet friendly. There was a sign posted in the entrance sayin no pets. I questioned the person on duty as we had brought our 6 pound Yorkie. She proceeded to search for their pet policy as if she was unsure. She was able to locate a form for us to complete and we were told that there would be a $75 pet fee. We had no choice but to pay it. Nowhere on their website does it indicate they charge a fee. To top it off our key wouldn’t open the side door where we had to take our dog to do his business requiring us to walk around to the front of the building to regain access in the bone chilling cold. When we returned from dinner we waited at the front counter to see if we could find out why are key wouldn’t open the side door. Once again we stood there until poking our head into the office. We were told that they were having problems and never offered to give us a different key to see if that would work. Both times we poked our heads in the office the staff member was busy on her cell phone. To top everything off, the parking lot was an absolute mess from the snow that had arrived two days before our stay.

The property was great. The only issue was expedia. I had prepaid for my room and when we arrived they denied payment to the hotel. Had to repay for our room and wait for the refund from Expedia. Will stay here again next time we visit Milwaukee. Just will book direct with the hotel.

Do NOT recommend!

With the exception of two employees over a three-night stay, the service was severely lacking. We had a terrible first night (neighbors who were fighting - verbal and physical abuse - kept us up all night, and our multiple calls to the front desk did not stop it; no action was taken). We were moved to another room the next day. We found hair from prior guests in the bathroom and on the bed sheets. Hotels.com said we could not get a refund or cancel the remaining two nights, so we made the best of it. Would never stay there again.

Initially the floor at least appeared cleaner. However, when I went to take a shower it was obvious the bathroom in this room had not been properly cleaned. Hair all over the floor and walls of the shower (see photo below of the drain). Baseboards covered with dust. Went to the pool the next day and it also clearly had not been cleaned it weeks. Thick clumps of hair in all the drains. We have stayed at this property several times a year for the last few years. While it has never been spotless, it was downright disgusting this time and we will not go back. Really feel like our money should have been refunded. Of course there was no clean during our two night stay either.

Staff was so nice. Hotel is nice and new, modern, convenient. We had breakfast in the morning. We also had visitors come by in the afternoon and we were very comfortable in the lobby. We got snacks from the convenience shop inside. We had drinks in our fridge in the room. We had other family there and it was affordable for everyone.

the tv in our room did not work. The bathroom sink plug was missing. Lydia was great and she got us another room. When we checked out the lady at the desk would not print out a receipt. She said she emailed a receipt, but we didn't get it. The amount she said she charged was more than on our confirmation. the amount that's actually charged to our credit card is even ;more that that. I have disputed the amount with Visa.

The lighted sign for the hotel is only half working so it was confusing on the dark and foggy night to find. I was promised a room with a bathtub and sitting area and was given one with a shower and no sitting area. I was able to switch rooms. The check-in clerk pointed out the directions to the workout room and the pool. The next morning I walked by the pool and there was a sign that said it was closed. I went to the front desk and asked when it would be open and was told they did not know when it would be open. Breakfast was pretty basic. I chose the hotel because of its location and the pool. I decided to switch to another hotel and I checked out at 10:00 AM. I was charged more than Expedia promised for the rooms and I was charged two times. I had to call to get a credit but I was still overcharged. I called the hotel and they said I owed $190 per night instead of the original rate of $130 per night. I complained that I checked out because the pool was closed and the clerk said it was not closed. When I challenged the clerk that the pool was not open she hung up on me. I will never stay at this or any other Hampton Inn Hotel.

The front desk staff were friendly and quick to help out. Our room, however, should not be used until the AC unit is fixed. There was a stand alone AC unit with a tube that was duct tapped through a piece of cardboard to the outside. The duct tape was not sticking so outside air was pouring in. There were no other rooms available so that was very unfortunate.

Only stayed one night. Hotel was super clean and staff was friendly. There was only one person at the front desk when we checked in and checked out and people were waiting. They did not have any eggs or sausage when I went down to breakfast at 7:30. And there were no towels in the pool area when we went down for a swim.

The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The only downside was in the bathroom where the shower 🚿 head was at least 7’ high. Way out of reach for average size people and I am 4’11”!

Tom helped us the day of check in. I needed a rollaway and called ahead for it. He sais he would try to get me one. Sure enough at check in, he pulled through. He was super kind as well. Called an hour after check in to make sure we had everything we needed. The next two days we had the manager at the front desk and she was so sweet and kind. She felt like family. We were there for a middle school bball tournament and she was so accomadating to us all. The hotel is very clean. We just really loved staying here. Highly recommend.

I traveled with my 93 year old Mom. The accessible room and bathroom worked well for her wheelchair. Having a room near the elevator was convenient as well.

Great location, easy access to highway, nearby restaurants, close to lake access, safe parking lot, friendly staff. The property looks fairly new. One of our rooms have a shower thats leaking at the bottom rail. It looks to be missing caulk all along the rails for sliding door. The rolling chairs in our rooms were uncomfortable. The doors will slam shut if you dont hang on to the handle and help it close slowly/quietly. The beds are a bit high so if youre short, it will be a challenge to get in bed. Kids were running around on the floor above us and we can feel/hear their footsteps.
