The bedroom was not cleaned. Next to the bed on the floor was a spoon, a playing card, a used bandage, and coffee cup lid. There was hair in the tub. It just was not cleaned well at all. I talked to the front desk people and they apologized, but that was it. The breakfast was okay but they ran out of plates and no one filled them for a while so people had to wait. The front lobby has some games for families to play, so that was nice. The pool and hot tub were also nice.

Staff was wonderful and it’s definitely a unique and fun vibe; however, there was some attention to detail missing— mostly in regard to cleanliness. Starting off, we had to kill 4 house flies in the window upon entering our room. The bathrooms, furniture, windows, and heater were outdated and in some cases, busted, stained, not in good condition. The bathroom in the pool area had plaster on the floor, on and in the toilet. Overall it was fine, but not up to modern hotel standards.

The staff are awesome, but the bar seemed to be closed. The pillows were old and small compared to the king size bed. The room was large and clean. The HVAC worked well. Overall a great stay. Just small areas that couod be improved.

Husband uses CPAP and we had to pull a bed away from wall to access outlet under headboard.Since this was a quick overnight stay rather than drive the 50 miles home to be right back up early the next morning, we didnt have our vacation travel \"necessities \" bag which has a power strip and extension cords. Theere was a multiport USB Charger but it was over on the desk so having your phone nearby and charging wasnt an option.. We did mention these issues at the front desk. No outlets on the lamps. The other tqo wall outlets on the other side of ghe bed

I showed up for a girl volleyball tournament overnight stay and I have to say, I was blown away with the staff kindness all around from the front desk to the breakfast cooks. I loved the warm cozy home feels of the lobby, the music playing, and cookies offered. Our room was clean, the beds were awesome and soft and we slept amazing.

Staff was great. Main areas of hotel are clean and smell wonderful. Bed was comfy. Room was a little dirty and could use a refresh. Bfast, even tho well reviewed, was not something I found to be true. Although bfast staff works hard the actual food was tired. Potatoes were freezing cold, pastries were very cheap. Variety wasn’t there. I chose to pass on it entirely. All in all ok hotel and right on par for the price.

It was about what I would expect at this price point. Things were clean. The breakfast could have been a little better with some healthier choices like yogurt and bananas, but was adequate. One complaint, there was NO closet or hooks of any kind anywhere in the room to hang up coats or other items.

The gravy from the biscuits and gravy look more like dried up porridge, it wouldn’t even come off the spoon when you served it to your plate. A couple of the mornings, they ran out of eggs and sausage, or it must’ve taken him a really long time to refill them. Breakfast was also late in the morning. The week before it was awesome, part of the reason I chose to stay there, was for the free breakfast. But I definitely wasn’t worth it. Stay here for the night, but plan on breakfast at McDonald’s.

Only reason I didn’t give all 5 stars is bc I feel like the bathroom floor wasn’t cleaned very well. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and there’s no reason why I wouldn’t stay here again!

The first room was not cleaned at all upon check in. They moved us to an “upgraded room” where there was water coming through the exhaust fan in the bathroom. We were moved again to a room with a pullout couch instead of a bed. There were dead bugs all over the window. When we turned the heater on, bugs started burning and set off the smoke alarm!! The manager told me there weren’t any other rooms he felt comfortable moving us to …so we had to change hotels! I truly hope they do better.

So we were there because we were waiting for our house to be ready to move into the staff all knew that which is why we got a suite when we first checked in I had double reserved and the lady was just so rude about it, then I’m asked about bringing my dogs and she’s like well. We need to know now bc if you’re going to bring your dogs, we need to know ahead of time so we can have you on the 1st get off of it now
