This hotel is located in the most exclusive part of the Riviera della Versilia, right on the wide sandy beach of Marina di Pietrasanta, between Forte dei Marmi (4 km) and Viareggio (10 km). The nearest links to the public transport network (bus) are just 30 m from the hotel, the beach is 50 m and guests will find the centre of Marina di Pietrasanta only 300 m away.

The Carrara quarries are 25 km and it is 35 km to Pisa. Some of the most beautiful cities of art such as Lucca, Florence, Siena and San Gimignano are within easy reach.

Pisa Airport is 35 km and it is 90 km to Florence Airport. This is a comfortable well-positioned family-friendly establishment comprising a total of 63 rooms including 55 double/twin rooms, 2 junior suites, 4 apartments and 4 villas as well as a garden and a terrace.

i would like to thank Max (hotel manager) and his team for thier professionalism and for going out of their way to make our Vacation in Versillia a very enjoyable time.

Max upgraded our room when the original room was not available.

The bar service and breakfast was excellent.

The pool was great and the staff are all amazing.

Max gave us a personal ride to the train station after the taxis canceled.

The hotel is a 1970s building that has not been completely modernised but functions perfectly well. The staff are friendly and efficient and the hotel is well cared for. The pool area is particularly attractive. Car parking can reach capacity but is needed because on street parking is charged 24 hours a day. The hotel is situated in a very pleasant neighbourhood.

Good hotel that's shy of great

During our staying the hotel pool was under construction which was a bit of a shame as it was this was not listed on their site or profile. Additionally the breakfast was a bit lacking too especially if you are vegetarian.

Other then that, the hotel staff have been amazing, helpful and always welcome you with a warm smile.

Welcoming, comfortable hotel

We had an excellent family holiday here, kind helpful staff. Good facilities inside and outdoors. The restaurant food was good and plenty of choice. Wine was reasonable priced and good quality. Breakfast was also very good. Lovely swimming pool in a large garden.

not a 4-star anywhere else

the room - an upgrade from basic - called comfort is nothing special. no view and small.
the walls are made of paper and you can hear everything, both day and night.
the breakfast is terrible. knock-off products, including cheap, fake nutella.
room amenities are low quality. the hotel floors are a maze.
the towels for the swimming pool have to be asked at the front desk and need to be kept for the entire length of stay - not returned after each use. weird!!!!
the price, mid july 2013, is ridiculously high at 380 Euro per night.
definitely a 3 star quality at the price of a 5 star.

Excellent Service

Just returned from 5 nights in this hotel. Booked on the Tripadvisor recommendations.
Yes it's one for people with transport, we had a hire car which put the town, Forti dei Marmi and the mountains all in reach.
This hotel and the staff are amongst the best I've experienced. The marble floors and staircases are beautiful.
The room, wooden flooring and walnut furniture were simple but exceptional. The balcony was huge and overlooked the pool. The maids kept it spotless.
The chap maintaining the pool deserves special mention, he never stopped working! the water and the whole area around were always clean.
The catering staff were extremely competent, always there but never obtrusive. The fare simple and enjoyable.
American bar supplied great cocktails (by the pool).
End of season so it felt like our private resort! few little signs of wear (spots of plaster flaking outside) and I hope they do the obvious winter maintenance.
The polite reception staff spoke good English.
The beaches are clean with talcum powder sand and shallow water, I expect you need to book well ahead in season.
Will I return? definitely.

Fortei dei Marmi and Marina de Peitrasanta comprise a large area and are nicely upmarket. Just beware of the areas North (Masa) and South to Viareggio which we drove through. You wouldn't want to stay there!

Great Hotel

hotel was nice, but some rooms are very dark and small. Beds are very hard likewise with pillows. draw back for us was showers only. But a very good hotel in an ideal area. Very well located.

Overnight in Marina Di Pietra Santa

Hotel was clean and bright having recently been refurbished, except that our room had no pictures in it, just plain walls, bed was large and comfortable. Breakfast was a little disappointing and was certainly not a 4 star breakfast, more a 2 star . But over all a nice hotel in a good position on the coast.

Das Zimmer hat mir sehr gut gefallen, einfach zum Wohlfühlen; besonders dass es ein separates Abteil für Koffer und Kleidung gab war prima. Ebenso schön war das edle Bad und der Balkon mit Meerblick. Einziger Wermutstropfen: Man konnte das Fenster nicht geöffnet halten wegen der Maschine, die den Pool reinigte oder irgend ein Gebläse???. Das war störend. Sonst alles fein!

Siamo già stati in questo hotel e confermiamo il nostro giudizio. Ottimo hotel. Personale cordiale sempre presente e puntuale nel soddisfare le nostre esigenze. Colazione abbondante ma leggermente sbilanciata verso i “dolci “. Un po’ più di cura per il salato sarebbe il top. La cena varia e dí ottima qualità. Housekeeping ottimo. Bravi ci avrete ancora.

L’accueil était super, les gens à la réception super gentil. Par contre le personnel au restaurant vraiment pas accueillant, ça s’engueule devant les clients, on attend sans indications… On voulait manger au restaurant le soir, mais il était complet, on s’est fait mettre dehors et super mal accueilli. Personne ne nous avait dit de réserver pour le resto de l’hôtel.
Et les chambres étaient propres, par contre ne correspondait pas aux photos et nous avons hériter des anciennes chambres avec du vieux mobilier.
