Breakfast and cocktail hour are a nice touch and appreciated. Every single staff member is kind and friendly. Rooms definitely show wear. Shower floor felt like I might fall through it, and the toilet flush was pretty weak. Our office chair in the room and plbed pillows desperately need replacement. The staff is all great, but this place needs an update.

This embassy is aged, service very bad many benefits gone.
First off i always stay here when i m in town. Enjoyed the hottub before bed. But the eliminated the tub. Just a very cold pool now.
Then the 1.5 hour drinks. Allowed 2 whichnif grest but no selection.The first nigjt they yad miller lite and bud on tap. I stayed 5 nights. The miller let ran out thevfirst joght and never replaced it. You wete left with just bud. No thank you. So then they hadv1 bottle of wine and 4 bottles of the cheapest liquior you have ever seen. The bartender was nice b one day then not so nice the next. I left him a tip but no thank you.
Then my room was not clean 2 days of my stay. I had to call and ask why.
Finally when i checked out ,there was no one around. Just drop your cards in a box. I m paid over 100 per night. I don t like to complain but I won t be back

A quick 2 night spring break getaway with the family. When we booked, it stated hot tub and sauna on location. I asked the front desk upon check in and was told they havent had either in about 6+ years. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Upon entering our 2 queen bed/ pull-out couch suite, we noticed many things. The following is what we observed: stains on the walls, stains on the curtains, ice bucket outside liner torn completely, cabinet door completely off on one hinge, and door handles all completely loose. All pretty much easy fixes if someone would take the time. After swimming (good sized pool, clean pool area, clean and well stocked gym) we went to take a shower and the water would not drain. We let the front desk know immediately and they promised a maintenance person the next day. Maintenance was prompt and courteous the next day (fixed the cabinet door and the drain). Now for the breakfast...there were a variety of delicious options. The problem was the staff. Only 1 person on the flat top (for made to order omelets) and 1 person to maintain the dining room in a sold out hotel is a staffing shortage indeed. On the 2nd morning, we came down for breakfast at 8:25 (breakfast ends at 9 on weekdays) and most everything was already gone. Overall, some much needed TLC and added staff could do wonders here.

Breakfast had a lot of variety the eggs were gross but the French toast was really good and they do offer omelets and my kids liked them. The pool was cold but clean and the staffs as very friendly and told us about the welcome hour they offer from 5-6:30 with free drinks and snacks ;)

This is my third time staying there. these time the room was not clean and also we didn’t have hot water. We called the first night. They never showed up to check the hot water then they came then last night telling me if I wanted to switch room or if I wanted to take a shower in another room. Very disappointed.

Linens were clean but the trash had not been taken out prior to our arrival. The pool water was chilly and the walls between the rooms were thin. We could hear almost everything that was said in the suite that was next to ours.

The place seemed to really go downhill. They took out the whirlpool, $6 for 3 tablespoons of ice cream. Orange juice tasted watered down (anything to save a nickel). Ice tasted funny, got to wonder when the last time it was cleaned.

Breakfast and restaurant were delicious and the facilities were great. The gym was a little bit small with only 2 treadmills, an eliptical, and 2 stationary bikes. Parking was some times difficult to find, but there was an event going on when I was there.

Staff was great and room was great. I had a problem with my next door neighbor. The cops came earlier in the evening and escorted him to him room but he was next to us. He should have been told to leave. He was loud and yelling for hours. I called the fro t desk and they did nothing. Very discouraging for an expensive hotel when we had to wake up early.
