Staff were super nice and helpful despite of the language barriers. I booked my stay through Expedia but my booking didn’t show up in the hotel’s system. I ended up paying around 20 bucks more than the rate i booked on Expedia. The restaurant at the hotel was closed for whatever reason and there was no other restaurant around the hotel that can be reached unless you have a car. The front desk person said that i could order food to the hotel but it really wasn’t an option for me.

Wir haben eine Zwischenübernachtung auf dem Heimweg gemacht. Das Hotel ist günstig gelegen, das Personal ist nett und das Frühstück ist reichlich, der Kaffee ist klasse. Einzig das Bad war nicht sauber genug (Haste nur in die Ecken gewischt) und ein Handtuch hat gefehlt. Sonst war es für uns ok.

A last minute pick. This was a nice hotel with a bar and offered a good value breakfast. Room was clean and comfortable. My only issue was my satnav didn't lead me to the hotel.

Poor condition
Having stayed at a number of Kyriad hotels in the past, I was very disappointed in this one. It started as I arrived to find the three ground floor windows adjacent to the entrance without glass with lintels supported by acro-props. I was told at check-in that the restaurant was closed on Sundays, and that I would have to eat at the Courtapaille about 400m away, but it was raining hard and the road was unlit with no pavements. I had to use the car so no wine with the meal. The hotel itself was very run down - the wooden door jamb to my room was loose, the toilet bowl was badly stained, the shower had so much mould around the tray and tiling that I didn't want to get in it and there was a very unpleasant smell in the room. The only saving grace was the pleasant receptionist who also ran the rather meagre bar. I will certainly not use this hotel again, and I would recommend others to avoid it.

We were very disappointed.. the room is in bad condition, carpet is stained. Washroom was clean but no shampoo or conditioner in the shower. The room wasn't in the main hotel as suggested by the pictures, but in a much less fancy building on the side. Wifi was good. Service was below par; the receptionist at night couldn't speak English and they didn't give us any grace in checking out (11am), despite not even telling us when we arrived.

I do not recommend this place
Hard to find location, I had to call for directions. The receptionist was very nice and answered my questions. The lobby and bar area was unremarkable. I had to walk through a long and unattractive hallway to go to my room. When I opened the door, there was a very strong odor. I complained and was told that the smell was coming from the new carpet. It also smelled of sewage. The room was small and the bathroom minuscule.

The shower stall is slippery to the max. The restaurant attached was full, I suppose because of the Swiss-France soccer game. Breakfast OK but not for 9.5 Euros, maybe 6.

Just an overnight stop , our party had 3 rooms. 2 o.k. 1 had not been made up ! bed had been slept in and dirty towels on the bed. On tap beer had run out , so we were charged a fortune for small bottled beer. Otherwise o.k.

The rooms are very compact with only one electrical outlet. Hotel is in an isolated area with one restaurant (which is closed on Sunday's). Our pillows had a mint on them which was a cough drop. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

We had room #301. It had twin beds. The door from the outside was glass. Two people cannot enter the door at the same time because the door bangs into the desk behind it and the bed is in front of the door. This is a very small and curved desk with little extra space. The closet is also very small. The one luggage rack doesn’t allow easy access to the closet. There is only one outlet in the entire room. The bathroom is huge and included a shower with wand and an open end. There was a shelf above the sink and a hair dryer. This is all very compact. The location of the hotel is near the A6 freeway for easy access. However, there is no town around the hotel – just other hotels and one restaurant.

a perfect stop over hotel - very clean comfy rooms, showers / bathrooms perfectly acceptable, air conditioning very quiet but effective. Rooms aren't big but if you are there for one night then I wouldn't think you need anything bigger. Free wifi and good tvs in room also a bonus.

We reserved at the last minute so I was feeling a little pressed to find someplace. It turns out it is easier to reserve in France than I would have expected. This hotel was on the outskirts of the town we were visiting so we couldn't really walk around. It would be okay for business travel or for transit (right off the autoroute) but not so nice for tourism. The hotel had no restaurant and local restos were limited. The room was extremely cramped, and very hard to find. With that the staff were very helpful, the breakfast was quite good and we slept well. For an in and out experience it provided a night's sleep, which is all we were looking for. I must state again it was very hard to find the place even after asking directions.

En ce qui concerne le petit déjeuner, même pas de yaourt. Du côté saucisse et oeufs brouillés, c'était pas réassorti. Presque vide. Une machine à café sur deux fonctionnait. Vraiment déc de l'ensemble. Sauf que l'hôtel a fait les frais d'un portail parking électrique.

Je déconseille de prendre une chambre avec lits simples, placé à côté de l hôtel les chambres donnant à 1 mètre des voitures garées en marche arrière…De plus les portes grincent fortement idéal pour se faire réveiller et réveiller les autres.
