I had a wonderful stay here! The free and easy parking made arrival stress-free, and the clean, well-kept room set the tone for a comfortable visit. The ambience throughout the property was very pleasant and relaxing. The host was extremely friendly and welcoming, which added to the overall experience. Having direct access to the beach was such a bonus, and the nearby boardwalk offered a serene and beautiful spot to unwind. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful beach getaway

I had an absolute blast, the location is amazing, it's right by the ocean there are bars and restaurants nearby.
My suit was very clean and spacious. I would give another 5 Stars to the hosts. They're the kindest and most hospitable people ever. If you have a car there's parking available it's very convenient to get around.

Had a wonderful 4 night stay here, our room was basic but spacious and clean. The highlight was the huge balcony which had both a dining area under some cover and an open space for sunbathing. The rooms are situated right on top of the beach which was also another highlight. Staff all very pleasant and attentive to any needs. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The sign is small and unclear making the place a little difficult to find and the owners were hard to get a hold of when we arrived. The place was very clean and its right on the beach. The place has a very low angled ceiling so it's not very comfortable for tall people. The fridge does not get very cold, the stove does not get very hot. There are 2 showers but they were cramped and there is not a good place to put your shampoo and toiletries. There was not daily housekeeping. There are shutters outside the doors that lead to the balconies. If you keep them closed then it is dark, claustrophobic and depressing. If you open them its a beautiful view but we got yelled out without warning by the owner and he threatened us that he would charge us 300 euros if the wind would have caused them to break.

Perfect for a family getaway!

We spend 4 nights here as a base for visits to Split, Trogir and Klis. The room had an amazing view to the Split peninsula and Brac.

The massive balcony of our room had both a section with sun and a section with shade. The hotel is in walking distance of a bakery and a small but well-stocked supermarket.

By far the best thing is the fact that the beach is right outside the door. You are literally on the beach in 30 seconds. This particular stretch of beach is busy, but not overly crowded. Within a five minute walk on the beach, there are at least two nice restaurants, and ice cream stand, an on beach massage stand, a stand with beach essentials and a jetski rental.

The staff is extremely friendly and attentive, the service level is very high. You feel in good hands.

The room is well-appointed and offers an efficient Aircon and a smart-TV. Not that we had time to use it.

This was the best stay in Croatia. The owner Antek was fantastic, with our late 2am flight there was no problems checking in. Free parking on front of the villa very secured for the rented car. Room and toilet where very clean, bed very comfortable, little kichenet with all you need tea, coffee, fridge, kettel. Balcony with sea view bad very nice and sunny. On one day the neighbors had workers fixing windows with a bit of noise, the owner offer to upgrade us to a quiet room. That tourn out to be a supreme room with a seaview patio :D we where very surprised and very happy as you can imagine :D. There is a bus stop 50m away that will take you to Split city center one way for 13ku (2euro) or Uber around 10 euro single trip. We use the bus instead of the rented car as it was super convenient and way cheaper than the parking in split (2-5 euro per hour), last bus is at midnight from split. The villa has it's private beach with free sun beds and parasols. Overall we had amazing time in Villa Meditarian and would definitely recommend it to everyone. We will definitely comback :D

From start to finish it was a wonderful experience
Ante the owner couldn’t have been more helpful and made sure we were all comfortable. He ordered taxis for us and allowed us use of a room as our flight was a late one
The rooms are comfortable and the view and location couldn’t be better

The apartment was very well situated just 20m from the beach . The staff we're really friendly and helpful .. We paid for the breakfast as and when we had it but well worth the extra €5 p.p
The hotel doesn't have a bar as such but not a problem as there is 2 restaurants and 2 beach bars open all day which are within 100m of the property .. They're are lots of loungers that are part of the apartments infantry so we're free to use .. most other places charge but they didn't.. would definitely recommend this place .. we had a very relaxing time and isn t at all overcrowded..

Spotlessly clean, welcoming and friendly hotel. Right on the beach, beds and umbrellas provided. Shops and restaurants nearby. Our room was not the room we had booked but it was still good and as it was just foe one night it was fine for us. Half and hour from airport, 20 mins into Split.

This small beachfront property provided us with comfort and warm hospitality during our first four nights visiting Croatia. Our room opened to the beach and was steps to the water. The family and staff were always there to help or make suggestions for restaurants. There were many Croatian families vacationing in the area and we loved watching all the activity along this long strip of beach. We recommend staying here for a relaxing visit. The old town of Split was about 20 minutes by uber.

Lovely beachfront spot mixed in among the other hotels. Easy ride into town (20-25 minutes by bus or 15 by car). You can't beat the price vs. value for Beachfront Mediterranean. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Right on the water

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The family run hotel is a perfect stop to relax by the beach. I recommend staying in one the rooms that walk out onto the beach, super convenient.
Breakfast was simple was delicious every morning and the family is very friendly and accommodating.

