As soon as you walk in the lobby looks beautiful, but once in the hallways it was blowing Cold air (with a blizzard outside), the pool room had mold and algae growing on the floors and walls- no ventilation, the room stunk and was so dusty and outdated. Felt disgusted.

We had a very enjoyable stay.

We stayed while visiting family in GLendale. Part of our reason for staying there was to have our granddaughters over one evening to swim in the pool. It just so happened that our room was right across from the pool so that was great. Because it was a weeknight and apparently no conferences were still going on, we also had the pool area to ourselves for a couple of hours.
My wife also said the bed was the best bed she's ever had in a hotel.

Nice hotel, helpful staff, but not Luddite-friendly. Clean, comfortable and huge. I am awaiting knee surgery and so reserved an accessible room, but felt a bit defeated by the long corridors. No easy way to find out restaurant/pool hours without scanning a QR code (a capability my old phone doesn't have). Having to download an App to figure out how to call the front desk? Oh dear.
Sumptuous breakfast buffet with the best scrambled eggs I've ever had at a hotel. Nice place, just wish I'd had more time to figure out all the tech.

After realizing the sock in the corner of our room didnt belong to us .... made me realize our room wasnt really 'cleaned\" the way it should of been when we checked in. We didnt see it though until we were leaving. Asked for more towels because rooms dont get cleaned here everyday. Had to wait over an hour to take a shower because thats how long it took to get them. Staff here is really nice though. Housekeeping just needs some work

The \"heated indoor pool\" was freezing cold and unsupervised kids were everywhere causing a nuisance. There was an entire floor of party goers two of them being the rooms right next to ours. We had a small child with us and our room quickly began smelling like weed and Extremely loud music was playing non stop. When security adked them to turn down the music they got very rude and said theres no contract that states no loud music and that my family needed to just deal with it. Instead of kicking them out, the hotel lady made us move rooms to thw floor above. We had to pack all our belongings at midnight and hall it all up to the 3rd floor. After moving rooms we contibued to hear the loud music and around 2-4am people began running up and down our hallway yelling and playing music. The hotel never did anything about it and never made them leave or be quiet.

One Night at the Hilton

Hotel wasn't bad. Bathroom is room was awful. Toilet seats shifted when used. The pipe on the tub spout is sticking out about an inch further than the spout. Water leaks there as well as the shower handle. Directions on wall for shower have hot and cold mixed up. Hole in ceiling in bathroom. Carpet by bathroom entrance always wet like something is leaking. Beds were super comfy. A/C was cold.

Terrible housekeeping service

Communication with the front desk was very poor and housekeeping services were terrible. In addition to the bathroom being dirty upon check-in, specifically there was a large amount of gunk and mold, along with hair behind the bathroom sink faucet, our room never got serviced as requested. We stayed for a total of three nights and the one night towels were brought up they end up being the floor mats instead of bath towels. We had a large number of family members stay at this hotel at the same time for a wedding and would never return back here. We are frequent Hilton stayers, and this one surprised in the worst way possible.

The staff were very very kind. Our room was not ready until way after check in time, but that didn’t impact us negatively. I only bring this up because after our first night the manager was working to make this right with others as they left. I felt like that was really stepping above and beyond. Our rooms were clean, comfy, and felt very safe. The gym was a little too toasty, but machines were nice.

We have stayed here at this location in the past. The front desk person was friendly and very nice. The mattress in room 109 was stained and dirty. The pillows are so soft that as soon as you touch them they are flat. Our handicap bathroom had mold in almost all the floor grout and the water ran all over the bathroom floor outside the shower so we had to use all our towels to keep from slipping on the overflowing water.
