The hotel hot tub was out for 4 days & we were not notified that it was out until we arrived. I broke my ankle in October, so I was looking forward to the hot tub being a relaxing treat for myself. However, since it was out. I was unable to get that. Additionally, it was too late to cancel or I would’ve been charged a cancellation fee.

The room was fairly clean, but very outdated. Not enough pillows, two pillows per bed doesn't work for three guests. There were not enough towels, as having only two towels for three guests doesn't work—no cups or soaps, lotions in the bathroom. Although there was a coffee pot, there was no coffee, no tea, no packets of sugar. Not one of the listed or included room amenities was available. Breakfast was not much to speak of, no fruit, warm yogurt and sour milk.

I was very upset to come in after prepaying for my room to dee a hand written note that said they charge $250 for a deposit. This wasn't posted anywhere when I booked the room. I also booked the specific place because it had a pool. My daughter and I walked down and again thre was a hand wrotten note that the pool was closed for cleaning, not a huge deal as there was supposed to be an hour before check out to swim, we went down there and still sign on the door, asked the front desk and they just said oh, sorry they are behind and it won't be done for a while yet.

Had it been mentioned or organized @chech in it could have been done much easier. Or avoiding - why would they ask someone with two pets to move rooms in the middle of a reservation for a carpet cleaning when it didn’t even commence the day it was scheduled.

First off, Hotels.com you had false advertising for this hotel and room on your website. Nothing shown on the website looked like the outside or inside of the hotel. For the room I was supposed to have with a king sized bed, it’s was supposed to be spacious and have a couch in it and the hotel told me they didn’t have any room like that. I had to switch rooms 3 times upon arrival! The first room’s toilet didn’t flush, the second room smelled like someone smoked in it and it’s supposed to be a smoke free hotel, the third room was dirty and had confetti on it like it was never cleaned! I argued with the front desk about this and Hotel.com, for you guys to only credit me $50.00. I stayed because I had plans to get to, I called for towels the next day, no one came, I walked down the hall with my dirty towels and my trash to ask housekeeping for some and she said she didn’t have any but would bring some soon as the laundry was finished I left for a my plans only to come back here were no clean towels. I had to go downstairs to get some. I had to do the job of the workers and I didn’t get paid or discounted more for all these inconveniences! I was discussed and disappointed by the Hotel and Hotels.com! I will be writing a bad review for both of you on social, Yelp, and Google Review! I’ll never stay at that brand of hotels again and I’ll never use Hotels.com again either!

Run down, carpet was sticky in our room, staff was loud and hanging out in housekeeper office directly across from our room, smoke smell throughout hotel, and pool was so “cloudy” we couldn’t see neon toys that floated to the bottom. Breakfast was very lacking, and coffee was horrible.
Also was charged a damage deposit that was same as room fee, causing twice as much to be charged to my card. This was not stated when booking and was a surprise when checking in.

The room was nice and clean, but not the one I reserved,,,no king bed, no walk-in shower. We got there early and said our room wasn't ready...no problem; we were prepared to wait, But then they quickly changed their mind, and gave us a smaller room with a tub & shower, after I specifically requested a walk-in shower. Too tired to argue. it's OK for one night. Plus the $250 deposit makes us wonder if this is a high-crime area?

I was charged for an accidental booking. I kept calling the hotel and the travel agency kept reaching out tot he hotel and there was no response.

The accidental booking was done due to a faulty link that misguided me. See screen shots, I was trying to book a hotel in Virginia and it took me to Milwaukee
I called immediately after booking. This is a scam. And if I’m not responded with I will proceed with legal action.

The property was used by the state for a voucher system for displaced, homeless, etc. I called them before booking to ask if they were and they said no. I asked in person’s well and they lied while I was there. Ac went out, keys didn’t work for doors, or they worked for neighbors door having went into wrong room one time. elevators did not work one day. Homeless hung outside. Noise was ridiculously loud all times of the night. Kids running in hallways. I had to ask everyday for toilet paper and towels even after I’d asked in the am for them. It was the baddest experience staying at a hotel I have ever had.

The place was extremely dirty. Floors in the hotel were sticky, lots of crumbs/dirt against the edges everywhere. Trim all beat up, doors weathered. Our room door didn’t even shut/lock when you entered or left unless you pulled it tight after it closed. That’s definitely a scary thought, especially with kids coming or going

The desk staff person was very nice although it appeared that she was the only staff on duty for the evening shift. Overall we had a good stay and would book again in the future.

