It was an absolute nightmare! At first we asked to be moved to the ground floor since we were traveling with our baby and the stroller but the lady who was there spoke to us in French pretending to not understand English (?!?)... Then once in the room we realised that there l was only one set of towels, went downstairs to ask for another set but the reception was closed, therefore we couldn’t get another towel.
The room was terrible. I understand that we were staying in a B&B and as you can see I travel a lot, so I was aware of the type of hotel, but the room was a nightmare. No A/C, the bathroom was dirty and the furniture were partially broken (but that was the least of the problems). The real issue was the AC, especially because we were traveling with a 3 months old and it was really hot!

Amenities are fairly limited for the price of a room there. Bein used to American hotels, this one was a disappointment. The bed wasn't comfortable and there was no hand soap in the bathroom, that was not clean at all.

THe short/abbreviated check in period sort of wierd, but included clearly in the details. Do read them. Room was comfortable and small but big enough for two. Only real shortcoming of roow was no coffee maker/hotpot in room; however there was hot water and availble on ground floor. Really great Chines Buffett -actually best Chinese I've had including in China -less than 100 meters. You could pay a lot more and do lot worse than this hotel!

Nous avons eu trop chaud dans la chambre, fin février. Une temperature trop chaude de l'établissement. C'est dommage , de là on devrait chauffer moins. Meme avec la mise en route de la climatisation, il faisait trop chaud, et impossible d'ouvrir la fenetre, qui est bloquée. Sinon la chambre avait de belle prestation et très propre.

Le séjour s'est bien déroulé. La chambre était originale un lit en bas et deux lit en haut. Il y avait des serviettes à disposition. Niveau confort le lit du bas était bien mais apparemment un lit en haut n'était pas très confortable. Mis à part cela, c'est situé dans une zone calme, c'était agréable.
Il faisait bien chaud dans la chambre.
Le seul point négatif c'est qu'il n'y ait pas de bouilloire pour boire un café ou un thé dans sa chambre.

En arrivant à l'hôtel j'ai constaté qu'il faisait énormément chaud et la climatisation ne marchait pas, après avoir contacté l'accueil la réponse c'était tout simplement "nous sommes encore en mode chauffage, on peut rien faire. Après une nuit bien chaude vu qu'on peut même pas ouvrir les fenêtre vu qu'il y a des gens qui fumées devant la chambre on arrive au petit-déjeuner qui est vraiment léger en matière de choix ,quantités et quantité . L'affiche de ne pas déranger sur la porte et les indications a l'accueil de ne pas entrer dans la chambre pendant notre absence vu que notre chat était à l'intérieur était complètement ignorés vue que les femmes de ménage sont comme même passé, en bref apart le matelas confortable rien à conseiller de positive à propos de l'hôtel. Je conseille vivement de chercher un autre hôtel dans la région.
