No Utensils/Silverwares, No pots or pans to cook on their Kitchenette, walls are so thin Got a noise complaint for singing in the shower meanwhile everywhere in the building are sounds of Domestic Abuse Occurring, Housekeeping came once on a 28 days stay, Says no smoking/smoke free and for someone that uses a CPAP for my sleep apnea im tortured to the smell of Cigarettes and Weed every single day even at 3am, coffee machine forever Down not “temporary”, their mattress foundation beneath the mattress kept falling off their Bed frame and waking me up, the front desk is barely manned.

Baby, you fix how they get the stove they need to fix the floors cause you can hear everything. The door doors cause you can see here everything in the hallway is somebody else room they need to fix the elevator because if you drop your keys or anything down there is a go or it ain’t the paint the toilet

Online it says that this location is pet friendly. Well when I see pets I think dogs and cats since both are considered pets. I took all of my belongings and my cat in an Uber that was pretty expensive there. I am then told they do not accept CATS! I had to drag all of my things back to the Uber who thankfully waited and took me somewhere else or I would have had to wait AGAIN with my cat in her carrier.
Pets are dogs and cats....if they do not accept BOTH then they shouldn't say they accept any or specific only dogs! I wasted hundreds because of this and it was extremely inconvenient!

The staff was friendly, and the room was nice overall. Since it is an extended-stay hotel, the front desk situation was set up a little different than traditional hotels (where someone is physically there 24 hours/day). The hotel was very safe and secure (you have to use a key card to access doors).

The key fobs didn’t wrk the first night. The next morning in negative 24 weather I came downstairs to warm my car or to even see if it would start and forgot no key. Couldn’t go out. Then wanted to go to front desk but if I went in I wudnt b able to come back out bcuz no one was in the lobby. So now I had to wait for someone to show up 10 mins later. Then that following day my family checked in but before that I made a complaint. Now since we’ve been here staff has harassed my family every day saying people are complaining about noise. If it were true I would handle the situation. But it’s not they have accused my family even when they are asleep. We respect peoples space and understanding of others schedules but to make this feel like a prison was unacceptable!! I’m disgusted with the staff and the terrible way they have made this an uncomfortable stay especially during a crisis situation! It’s was bully like and retaliation. I don’t even have anyone I can reach out to about this! I’m sure they will try to put us out after making this complaint!

They didn't have keys made for the rooms so the staff had to individually take us to the room. Then we had to wait in the cold to be let into the building. It was not comfortable because I felt I had to hibernate in my room because I couldn't freely go anywhere without waiting to be let back into the building.

It's an extended stay that's affordable for your needs. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, the parking was good, except it took too long for the it to be plowed and salted. You can bring your own dishes, but they do have some that you can buy.

One of the most unpleasant hotel stays I’ve had. When I got there, there was a guy sitting in the waiting room who come to find out hadn’t been making payments on his room and I guess was kicked out. He smelled like urine and left a trail of urine in the lobby and he was just hanging out in the lobby. Then the next night, two women and a young man were fighting in the lobby because apparently her dog bit him. They were cussing each other out, screaming and carrying on around two in the morning the police came beating the door down. The hotel has a weird smell and whole parking lot smells like weed. As a travel nurse, I look for somewhere clean, quiet, and peaceful to get through long 12 hour work days and get rest, THIS IS NOT the place. There was hair in the shower and on the sink when I got into room. Stain on one of the towels. I never leave bad reviews but this stay was really bad. I got no rest during my time there.

The place was nice and newer. Rooms were ok. Staff was kind of rude, left me waiting at the front desk for 10 minutes before someone showed up. This whole place is on lock down also, you can not even get into the lobby to check in without getting buzzed in or having someone else let you in.

So if you connect your phone first, you won’t be able to switch to your laptop later. Although the system offers the option to purchase access for additional devices, I couldn’t get it to work.
When I asked for help at the front desk, they said the Wi-Fi is managed by a third party and advised me to contact them directly.
I ended up connecting at the public library.

The hotel was recommended by an old friend. It is no frills experience. It is really meant for people staying more than week. There is a charge after one exchange of dirty towels to clean towels. If you want your room cleaned daily there is a charge, emptying waste containers is the guest responsibility. Security was very good. Plenty of parking. Small kitchenette was very convenient, you can rent kitchen utensils from the front desk. We just picked up more towels and kitchen appliances from a store nearby.

Very clean! They use some air thing that smells weird to I guess deodorize the air. I didn’t like that they invade your space doing inspections or the fact they expect you to wash the linen they give you and you can only exchange linen once. You have to take your own garbage out and only get housekeeping once a week. You are able to ask for cleaning supplies to do the work yourself!

Room simple. why have a kitchen when no kitchen items? The room was fine ,bed comfortable except it slides on floor very easily. Room other wise is fine. Staff were fine. My complaint is the people that stay there are doing things like smoking outside my room window. I’m on second floor over entry way at night when i want my window open I get to smell smoke. One guy every night sat in his car outside my window every night and played his music as load as possible. Some times until midnight. Same guy was in car and his girlfriend or wife was trying to control him because he was drunk and she was hanging on to him as he threw up in the parking lot closest to the entrance . They were loud until 1:00 in morning. One night I worried about getting out of car because a guy was standing next to back entrance smoking and just didn’t seem right. I made sure I had my key card ready and as I got to door he was smiling and saying weird stuff to me. I made sure I pulled door shut fast behind me. Next morning a mentally ill woman with torn clothes shoes falling off was wondering around building. I heard her yelling out words to nobody. I came down to get coffee and one of the cleaning ladies was saying don’t open the door because we don’t know what’s going on with her.Couple hours later, a front desk worker was trying to get her out. Someone must have accidentally let her follow them in . She stayed in exercise room until that night.Seems like people live there.Won’t stay there again.

The property was ok for an extended stay but the service from the front desk was terrible. Some of the employees don’t know how to speak to guests. The WiFi was down several times. This was a major inconvenience as I need wifi wi work. The property provided cheap garbage bags that’s ripped easily. I was stopped several times about an authorization/payment and I pre-paid for my stay. Following up with the wrong guest about personal matters shows how much the employees don’t pay attention to details. This was extremely annoying.
