The room was decent, needs some paint and minor repairs. The closet door was broken and the bathroom sink drained slow...maybe a hair clot. The exterior door that should lock did not. It was extremely hot in the hallway and room, there were kids running through the hallways after 1a.m., there was a party across the hallway from us and they kept the door open..for access i guess, there were people in the walkway smoking weed.....so many things. I will not book here again.

The room was very clean, included a nice kitchenette (useful for hunkering down during a snowstorm), walking distance to a natural foods grocery, and quiet. Storm clean up was quick and efficient. I'll make this a regular stop in Brookfield.

I've never stayed in a dumpy Marriott before, I don't recommend it. The property looks okay from the outside, but once inside visitors are assaulted with nasty smells, water damage to walls, broken and ancient heating/AC units, beds that feel like plywood, and really old appliances that make constant noise. The breakfast is worse than the worst gas station fare. The staff is very helpful and pleasant - a singular bright spot.

We were greeted immediately upon our arrival with the smell of freshly baked cookies and popcorn - an every afternoon occurence. Efficiently checked and directed to a great local restaurant.
We had a full kitchen in our suite making it easy to bring home leftovers or prepare simple meals.
The location was ideal for our visit and also shopping, walking and general \"to do\" errands.
We would defintely return and recommend it to our friends.

This has always been our go to place to stay in Milwaukee area. This time there was definitely a difference. The staff Thursday, Friday and Saturday were top notch- friendly and helpful. The staff Sunday for check out were rude, spoke Spanish in front of us when had issue. We had issues with tub not draining, holes in screens and dirt on the ceiling from vent. No issues were taken care of during our stay. The staff said it was our fault as we had the do not knock sign out and they disturb us. Asked why didn’t call to ask us to do repairs. They had no answer. The condition of this hotel was not up to expectations.

This property was super nice!!! Quiet, clean, and well laid out!!! The fact that it didn’t feel like a traditional hotel, but instead like an apartment or condo community was really nice!!!!! Was able to bring pets along and saw other pets, yet didn’t hear them anywhere!! Well built and run facility!!!!! Highly recommend for a weekend brewers game or any other visit. We stayed the weekend for the Ueker celebration and this location was just 18 mins from the park. Worked out perfectly!! Sooooo many stores and food options within walking distance even!!!!

Not handicap friendly!

The room was tiny with the layout making it impossible to navigate the room in my wheelchair. I'm a Amputee and take my prosthetic off to sleep, when i wake up at night I'm relying on my wheelchair. Had to always put my leg on just to get around room. Listed on website as a handicap accessible room! Didn't have any other room available.

Towneplace -Brookfield, WI is a destination in itself! The management and staff devote themselves to making your stay the very best possible. It was a Great stay! Quiet, Clean and Safe! Everything about this stay was good! Sarah at the front desk was very pleasant and welcoming! They provide a nice breakfast with different options daily. Heated pool, small snacks for purchase in their front area.They put out popcorn and cookies each evening. Pool closes at 8, to keep things calm and family friendly, which is good! Everything was great!

Disappointing. We are fans of Towneplace Suites. This one just didn’t compare. When we arrived, the front lobby had a strong stench of deodorizer. Not a welcoming fragrance. The fragrance stayed on our clothes afterwards. We skipped the complimentary breakfast because it was held in the same area as the deodorized lobby. Staff was very kind though. Wake up management.

We have stayed at this property a few times and after this visit I’m not sure we’d stay again.

We had a second floor room and the people moving around in the room above us sounded like they were in our room. They changed their policy on parking (now a fee) and this was not communicated at check-in (and there was not a lot of parking available!). Lastly, I happened to forget my key in my room and went to the front desk for another. I was given one just by providing my room number and wasn’t asked for any ID.

While the hotel can’t be blamed for messy/rude guests, I watched a kid shoot the whipped cream directly into his mouth from the can at the breakfast buffet. Additionally, the breakfast room was full every morning and our family of 3 had to cram into a table for 2 while single guests sat at a table for 4.

Overall the breakfast was good and the staff did a good job of keeping it full given how busy it was. My kids also appreciated the nightly cookies.

From the moment we walked to the door to check in to the moment we checked out, we were treated wonderfully by the staff. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The breakfast was good and had a lot of options. One of the most quiet places we've ever stayed in. No outside noise or noise in the halls to keep us awake at night. If we're ever in the area again, we will definitely stay here.

I just spent 7 weeks traveling with my son every weekend for Basketball and for the price with was totally amazing and fair, we definitely saved the best for last!!!! Super impressed!!! Staff was GREAT, room was GREAT and CLEAN, breakfast was AWESOME and I’m SO GLAD we chose to stay at this facility!!! Oh and did I mention they had a great heated outdoor pool!!!! The staff are amazing! There was a line that took less than 5 mins. They had yummy m+ m cookies + complimentary popcorn in nice easy bags. That’s the kind of thoughtful touch that the staff excel at. I like the larger than dorm room fridge with mini stove to cook. It has everything I need. Shower felt like a rainfall + got nice + hot! The nightstand lights had an outlet for any gadget plus usb. Super convenient! I’ll stay here again!

Overall fine but a bit disappointed in the condition of the room. Throw pillows, couch, floor, and chair stained and wood was chipped. From the sitting area, I noticed a lot of crumbs and dust beneath the fridge. Rest of the room was clean upon arrival. Staff was very friendly.
