Room was clean, and comfortable, but not well appointed. We paid extra for a \"governors suite\" but were suprised to see it barely decorated with limited furniture. Just lots of empty space. Water park is definitely fun though smaller than other competitors. We were told that we had to pay for 6 wristbands ($190) for just 2 days, even though we only had 2 adults and 2 babies. They charge you for how many people the room can hold, not how many you have. Not a great practice.

Easy parking and a room was very clean. The pool was nice, although we didn’t use it. Staff was super helpful and very welcoming. And the hotel restaurant had great food and the drinks were not too strong.

There was a leaf in our bed when we pulled the covers back. The remote didn’t work and the lotion dispenser in the bathroom also didn’t work. We called for room service for breakfast and they answered and said they weren’t doing room service today. We brought our two grandchildren 1 and 3 yr olds and were planning on breakfast at the hotel… so we had to pivot and weren't able to use the convenience of room service.

We were there on an unusual basis and we book a double queen room for us and our two toddlers because we were unable to book a suite for the amount of time we needed such short notice unfortunately, the room was not big enough and there is no microwave in the room now there was a microwave literally right down the hallway and we were the closest room to the microwave with two toddlers it just wasn’t gonna be feasible for the next five days, but they were very very accommodating trying to help us get a suite for a couple days and then ultimately refunded the rest of our state even though their policy stated 24 hour notice❤️ staff was amazing very compassionate and sympathetic towards our situation and explained in detail what to do to make sure that I got my refund.Would definitely stay there again!

Room was moderately clean aside from trash behind the beds and what looked like a kid spider ring under a chair. Mini fridge could use some cleaning as well. We enjoyed the tub however our main reason for booking was their laundry services. They only had ONE washer and dryer which lead to us staying up til 1AM trying to do laundry (2 loads). When we finally got our second load in another guest was already attempting to remove our clothes from the washer. I highly recommend the property invest in further coin op machines for the folks who have to do laundry on the weekends.

Beds are uncomfortable and make a lot of noise when you move - they're on sheet metal bases. Room was ok sized, but the cleaning staff did a poor job inside the room. Common areas were fairly clean. Biggest issue is the noise in the halls, we could hear every word of every conversation in the hallway near our room, and prents allowed their kids to run up and down the halls in the evenings and mornings. Very frustrating and hard to get a good nights sleep at this place.

The stairwell to the rooms could use a good carpet cleaning but the room itself was mostly clean. The shower was impeccable. The undermount sink could use attention under the rim, though.

The building looks beautiful in the front and where they host events but the back is not the same. The rooms and hallways semi rundown. My carpet was grimy feeling in the room. The courtyard will be nice when it’s finished but the amount of people who just are smoking weed is kind of sad. I understand people are allowed to do as they please but I have small children and I don’t want that around them. We had to go in a couple different time because of it.

There are a few reasons I would look to book elsewhere the next time I am in the area. The first and most important reason is that the walls are too thin; we could hear a lot from the hallway and the people in the rooms around us. We could hear crying children all night in the room next to us, people talking at normal volumes in rooms and in the hallways, and we were kept awake by people blaring their tv to try to cover up the sound of... a certain activity in their room. I suggest the hotel gets soundproofing panels to put in all rooms. Additionally, the hotel should invest in better quality towels, sheets, and mattresses. The towels barely covered us (we are not big people). One towel could not dry us all the way because it was so thin. Our sheets were thin and mine also had a hole in it. There were no blankets that we could find in the room. My mattress had a divit in it where all the guests before me wore it down. I slept on the other side of the mattress but I could imagine how uncomfortable it would be if two people were sharing the bed.

I really like staying here. The front desk staff were very helpful and the pool is great- love how the staff are diligent and trained, and the cleanliness practices. The hotel is well kept and clean also.
My only complaint is how particular they are about outsiders. We came to visit our one son who lives in the area. It’s easier for him to come to our hotel room for dinner- and we were made to feel like we were bad because of that. I understand needing to separate the waterpark from the resort, but there has to be a more gracious way.
Also, we brought in business as three other people came one day and bought day passes for the waterpark to swim with us since we were staying there. ($120) They were not even allowed to walk back to our room with us to change. They have a 2 year old so it was easier than the pool restroom. I understand there is miss use but good people shouldn’t have to feel like the misuse is our fault too.

Took my family of four here after our time at the water park and I loved it! The man who helped me to check in was so nice and helpful! The suite I had was clean, spacious, and very beautiful! I wanted to take the bathroom home with me lol my son had an accident in the middle of the night and the front desk staff came to my door right away with a new bed pad, new sheets, and covers. The lady was so sweet about it which I really appreciated she even asked if I needed more clean covers and went back to grab them quickly ! Soooo accommodating!! Room service was quick, affordable and delicious! Only thing I did not like about my stay were the pillows. They were horrible. But the comfortable bed made up for it. Overall I loved my stay and will be returning soon!