Beautiful hotel right on the beach bus right split

I can’t say enough about this hotel and the staff! It was such a beautiful 15 days the owner actually upgraded us to a room right in front of the water due to the length of our stay! They are helpful the room is cleaned every 2 days by a wonderful women. The owners son and wife are wonderful as well and very helpful! We were greeted with a smile every morning! They want to please you and make your stay wonderful! As long as your open and loving you will receive the same! There is a bus right in to split! Split is crazy busy and expensive there are beautiful reasturant all along the beach in Podstrana and a great beach bar right next door! If your looking for a super luxurious place maybe not for you but to me this was the most luxurious place I have ever stayed. The rooms are huge as well we had two bedrooms and a kitchen with a huge deck for two people!

This is a nice boutique hotel in Podstrana. The owner was very helpful and went out of his way to assist me. Arrived at 2am in morning after long bus trip. Easy local bus from downtown.

Clean hotel, great owner

Ante, owner of the unit, was very friendly and eager to help make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The unit we stayed in was a newly renovated one bedroom apartment. We spent just a night and wished we were staying 3 nights or more. Initially, we had slight difficulty locating the property because of the numbering system and address change. Once we got to the building with the address we had on Expedia. someone heartily took us to meet Ante.

Hotel in a good area near Split.

An enjoyable hotel near Split. It is right on the beach with beach chairs, umbrellas and such. The room itself is very clean. Staff is super helpful and friendly. A/C worked well.

It is a little difficult to find on your own, but if you pay attention to the email sent out after reserving it will tell you exactly how. I for some reason didn't (though I did receive it...), so I parked at a nearby bakery and the manager came out and showed us.

Family of 4 stayed for three nights and loved it. The staff were great, and our family 1 bedroom apartment had a beautiful balcony and everything we needed for an awesome stay. fun beach, floating waterpark nearby, about 8km from old Split (15 minutes drive).

Very nice place just outside Split

We only spent one night here, but it was great. The hotel manager was super friendly and accommodating. The location was amazing even though it wasn't in split we were only a short and cheap uber ride away. The beach was amazing and the units were top notch. Highly recommended due to cleanliness, location, price and most importantly the very friendly hotel manager.

Size of room was a surprise

Our host, Anta, gave us a choice of rooms because the hotel was almost empty. We chose the seaview with balcony and were greeted with a large suite with two king beds and two doorways to a patio overlooking the ocean. The only misgiving was the bathroom was small but clean and functional.

The suite was very refreshing and we felt like we had found a small piece of paradise. It was relaxing sitting on the patio, listening to the sounds of the surf. There were very few people on the beach, presumably because the high season for tourists was essentially over.

The hotel was difficult to locate as it is at the back of a long narrow driveway and signage was poor. Parking was tight but adequate. It seems all passenger vehicles in Europe are small so they are easy to maneuver.

We would have no hesitation in using this hotel again now that we know where it is. Anta was a great friendly host.

Right on the beach, lovely people.

Had a room for two on the top floor; the balcony gives a view of the sea between two buildings - not a great view, but a sea view nonetheless and the apartment is right on the beach anyway. Some of the village and the mountains beyond are visible as well, and almost as pretty as the sea. A couple of the other rooms have large balconies with full-on sea views.

The accommodation consisted of a bedroom (loads of storage), a kitchenette and two bathrooms each with shower/basin/toilet. Very clean and modern-looking throughout and the apartment was cleaned/fresh towels provided several times during our week's stay.

The kitchenette had a fridge (no proper freezer, just an ice-box) and a two-ring hob, with minimal cooking implements, so not really suitable if you're looking to self-cater. For us, planning to eat out most times, it was fine; for breakfast we managed boiled eggs and coffee, plus bread, meat and cheese from the nearby baker and mini-supermarket. The owners had left a couple of beers and Cokes in the fridge for us, which was a nice touch. We also were offered a drink on arrival, and on departure!

The bed is large (king size) and very comfortable; the mattress was nice and firm and one person shifting around during the night didn't disturb the other.

There were two air-con units, one in the bedroom and one in the kitchen. In addition, full-size external blinds could be used to keep the sun out if required.

As our cell was not working, we looked and asked for the hotel location which is signaled only by a small sign invisible from the road. The unit was brand new and spacious with a veranda on the beach. That was great although I did not dare immerse my head into the sea because it a smelly river flows into it a few meters further south. The staff and owner were very nice and helpful although not quite ready for foreign tenants even after two years of operation. Nice stay on the beach

Although my overall impression of Croatia isn't all that great, we had a good stay at this place. It's located in a quiet area which was nice and was right on the beach. The staff (father and daughter) were extremely friendly and very helpful. The room and bathroom were a bit small but were clean and the bed was pretty comfortable.

