Hotel is very outdated and not the cleanest. Toilet flushed slow, doors slammed loud, beds not comfy, and bathroom isn't updated. The breakfast was horrible! One waffle maker, so that's already a long line waiting. They only serve 1 frying pan of bacon and 1 pot of scrambled eggs at a time! NOTHING else to eat. Pool didn't have towels! Housekeeper was so grumpy knocking on doors, constantly swearing. Maybe that's why the rooms are kinda dirty. Front desk ladies were friendly and helpful. PAY more money for a hotel and go to a nicer hotel.

First off, the hotel smelled like weed throughout. It was rundown and dirty. I checked into my room and gave it a once-over and found a dirty needle/syringe tucked just under the mattress. Immediately checked out and told the front staff. The man at the front desk was nice enough and said he’d handle it but wouldn’t give me a refund and Expedia wouldn’t give me a refund because they couldn’t get ahold of the hotel so now I’m out $112. Not a safe hotel for a single woman traveling alone. Absolutely would not recommend this hotel and am extremely disappointed in Expedia’s handling of the situation.

I’m requesting a refund; it was overcrowded it was dirty. The manager was unprofessional, and the breakfast where they had in one room look like a herd of elephants trampled through it. It was terrible. I went there because I was going to a family function and to spend the night, so my grandkids could swim, and we could have breakfast in the morning we could not do neither I would like a refund, please. The group of young people that were there were rude, obnoxious, and vulgar, and management did nothing about it.

My first room was as if I was sleeping above a smoke pit (4TH FL RM 415), but I was supposed to be in a non smoking room. I got in very late and was exhausted and got little to no sleep due to getting a migraine from the smell of smoke, which I didn't notice at first. I work 12HR days and so night two was just as worse with the smell of smoke continuing. I went to the front desk to ask for another room because of the smell and they said they could not do anything until the day shift management came in. Day 2 (WED) going into night 3, I get a call to change rooms (4TH FL RM 414). Smell was 100% better and it was also a quieter room; However, I noticed after I switched room that there were no towels in the room. Also, the fridge was frozen over and freezer burnt my left overs. The rooms were not that appealing so something for me to remember when looking at the lower priced rooms, but I needed lodging due to my floors being redone from the Milwaukee floods for where I was staying. It was a pretty tiring week, with little to no sleep and a unpleasant stay overall. I have the pictures as well. Next time I will just have to eat the expense.

The only thing ok with the hotel, was the pool. And that even wasn’t even ok cause it was too much bleach in there. The kids and I didn’t even stay overnight. We slept at home, cause the rooms had dead and alive bugs in there. The bathrooms didn’t look up to par. 10/10 would NOT recommend. And when I mentioned it to staff, they brushed it off. Didn’t try to accommodate the stay or nothing. Just said, “those bugs come out during this time, there’s nothing they can do.”

I have been here several times before the only thing i didn't appreciate is i got blamed for smoking🚬 and i don't even smoke, i went to the hospital that week and unfortunately had to leave my son and husband in the hotel for the remainder days, long story short i had to pay a 2 hundred dollars smoking fee! The other thing i disagreed with is you can't get clean sheet and towels unless you turned the old ones in. I think after staying there for 2 week you should get new one everyday or at least once a week.

We have been here many times, but this was probably the worst stay!

There were many issues within our room and out of our room!

In the room:
No smoke alarm-it was literally removed from the ceiling
Large sticky spots in the carpet like someone spilled soda or juice and it was never cleaned
The shampoo and conditioner bottles in the shower were empty

Out of the room:
The pool area each night had several unsupervised children
The breakfast area Saturday morning was so filthy! Sunday was a lot better. They served only eggs and bacon for hot food each day
The ice machine on the 2nd floor was out of order but must have been spitting out ice because several times there was ice all over the floor

The front desk people were very nice! We had an issue with our air bnb and booked two rooms last minute. The rooms were okay.. stains everywhere and cracked mirrors & kinda had a slight funky stench. Definitely needs updated but for the price it was a place to sleep. We didn’t really enjoy the pool but that was due to other guests.. kids running around unsafely and playing in the gym while parents sat on their phones.

The room we were initially put in had no A/C and when we brought it to their attention they didn’t move us they just told us that “it will get cooler” it took us waiting another hour for them to finally move us. In our new room there was mold all over inside the air conditioning unit, the shower, and the floor of the bathroom. There was blood on the comforter, we only had one towel to share between the two of us and when we asked to get another one they told us we’d have to give them out dirty towels and exchange them. Overall i am extremely dissatisfied with our stay.

