Everything about the stay was fantastic. Staff were lovely/friendly. Able to check in early which was ideal. Room was perfect. Loud when you opened the window, when closed barely could hear the noise on the streets! Which was ideal! Bed was comfy. Shower was nice, only thing is that it didn’t have a hanging shower. We had to hold up the shower head when showering, which wasn’t wonderful.
Overall was excellent, only thing was the shower situation!

Small room but everything else is great, super good value for money. Location is superb, close to everything - 15 mins to Louvre, 5 minute walk to Laffayette, one of the largest shopping centres in Paris. The broken lift on our first night was a little hard as our room was on the 4th floor, we had to hand carry our bags while climbing the stairs.

Unfortunately we did not have a good stay at this property and will never recommend or return. First of all, we specifically chose this hotel because it said it had AC. We only received one key card and inside the room you had to put the key card into the slot on the wall to turn on the lights, plugs and AC (normal in lots of European hotels). However, when we went to go to bed we discovered that the main lights in the room would not turn off with any light switch so in order to turn off the lights in the room you had to remove the key card therefore turning off the AC and we had no plugs to charge our phones. It was very hot in Paris so we boiled in the night. Additionally, on our last night there was water dripping from the ceiling onto our bed and they said we couldn't switch rooms and just brought towels to clean it up. We asked to talk to the manager about a refund but the worker said the manager wasn't around and I asked if I could get an email and they said they would contact us but we haven't received anything.

It was a short stay overall we had a good experience. Reception was helpful with information. Be warned there are stairs to get up to reception, be prepared to carry them up. We had organised a Taxi with reception for early morning pickup to the airport the following morning. On that morning the Taxi was already 15 minutes late so reception let us know that he's organised another one. Very kind of them. Location is very convenient with lots of restaurants downstairs.

This hotel was right in the middle of town. Near the Opera, Galleries Lafayette, metro and shipping. Very happy with my selection.

Couple of areas of opportunity.. clean the shower, some mold, the AC sucks, luckily I had a small fan and sleep with the windows open, but that attracts knats. The room was tiny.. not a big deal. But if you are larger in size, good luck with the shower. You do have to walk up about 30 stairs to the lobby. There is a 2pp elevator.. it's cute.

I would stay there again because I know what to expect.

I don’t normally give reviews.

But listen up people this hotel sucks.

Firstly, you have to carry your own luggage up the equivalent of two stories because there’s no lift from the street level to reception.
A gentleman that was on duty when we arrived was wonderful and offered to help.
The idiot that was sitting there when I left outright refused outright to help me carry my luggage down the stairs. He sat behind the desk and literally told me to do it myself or to ask my cab driver to help. Refused to give me his name so I can report him.

If this wasn’t enough during our stay there, we woke up to a flooded bathroom. I mean, not just Water . There was somebody else’s poop all over the bathroom floor. The hotels first reaction was to blame our use of toilet paper. When I told him we had not done such a thing he found it difficult to believe..

later it was found that the entire floor had been blocked and because our room led to the hub we were the unfortunate ones to actually have to fish our suitcases out of sewage water.
We were put into another dirty hotel room while we waited for a new room, which wasn’t gonna be ready for a few hours.
Needless to say we were not happy.
Do you think the hotel offered us a discount? Nope!!
Once they realized the problem had not stemmed from our room we were offered free breakfast. No thanks.
All in all, we were very disappointed with this hotel and the staff.
I shall be filing a formal complaint to Expedia also.

Wonderful boutique style hotel right in the middle of the Opera area. Close to the different metro lines and also lots of shopping. Walking distance to the Lourves or you can take the metro. We were a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teens) and they gave us two rooms that were adjoining each other. Their morning breakfast was great and had a good selection and variety. Can't beat 14Euro for a breakfast buffet. Highly recommend to add it on with your stay. They offered it for 12 Euro when I checked in, but I didn't take it. Wish I did.

The staff were lovely and the room very clean. Great location, close to the Opera House and La Fayette for shopping. I would say the 20 something stairs as you enter the property could be a problem with heavy luggage if you have any knee issues and the lack of a proper shower in our room (big bath, but just a hand held shower head) was something I had not encountered before. I could not fault the service we received from the Manager or any of the staff they were all so helpful. I would stay here again.

We traveled with a family of 5 and had a joining rooms. One with a Full bed and the other with a full and twin. Full bed room had a shower but the second room only had a bath with handheld shower head. It was perfect for what we needed. Air conditioning was ok but not great. Was still warm in room in the middle of June.
Small elevator for bags only not really people. Had to carry bags up a flight of stairs to get to front desk. Location was great lots of food and shopping nearby.

Hotel was a no frills kind of stay. Price was good for Paris. The rooms have character. However, our room had no proper shower. Only a tub which had jets. After the first night we discovered some rooms have showers. We didn't ask to move rooms since we thought we would try the jacuzzi. However when we tried it didn't work. Front desk was no help. Said they would have manager follow up. No one did. If I were to come back to Paris I would not stay at this hotel a second time.

Excellent location in the centre of Paris. Several metro stations are only a short walk away (including the Opera station). The area is busy. I only stayed for 1 night, but the room was comfortable, it had all the facilities you would expect, although I was slightly taken aback by the old fashioned hair dryer! I would definitely stay here again.

I had a decent stay at London Hotel Paris. The location is good and very walkable, the staff were kind, and my room was clean. I had a nice view of a busy street and the pillows were surprisingly very comfortable!

There is a long flight of stairs before reaching the front desk, which I had no issues with but it may pose a challenge for others with disabilities. A couple of things I need to note is that the pressure of my shower was very weak and there was no shower curtain or door around the tub in my bathroom, so the water gets all over the floor after a shower - both issues resulted in an unpleasant shower/bath for me.

Overall, my experience was average and the room was very basic. I felt the price I paid was too high for what I got, but the location is good!

The hotel is in a great location. The building and room are excellent for the price we paid. The room was spacious and clean with enough space for clothes and suitcases not getting on the way. The staff were helpful and courteous and cannot fault them. Communication started the week before our arrival via email to ensure everything went smoothly. Check in was good though our room was not ready as we arrived a few minutes before our check-in time (smooth arrival at the airport was so unexpected) This did not cause any delays though as another room was quickly allocated.

There are plenty excellent bars and restaurants nearby with a vibrant nightlife. Best of all only a 15 minute walk to the Louvre and Seine! So if this is on your list to do this hotel is ideally located.

If I can offer a criticism I requested extras in our room prior to our arrival but they did not materialise. If our 5 minute early check-in was an issue I would have gladly waited. Also the only plug socket in the room was a bit loose so maintenance needs some attention.

We loved the view from the balcony/ window in our bedroom. You could just see the top of the Eiffel Tower which was an unexpected bonus. The room was clean and had all the amenities we needed. It was in a great location, 15 minutes walk from the Seine/ Louvre. Although central, you could not hear the noise of the street- there was good sound proofing. Friendly staff members. Thank you.
