Had a reservation issue that was made through Expedia. Expedia claimed to talk to the property, which I did in person, and the property claimed they had nothing to do with a third party seller and was referred back to Expedia. I had to repay for the night stay again.
So I feel that I was taken advantage of and charged twice for the same room. I will not be returning to this property nor will I ever use Expedia again. Both Expedia and the property failed the customer.

Me and my wife planned a date night and picked this hotel. We had dinner reservations and I paid $70 in advance through Expedia for breakfast. The Hotel had a small kitchen fire so no dinner was served. We also did not get our breakfast we paid for and the hotel and Expedia refused to refund our $70. So basically they stole money from me. The Hotel had a complementary breakfast for ALL guests due to the fire inconvenience that was scrambled eggs, bacon and muffins. So we spent $70 for bacon and two coffees. Worth mentioning that almost no one at the hotel seemed to care at all, barely looked at us, just said no refund call Expedia. Felt like we were bothering them. Also, the fire caused a fire alarm and my wife had to walk down 8 flights of stairs with a bad knee. For some reason related to the fire the elevators were freezing and blowing strong winds (even the next day) I understand accidents happen and wouldn’t even write this review if I didn’t feel like they stole my money. Plain and simple I paid for a nice breakfast costing $35 a person and did not get it. With no refund that is stealing.

The room was fantastic!! They put us on the 14 floor. Floor to ceiling windows. Fantastic views. The room itself was very spacious. Gorgeous. Loved the bathroom. Everything clean. Customer service throughout hotel was fabulous. I would say this was one of the best rooms I’ve stayed in. Highly recommend!!

I was highly disappointed in the cleanliness of my room, and even more so by the hotel's failure to fix it. A few small things were present early (and I am not a neat freak), but I only called the service desk after I was confronted with a shower wall covered in someone's long hair! I finished my morning shower and called the desk. They said 'I've got you... we'll get someone up there right away.' I left for the day and came back 8 hours later... my room had been 'cleaned' (bed made)... but the hair was still there! They finally addressed it while I was out for dinner. Just disappointing.

Decent area just outside Milwaukee. The hotel and room itself was very beautiful and clean. Besides that, you don’t get much for the price of your stay. No free breakfast, you have to pay at the restaurant. You also have to pay for parking and wifi. The thermostat in the room is just for decor apparently because it stays at 72 no matter how low you turn it. Just kind of wierd for a nicer hotel to not include these things. Overall 3 stars.

You have to pay for parking which it does not say on the description. \"Self parking available\" It is all self park and pay self park. Our floors in our room look liked they have not been swept in weeks. The casual bar in the lobby was not opened all weekend. The internet daily was $14.50. Between the parking and internet, we could have just stayed downtown. The nice thing about the location was close to my daughters house, who took our car home so we did not have pay for parking. Explain all your fees, makes a difference when traveling.

Hotel looks gorgeous at first, but after a closer look it's a little rough around the edges. Our group had two rooms, both showers flooded the bathroom despite glass door being closed, door to the room didn't close properly, the HVAC in one room was stuck on despite two attempts from staff to fix it. The bar/restaurant is quite nice, but also spendy.
We were overcharged for both rooms and spent a week working with Hotels com and the actual hotel to get it sorted out.

She took excellent care of us and went out of her way to make us feel welcome.the only small issue was the man who checked us in. We got in last after an event and he didn’t make us feel very welcome. I know it was late but since he was the first person we encountered at this hotel, we were a little put off at first. The sweet bartender and the accommodations made up for it though. Also a shout out to the female who served us at breakfast… again sorry as I do not remember her name. She was an absolute doll and took really good care of us. Overall I would stay here again

We had the sense that the hotel is understaffed. The fitness center has a sign saying that it is open 24 hours, but the morning I went up there to use it (at 6:30 am) it was locked. When I contacted someone at the hotel, they informed me that it had to be locked the night before (for an unknown reason) and it had not been reopened yet. I was told he would be right up to reopen it. 15 minutes later I gave up and left. Also, on the second day we were there we realized that the cleaning staff had taken our used towels, but did not replace them with clean towels, so we were left with not enough towels for both of us to shower. These were frustrations which made our stay less than optimal.

When we arrived we went to the hotel for happy hour and grab a quick snack. The restaurant won best new restaurant in 2024. The food was amazing and the happy hour specials included beer draft, cocktails and shrimp and oysters for $1.00 each piece.

No drawers for clothes in the Jr Suite?????…..and bed side night stands were small and useless. Should have 3 drawer wider night stands. Air conditioner had a mind of its own. Coffee table in the suite part of the room as very heavy, thus difficult to move and use the sofa bed. Great space, but inefficient because of furniture choices. Really a shame…..Hope you didn’t use a designer.

My mom made the comment that this hotel is trying to be upscale, but it’s not. I agree and was a bit disappointed when we could’ve paid half the price elsewhere. The service was excellent, no issue there. The food was also good at the restaurant. Our room had a dirty floor and crumbs on the desk. There were also lots of dirt/crumbs all over the hallway carpet. The ambiance of the room was lacking as well. There were two beds and that’s it. It was a wheelchair accessible room, so one would expect more space to maneuver (which it had). However, there wasn’t even a table and chairs (aside from the desk against the wall). The hallways and elevators were a bit beat up as well.