Booked 5 nights for $140 per night. It’s a hilton and high price so must be fine right? Wrong. My floor (the 4th floor) smelt terrible, and both the hardwood floors and carpet were dirty. There were actually a bunch of screws and small sharp wood pieces on the floor. It has not been vacuumed in a long time. My room had a different smell but it also smelt terrible. The floor was dirty and unvacuumed. It is a very old room. I booked somewhere to sleep, and this is not a place to sleep. It is directly next to a busy highway with construction going on. The room is not soundproof, you need earplugs to even have a chance at sleeping. As soon as i checked in i left and booked another hotel. I told them i could not stay in this room and left a note to the general manager. Hilton refused to refund me since it was booked through expedia, and the hotel has refused to respond to expedia. I did not stay a single night here and I want my money back! I would not call this a ripoff but an actual scam. Hilton should feel embarrassed.

Not great … and this is suppose to be a hilton brand? Coffee for breakfast always had coffee grounds in it.. i guess i had high expectations for a “hilton” hampton inn… but it was simply a “smelly motel” - with renovated rooms.. also why is there a mattress in the back parking lot? People hanging out in a car in the parking lot? Of course on the first morning there was screaming then police came- probably best to find another place.

People are living in the hotel. People using drugs and passing out in stairways. Girl from the gentleman’s club seem to be “working” out of the hotel. The pool seems to be used by local kids. Cars broken into in the parking lots. People loitered all around the property. Only 1 elevator works. They seemed to have a supply problem with toilet paper and only proved a half a roll at a time Fire alarm seems to go off frequently

We had issues with our key cards not working. Had to make SEVERAL trips to desk before staff came up. Stood in hallway for over 20 minutes at one point. Hallways were dirty. Garbage in bags left outside rooms for over 15 hours without being picked up. For being a NOT SMOKING HOTEL the place reeked of Marijuana.

Breakfast was one of the best ive had at a hotel. The breakfast staff was awesome, friendly and efficient.

I won’t advise to stay at this hotel again. Some of the overnight staff smokes weed. You can smell the weed by the elevators and on each floor. The pool water wasn’t clean at all. The breakfast quality wasn’t good at all. I honestly booked 3 days, I left on the third night and I didn’t want to sleep the night and check out in the morning.

Sketchy location, noisy after “quiet time”

After arriving to the hotel, we were told they did not have a reservation with our name. Even though I had a confirmation number from hotels.com. After an online chat with hotels.com and then calling the hotel, they magically found a room for us. The location of the hotel is also a little sketchy. Night one was quiet and fine, but last night we had children running up and down the hallway at 12 am. I messaged front desk, they said it would be taken care of. I was woken up again at 2 am by presumably the same group running the halls but they had moved their party to the room next to our. This continued to close to 4 am and we had a 5:30 wake up for a volleyball tournament. I did message the front desk at 2am again with zero reply. Very disappointed with this stay.

Hello my mom husband passed away I wanted her to get out and enjoy herself I picked this hotel for pool and free waffles for breakfast guess what we get there waffle machine doesn’t work then the first room wasn’t clean someone did number two in bathroom and left in toilet so room was smelling they then gave us another room and refrigerator was dirty smh so we cleaned it out after getting cleaning items from front desk. This was not how we wanted to relax on vacation after driving for three hours

It was one of the worst stays ever. We had a room that the bathroom vent was leaking large amounts of water onto the toilet, therefore you could not use the toilet unless you wanted a wet head. I believe the upstairs toilet was leaking into our bathroom. They were booked and told me there was nothing they could do. At 12:42 a.m. they called my room and told me they had a room for me and I packed up everything and moved to the new room. They did not bother to tell me this was a room that they did not use. It was dirty and it has what appeared to be blood on the floor and walls and no nightstand, as the telephone was on the floor and did not work. Also the kitchen was shut down due to cleanliness. There was a sign that stated such. Needless to say we did not eat breakfast here.

Every staff member we came in contact with was wonderful and friendly. And they were able to give us joining rooms. They also gave us a roll away bed to use for our littlest one free of charge.

The ‘hot’ breakfast was anything but. Not much to eat for this gluten free mom, too. The second morning, we went elsewhere to eat.
The barn door was a clever space saver but wasn’t on its track very well. It fell on me while I was helping my daughter to bed. I was able to lift one side at a time to get it back on track.

Overall it was not bad but it could provide more options for eating and no water was provide for the guess out of courtesy. You could hear noisy in the hall way of other guess but overall it was a good experience. Everyone was so nice.
