The room was okay for cleanliness, but there were absolutely no utensils or anything.You had to go get a toteful of them to take to your room.. Hotel is absolutely no ice on site.

To start, when I finally arrived (after my husband checked us in earlier) my key card did not work- so I started to knock on the main entrance door, then use the phone to call, and still nothing. After 5 minutes my husband decided to walk around to another door, so I decided to actually call off my phone, and I explained to the lady that my key card wasn't working and I was a guest so she claimed she was coming to let me in but never did. My husband finally walked up and opened the doors. We waited for the elevator and the lady STILL didn't come in that time. The next day, the same thing happened but at a different door so when we got to the lobby she replaced the key cards.The very next night, same thing, our cards (the replacements ) didn't work and it was POURING down and we had our 2 toddlers, so we walked ALL THE WAY around to the Lobby and they STILL didn't work- the lady was JUST walking up and buzzed us in and she replaced them, but that was our last night there so who knows if they worked or not. Anyways, the only issue with the room was flush one and it overflowed, we literally had to get a plunger. We were barely there, but the key card situation made it irritating. It was okay for the price but wayyyy further than what we realized for it to be apart of \"Milwaukee\" area, more like Waukesha, Brookfield - it was FAR!

The area is great and a vey safe place in a wealthy suburban neighborhood. Unfortunately, there was not anyone at the \"24/7 front desk\" from 1240-250am when i arrived. There was a sign in the lobby to call 0 for late check in, but no answer to the front desk phone i could hear and see ringing in the dark. Calling the hotel number led to a voicemail.

Paid extra because advertised \"breakfast included\" but all it was was coffee (that was out at 6:30am and had to wait 45 min just to get someone to make more), packaged muffins, granola bars, and package oatmeal.

The receiver of the phone was sticky and disgusting.

Savings grace was the 2 ladies at the front desk who were very nice.

This is the WORST hotel ever made!! The recliner in the room got your feet up but good luck getting it down. Talked to front desk and maintenance man was home with keys. OF COURSE!!!! No ice machine…..what the actual hell!! Dirty nasty place. Had one guest told that because of bugs in there room that they had to move to a different room and NOT TAKE their luggage with them. How is that for comfort???????

Floors were not cleaned when arrived. Laminate flooring was sticky and carpet was not clean. Room had an okay temperature when we arrived, but we slowly figured out the AC was not working at all for our room. We talked to the front desk and they said they couldn’t do a single thing – no fan or no room change, which was understandable since they were booked out but the staff member was not very friendly about any of this. She had also stated they knew of this issue with this room’s unit. Later that night, 2 out of 3 mind you, we could not bear being in 83 degree temperatures in a confined space and asked again for help, which a nicer staff member helped open the window and grabbed towels to block the rain from getting on the window sill and floors. No matter what, this should not have happened to anyone and that room should have been blocked off until the unit was fixed.

The room was great it had plenty of space for what we needed. Although there was no bedding for the pull out couch so we had to make due with what we had. There are not a lot of amenities so bring your own soaps and shampoo. We were only there for one night. I would rent rent again.The price was right.

The property was overall okay. The units are outdated and definitely need to be cleaned. The bathroom toilet was filthy, but I bring my own cleaning supplies when I go places, so I cleaned it myself. The location is great and has numerous resturants and stores nearby. Close to the expressway too.

Staff were nice and attentive. They gave me the preferred floor and moved me to the floor where there would be less noise. The room had everything I needed for the one night I stayed. A few things were average was that the toilet had not been plunged from the person who was there last. There also were a few pieces of trash on the ground under the bed. Overall I was pleased with my stay.

Check in was easy and room was very clean. The shower however, water would build up in the bottom of tub and drain slowly......couch pull out I would give a -10, mattress was horrible thin and springs were poking almost thru it. Our bed was more of a firm mattress if you like that type, then all good. Would go back but would not get the pull out couch for son to sleep on.

front desk check-in was quick and efficient despite autofill putting the wrong name in for the reservation. very happy with the stay and there was good lighting in the bathroom too. that's something a lot of hotels really fail at because of environmental concerns. we both got food poisoning and overslept. they gave us a late check out. I think I'm going to stay here next time even though we have activities near the airport. we got this room at the last minute after being evicted from the econo Lodge by the airport after calling the police when a guested threatened to kill us. yeah stay here instead of the econo Lodge. my only complaint was the bed was right in line with the sun shining through the window and the curtains couldn't cover it all. had sun in my face early on but I always have a sleep mask anyways. full size refrigerator place settings available as well as two hot plates, many cabinets, hot water lasted forever. what a great place

They say they have a 10 point cleaning check however, there were dead bugs on the window sill, one on the rug and a few in the dresser drawer. The do have a kitchen - however, if you want dishes, you get different packages for a price. Most hotels at least leave a coffee maker in the room, you need to order the kitchen package to get one. They do not empty your trash, you carry it to the trash room. It was very inexpensive so I guess you get what you paid for. The bed and sheets was clean, but pillows were uncomfortable old foam pillows. Will NOT go back ever again.

It was a little low end but people were nice.
We were there while dealing with home repairs. It suited our needs. Was reasonably priced. Didn’t utilize continental breakfast since I had brought food to prepare. Over all was decent. Was told most people there are live in type situation . So not a lot of commotion . Quiet and affordable.

The only downside there was a lot of dog poo by the entrance to the hotel and cigarette butts.

Extremely disappointed and disgusted with this Extended Stay!!
When we checked in on, the first thing that hit me was the very overwhelming smell of marijuana in the hall and our room wreaked like someone had died in here!! Every time I walked down the hall I would get so sick just from the pot smell. I complained and I was told “feel free to call the cops”, then the lady at the front desk walked away!
I couldn’t believe how dirty and gross our room was! I spent over an hour cleaning the bathroom just so we could use it! The tote of kitchen items we were given were so gross (like they’ve never been washed) that I actually went the next morning to our storage unit and unpacked some of my kitchen boxes and brought back my own dishes and pots and pans!! The floor in our room was so bad, when I walked on it bare foot, the bottoms of my feet were black!! The next morning I spent 3 hours cleaning this room! I mentioned this to the lady at the desk and she said “oh, we fired that housekeeper”, that was it, no other comment. I have pics of the grossness! We are paid guests of this place NOT residents!!! We were treated like the low life, drug addicts and alcoholics that live here, which is most of their clientele. One guy has been here for over 3 years!! This is more of a halfway house and rehab center than it is a hotel!!!! Cops and Paramedics are here regularly! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!
I have so much more to say, but it’s just no worth it!!

This is the second time staying here this year. The beds are comfortable enough so that right there is our number one must. The lady at the desk was the same one we worked with our first stay and she is great. I would say the only downfall in this stay was the air conditioner could of been quieter and the stairwell was dirty from probably construction workers staying there with dirty boots walking up and down the stairs.

The room was comfortable. TV reception was very limited, maybe bring your own firestick. Shower does not have any safety bars and the tub bottom can be slippery, we used a towel to stand on.

The \"grab and go\" breakfast had \"got up and went\" by the time we came down our first day there. It was only in the middle of the posted time. The coffee was gone, the hot water was gone, and the bars and muffins were gone. When we asked about this, they seemed annoyed...at us for asking.

This hotel is fine for a one night stay if you won’t be in the room very much. The room cost me $128 for the night, should have been more like $80. The toilet had a ring of dirtiness in it. The bed is basically a cot. Also, don’t let them fool you that there’s free breakfast. The free breakfast is a mediocre “coffee and tea bar” with oatmeal packets and granola bars.
