Beds and pillows were fantastic - extremely comfortable, room was clean. The noise while trying to sleep was a bit rough. It may have been an isolated thing, but people outside sounded like they were in the room with us - both hallway and street. We had a couple of young guys yelling to each other late at night, then we heard a lady scream “Shut the hell up”, presumably to those guys, which seemed to work. Other than that, it was a good experience. A little more sound proofing would go a long way.

We enjoyed the pool, but they were all out of towels the first day. There was no conditioner in the shower and almost all of the food was gone when we went to get breakfast on Saturday morning. When I told the two staff behind the desk, they said they were trying to get a breakfast person in to help. I didn't understand why they couldn't figure out how to restock some of the food. The whole second floor smelled like marijuana.

We had two rooms, one had not started to be cleaned yet. When I called down to the front desk, we were told to just all hang out in our one room while they cleaned it. Took 1 hour for the room to be ready. No sorry, or offer to change rooms, nothing. As far as the rooms themselves, once clean, they are very nice and comfortable. Breakfast was good and the pool and hot tub were very nice. Air conditioner worked great in the rooms.

The hotel itself was fine, but I dont think it is being managed correctly. Our first night there we did not sleep as there was a big fight outside and when I complained about the police coming and feeling unsafe, they said it was just some kids messing around. The next night the power went out in our room and they instructed me to fix it by flipping the fuse switch myself. The food was terrible, the pool freezing. Will not stay again.

Had to wait an extended time just to be checked in. Our room had no shampoo and the shower was not draining properly. Breakfast was nothing. Staff allowed individuals to act belligerently and drink alcohol in the pool area so we could not enjoy it.

Booked 8 nights, but left early after 6 nights. The property is not pet friendly. I kept my dog first 2 days at my friends house. They still charged me $160 pet fee($20 per night) , but, my dog only stayed there for 4 nights. They won't let your dog settle and keep complaining. The women at front desk is grumpy. Their website says that daily house keeping, but house keeping is on alternate days. You still have to follow up for house keeping. The front desk women was telling the staff not to clean the room. The room smells bad. Looks like whoever stayed there before smoked. The hotel said, they would not charge for last 2 days. If that is the case, Expedia should refund for 2 nights stay and 4 days dog fee ($80). I would never recommend this to anyone. Horrible experience.

Other than finding the front desk empty and having to wait a couple times (that's 2 times in 3 days), I thought this was an excellent and affordable option. Unlike many hotels, there seems to be actual ventilation in the fitness room so it doesn't smell like off-gassing equipment and old sweat. It's a very small room, though, just FYI.

Pool and hot tub looked clean, but I didn't try them.

Breakfast was fairly basic but clean and edible. My main complaint (which I have at most complimentary breakfasts) is the lack of fresh fruits or vegetables. They did have some Gala apples that were getting on the mushy side, so I'm guessing they don't put out fresh fruit because very few of their other patrons eat it?

My room was spacious enough and appropriately stocked. Again, everything good except the missing front desk staff and lack of decent fruit for breakfast.

Not my favorite Best Western

The room had a weird stale smell. Almost like people had been smoking in the room. Not sure if the sheets were clean, they smelled like the room also. They had bright white LED lighting in the room which is not my favorite and that is just a personal preference. The lock on our door was broken. We got in late and the place was completely booked so we couldn’t change rooms at all. The staff was nice and breakfast was very good.

Bottles for hand soap, shampoo and conditioner were all empty. Had to repeatedly ask for someand the guy seemed relunctant to help as the we were lying. Got back to the hotel late and we didn't get housekeeping. When I asked about it, I was informed that you have to request. Needed to ask for more soap and towels. Our garbage cans were full and beds a mess. On top of all this, our sheets were stained, walls were a mess and the ceiling had small holes everywhere. Definitely wouldn't stay at this place again.

I was there for 5 days. No housekeeping for 4 days. On checking I was told they were still following the Covid era policies of not doing housekeeping until asked for !!!!

They did bother to tell the policy at the check or in the written policy document placed inside the room. How convenient!!

I was here for a dog show. $70.00 per dog is too expensive. Special consideration should be made when dog show people are bringing in a lot of money and business to your area.
