Good size clean rooms. Excellent bathroom with power showers. Stocked fridge & items are free. Comfortable beds - slept soundly and always rejuvenated the following morning. Good breakfast with cheerful staff. However the desert section of the breakfast buffet was not always fresh. Front desk task were very help & providing information. Overall an excellent experience 😁

This hotel was very nice with lovely decor all around. They helped us with our luggage at check-in which was greatly appreciated. The staff was very friendly and made check-in and check-out very smooth. It is in central location right on a main street which can be a bit nosy but nothing major to us. The room we had was not the biggest but we had room to open and store our suitcases. The bathroom was a decent size and was cleaned daily. The mini-bar being restocked daily with drinks and snacks along with the free mini bottle of prosecco was a nice touch. We did have the breakfast included and I have to say the breakfast was the nicest out of the hotels we stayed at during our Italy trip. There was plenty of places to sit and there was lots of variety to choose from. It also seemed to be well stocked even 20-ish minutes before ending. Minor, but I also liked that this area was separate from the rooftop restaurant. We dined at the restaurant our last night and it was a nice end to our trip. Although the portions were a bit small, the food was good and it wasn't busy so it felt very intimate.

This hotel was amazing! I highly, highly recommend it. The hotel itself is very nice. Working elevator, rooms were small but updated and extremely clean. The breakfast was excellent. The area is excellent. But the most wonderful thing about this hotel is the staff! Everyone at this hotel is exceptional, from the front desk, to the servers. They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. They are so friendly, I really can't say enough good things about this hotel. If I go back to Rome I will definitely being staying here again.

EXCEPTIONAL !! We stayed at Hotel Artemide October 2025. The level of service, staff, location, room and breakfast were truly amazing. There is a roof top bar and we were so thankful for the drink certificates for a welcome glass of champagne. Breakfast was one of the bet we have had at any travel throughout our years. Location was supurb, we were able to walk easily to the colosseum and ate at a great restaurant on the way (recommended by the staff member who checked us in). The staff working in the breakfast room were very friendly and helpful. I didn't really find other members of staff that friendly, especially the reception staff. I was staying on the fifth floor and there was a lot of noise like glass bottles being loaded into a skip, this happened each morning between 4am -5am. On check out i mentioned it and was told it may of came from another room? Odd, the noise was definitely coming from outside my room. Wouldn't stay in this hotel again. Plenty others to chose from. Wasn't overly impressed.
