Needs maintenance. No desk clerk after 9 pm. Has gone downhill in the past 10 years. No dishes. Only has two cheap plastic cups. Would not stay there again.

Extended stay america advertises that they have \"fully stocked\" kitchens in the rooms. They also advertised that if there were not cooking supplies in the room, free cookware wouod be provided. This was not the case either way. We would have had to pay a $30 fee to 'rent' pots, pans, and dishes. There wasnt even a coffee maker in the room! Ive stayed in far worse hotels, and those at least had that commodity.

They do not have hand towels (although shown on their website photos). Confused, I called down and asked. The front desk lectured me on the hotel policy that we are allowed only 2 towels and 2 facecloths. When I questioned why guests had to used use the same towel to dry hands, hair, body, and face over a 3 night stay, she was rude and continued to lecture me. I heard the person beside her say that she had an extra towel I could use, the person on the phone repeated that with a sigh and said to come get it myself. The whole exchange was unnecessary and mishandled. I should of known better when I got an email prior to the stay saying they had no front desk staff after 10pm and was still not available when we left after 8am. Also, if you stay less than 14 nights, you can only get housekeeping for a fee. Very run down. Uncomfortable bed. Do not recommend.

We only stayed 1 night so was OK for that since the price was good. If staying for an extended period be aware that they don’t provide any supplies for kitchenette. Bring your own or buy from them. The only thing going for this hotel is it’s proximity to things like grocery stores and restaurants. Otherwise I wouldn’t want someone I care about to ever stay here. From the bad smell in the room, to some brownish stain on the ceiling above one of the beds, to the loud freeway noise and the room shaking, to all the different damage scattered all over the room….damage that caused my family member to cut their hand….you couldn’t pay me to stay here. If I had known the room would be like this I would have never booked it. The pictures make it look nice online. But it was definitely anything but nice. I promptly booked at a different hotel down the street and left. Didn’t want to spend another minute at Extended Stay.

When I checked in, I was told they take a pic of your ID . I asked how long it was kept and was told pretty much indefinitely. I was not comfortable with that as if they get hacked, your info is out there. I was told I could stop by the front desk at checkout and have it deleted. Overall our stay was great. We had 5 rooms for 13 people and wanted to keep the cost down. We got what we paid for. The staff was wonderful. I was surprised when they didn't take cash, but that was my fault because I didn't read every little detail in my search. This is a bare bones motel. No hair dryers, shampoos, had to search for a garbage can in our room etc. They offer stoves and microwaves, but nothing in the room for pans or utensils. I guess things have changed since the last time I stayed at an extended stay. Fortunately, we weren't counting on any of that as our stay was a short stay. We had a place to crash for the night and enough room to play some cards for a bit. It served it's purpose.

This had a better rating when I booked but it does not deserve even a 7 star rating. Property was in very poor condition. We were not given any kitchen items for free so why even stay there? Linens were limited to a towel and a washcloth. Ultimately its saving grace was it was near a Texas Roadhouse restaurant.

There is no desk agent available after 10pm. We arrived from a wedding and had to wait 15 minutes before someone was able to come down and check us in. It was another 10 minutes for them start up computers and find the reservation. Our room was barebones, no soap, shampoo, conditioner, two small towels in the bathroom. When I booked a room, the amenities included morning coffee and a grab and go breakfast. A new owner recently took over and this service was not provided. This is a very spartan hotel. I got only two towels, two washcloths and one bar of soap. We are required to take out our own trash and put it in the dumpsters. I checked outside that morning and the dumpsters were overflowing with trash. I packed up the trash and left it in the room with a note. I will never book a room with this company again.

This place was adequate as a place to sleep. But when we checked in, it appeared that housekeeping had not finished our room. Some of the bed linens were missing. There were no towels or washcloths. There was half eaten food and drink in the fridge. Not sure what happened. But we just slept there and left. We encountered people with big dogs in the hallways, so they must let people live there with dogs. I think I'll find another place for next visit to the area.

Dirty. Hallway had bad odor. Room had bad odor. Room was 3/5 for clean. Windows so dirty you could hardly see out. Bathroom was nasty enough that I didnt shower there. Rug was stained, had wet spot between the beds. Outside/ parking lot had garbage everywhere. Stay somewhere else if you can.

I am very angry with this property. Upon check-in, we were informed that as of that morning, they had changed the terms of their rentals. They would no longer provide dishes, utensils, cookware, coffee pots, toasters, etc. They informed us we needed to pay additional for these products. Additionally, they were no longer serving breakfast. We would need to bring our used towels to the desk and PAY additional for clean replacements. We were required to take our own trash out to the dumpster (or be fined). I booked this facility based on it having a fully functioning/stocked kitchen. We had already purchased groceries for our meals. I informed the manager that he must comply with the terms of our rental - which included all of these items. As a concession, he did allow us to use a pot, a pan and a spatula. We had to provide our own dishes, utensils, etc. We had to buy a coffee pot. We also purchased towels, because I refused to pay anything additional to this property for them. A hotel room should provide towels for guests. We
Expedia should not list this as a hotel for short-term guests. It is really an apartment complex. Most guests were living there. There were men drinking an urinating in the parking lot - just below our window, and near the dumpster where we had to take our trash.

Expedia should not list this as a hotel for short-term guests. It is really an apartment complex. Most guests were living there. There were men drinking an urinating in the parking lot - just below our window, and near the dumpster where we had to take our trash.

First, there is no continental breakfast. I found this out when I got there, despite it being advertised online AND at the hotel itself!
Second, there are no pots, pans, plates, bowls, cups, utensils… nothing in the kitchen!!
Third, the bathroom was not clean. I found dirty wipes and the walls are peeling bad. Shower pressure was nonexistent.

I like that the property was clean; however some staff don’t know for sure of the availability of rooms and assume is not cool. It’s unpleasant for a staff to assure you that they can accommodate you before arriving and then the guests to be inconvenienced upon checking in is a problem. Hope the staff can work on these things and I would give them a 5 star!

Very vanilla and cheap feeling. Entrance is behind the hotel and there is no covered area to unload a vehicle. Breakfast is non-existent save for protein bars and mini muffins. Beds and showers were good. No ice machine and no hair conditioner. At less than $100 I might expect that but not in the $140 range.

I checked in about 11:30pm yet the desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. The room was a studio with even more than I needed including a kitchenette, yet was priced like a normal room. It was clean and mostly quiet, other than occasional sounds down the hall or the freezer making an occasional sound. Some hotels beds are way too hard for be but I slept fine, other than the pillows being a little too thick.

The front desk clerk was very nice. The room was awful, it had a weird smell, the ac was loud and a pressurized noise would sound every few minutes. The room is old and it felt dirty. The bed seemed clean and I went to bed immediately and woke up early to get out of there. There was a small dead bug in the bathroom. the grab and go breakfast was coffee and a nutrigrain bar.