The apartment was a bit smaller than we expected and was advertised with tea coffee making facilities but didnt have any but the owner was so nice brought us a kettle and mugs, the room was very clean and comfortable, and the beach was seconds away, we had a fab week, and the owners were great, would recommend .

First time to Croatia/Hrvartska...

My hosts at Beachfront Villa Mediteran-which was in Podstrana, about a 20 minute bus ride into the city of Split..bus stop across road- were excellent. Ante and Krtja were very hospitable, helpful, easily approachable, very friendly and I would thoroughly recommend this accommodation. The room was clean, beautiful, comfortable and true to advertising had a sea view..I felt safe, (travelled solo) and there are restaurants on the beach (which is only steps away from the front door of this Villa) within walking distance. Ante took me to nearby Trogir, to the City One mega mall (great shopping), dropped me off in town one night and I explored the Diclotian Palace in town..also dropped me to the ferry-travelled across to the island of Korcula (birthplace of Marco Polo) and across to the peninsular of Orebic..both great places. I booked a tour to Bosnia/Herzegovina through adriatic4you.com, they were able to pick me up from the hotel next door...Beachfront Villa Mediteran is run by a lovely family, it was my birthday whilst there and happened that Krtja (owner of Villa) celebrated her birthday on the same day, they organised a beautiful birthday cake for us to share and it was such a lovely time. gorgeous place to sunbathe and swim on the beach front...I cant speak highly enough of this place and the hosts, awesome, excellent, great!!! Hvala!!!

Big,clean,home from home apartment.

3rd floor, no lift but worth the climb. Very large bedrooms with window doors to the balcony from each. Perfect panoramic sea views facing west. Right on the its own beach for safe bathing. Restaurants,beach bars within easy access along the beach. Own parking area. Friendly and helpful owner,son and cleaner. Split is accessed in 20 mins via the A8 and the coast road to Omis is about the same. Podstrana is a good area to stay for a relaxed break.

Great beachfront hotel, fantastic owner

Stayed here for 5 days last week and found it a great place to stay. Only 15-20 minutes into Split Centre and literally fronts onto the beach so location is brilliant. The owner is a lovely man, very friendly and welcoming, even treating us to welcome drinks on our first evening! The room we had was a little small but comfortable. All in all had a great time staying here and Croatia in general, highly recommended

Uimaan pääsi käytännössä omalta viihtyisältä terassilta, ja rannalle sai omat aurinkotuolit sekä -varjon. Aamupalalla oli sopiva valikoima leipää, juustoja, tapauksen tapaisia, jogurtteja, mysliä, tuoreita hedelmiä ja croisantteja. Bussipysäkki on lähellä majoitusta ja bussi Splitiin menee noin 30min välein. Majoituksen lähellä on useita ravintoloita ja ruokakauppoja. Voin suositella lämpimästi, majoitus on ihanteellinen jos haluaa viettää rauhallista rantaelämää.

Anbefaler leilighet nede på bakken med egen platting med utemøbler. Da får man også eget uteareal med egne solsenger. Oliventrær i potter som en hekk skjermer akkurat passe mot promenaden. Badestranden er kun 15m fra eget uteareal. Verten m familie og de ansatte er superhyggelige. Flott frokost i eget inne og uteareal.

Oppholdet var helt perfekt!
Vi ble møtt av ei særs serviceinnstilt dame som ikke visste hva godt hun kunne gjøre for oss.
Rommet med terrasse og sol plass passet også så bra. 10 skritt ned til sjøen og 30 skritt til frokosten. Det gikk en strandpromenade rett utenfor som passet bra som joggerute.
Alt var rent og pent. Det var vann og cola i kjøleskapet da vi kom, og vi fikk tilbud om vann og frukt til hjemreisen.
Dette stedet anbefales på det varmeste!

Un peu déçu

La vue est incroyable. Toutefois, le balcon ne dispose pas de store, pourle soleil. Il manque plusieurs ustensiles en cuisine, une poele, des verres à vin, un grille pain, une cafetière. Certes le propriétaire est réactif et met à disposition ce qu'il faut, mais ce n'est pas très agréable d'avoir à réclamer. Les têtes de lit sont usagées et vraiment trop tachées. A remplacer en urgence. Dommage la vue est extraordinaire, mais cela n'excuse pas tout.

Syntymäpäiväreissu

Majottauduttiin kumppanin kanssa sunnuntaista-sunnuntaihin. Olin varannut kahden hengen huoneen merinäköalalla mutta saatiinkin neljän hengen perhehuone aivan uskomattomalla näköalalla suoraan merelle.😍 Huone oli siisti, kaksi erillistä makuuhuonetta ja molemmista pääsi parvekkeelle. Siisteydestä huolehdettiin loistavasti. Henkilökunta ja varsinkin omistaja oli super ystävällinen ja avulias. Ainut miinus oli että hiustenkuivain puuttui huoneesta kokonaan.