The first night, entered room and it was lowly dimmed, the room was not clean, it had a sticky and dusty undertone to it. About two hours later, some teens/kids pulled the fire alarm several times in about a 20-30 minute timeframe. Because of the alarms being tampered with, the alarms went off all night until the next morning around 11am. The manager told a group of us that we would not get a refund due to a fire alarm. Another patron and myself called the fire department as the front desk did not call and nor did patrons get a call or notice about the fire alarms; so there was frequent concern, waking up, leaving the room, and going to the lobby due to the fear of it actually being a fire or wiring concern.

My stay there wasn't the worst, but it wasn't the best either. Every time I came down to the lobby someone was complaining about there room. The bathroom wasn't the cleanest, it kind of gave \"wipe it down\". The fire alarms kept going off which really pissed a lot of people off including myself. This location was disgusting. I wouldnt recommend to anyone. Staff was rude.
Heres a list of the things (i also have pictures)
-Lost power 7/27/25 from 9pm-230am. Hotel didnt compensate anything and my spouse has a sleep machine so couldnt sleep until power was back on.
-Garbage around bed when we checked in
-food smashed in room carpet
-we had 5 people in our room. They only allow 4 towels and after every shower had to take them to front desk to exchange for clean ones
-phone wasnt hooked up to anything
-no pool towels
-garbage all around was over flowing
-breakfast was terrible. Only sausage and eggs were cooked

It was nice and clean and a good quiet atmosphere. The rooms were nice ans spacious. The only problem was trying to get a few extra wash cloths form the front desk because we didn't want mad service for the two nights we stayed there.
The breakfast was a little under average as far as quality food. The eggs and bacon as well as sausage were a little under cooked both mornings. So we decided to eat elsewhere.
But besides that it was an enjoyable stay and I would most likely stay again when I am back in the area.
Lastly most of the staff were polite and friendly except for two of them. It was a younger gentleman and a younger woman they worked different shifts but besides those two everyone else was very nice.
So if you're in the area and looking for a place to stay I would say its a good please to spend a few nights and probably your best option for that area.

Our first room was right above the smoking courtyard and the front desk asked what they should do about that, even though the rooms are non smoking. We did get moved to a different room but there were terrible stains all over, the carpet was still wet, and our air conditioner had what looked like dry poop under it. Our linens were also stained, though did smell clean. I would never recommend staying here or any other comfort suites.

It was relatively close to downtown (about 10-15 min). However the bathrooms were dirty, tons of bugs and ants. Nobody came to give us a room refresh while staying 3 nights, and there was no towels at the pool the entire time. Breakfast was good but there was a lot of rowdy families there and at the pool that ruined the experience for the rest of us- would have been nice if the staff could have managed the other occupants better.

The property offered breakfast and that was convient.When checking in we were given rooms on separate floors due to how the Expedia representative booked the reservation. The girls room was on the first floor. I had to clean the restroom because the toilet seat and floor was dirty (I pack cleaning supplies), due to chix crumbs being on the carpet in the sitting area I asked for a vacuum and was given one. I checked the pullout couch the sheet was dirty and stained and there was chips and donut wrappers with the remaining product still in them. When I brought up my issues to the front desk, the young lady apologized, took a video the vacuum and left the room (did not pick up the opened uneated food packages (crazy) and true. The lights in the pool area were completly off except one round light on the 3feet side of the pool and I was advised by the same front desk lady that maintenance will not come to repair a issue like that at that time of day (about 8:45pm) the poole had about 20 children swimming happily in the dark, a serious liability and unsafe for children so I did not allow my children to stay in the pool (I was the mean parent) I booked this hotel for the breakfast to save money and for the pool for the children. The carpets in the rooms are so stained it's crazy and the sheets on the beds do not fit we had to keep replacing the sheets because the corners would not stay. Check around before booking this location.

I have always stayed in this hotel when it was Hyatt place. It was a great place to stay and close to my family. Now it changed owner. The new owner still keeping the hotel at the standard of Hyatt place, the swiming pool was great. breakfast consist of sausage, eggs, waffles, cereals, muffins, banana, bagels, etc. Hyatt provide more variety of hot breakfast. But I think it's still decent over all. I was a little disappointed, I reserved a King size bed with a rollover sofa. they only gave me 4 pillow and when I ask for 2 more for my kids they refused, they only give me 1 additional pillow. There are no extra blankets for my other two kids.

Thia hotel is beyond terrifying and terrible. I am a woman traveling by herself. The hotel had vagrants hanging out in the parking lot!

The front desk was a mess and the cleaning supplies were at the elevator.

I asked for a cancelation which they would not do. But I didnt stay there. Too frightened to stay by myself.
