Rude waitress at the restaurant

We checked in late at night and were asked to chose our breakfast slot. The only slot available to us was from 09:45 till 10:15 and we took that slot. When we reached the restaurant the next day, the cornflakes were over, the boiled eggs were over, milk was over and when I asked the waitres to get me more boiled eggs she refused saying eggs are over. when I asked her to refill the cornflakes she said something rudely in German indicating that breakfast time is coming to a close and very hesitantly got me more cornflakes. The hotel needs to understand they did not do me favor by giving me breakfast and that I had paid for it and so I have every right to get my money's worth. The staff spoke very little English and the waitress really pissed me off.

Heart sunk at first sight.

When approaching this hotel it looked like a demolition site. It was surrounded by scaffolding. Then from a distance saw someone exit. The staff were friendly, the room clean so all round quite OK. Close proximity to the main station was why I chose it.

Not a bad stay, could be better.

The hotel was okay, not the best location mainly due to construction. They had the wrong listing online so ended up staying in two different rooms and parking was also an issue but in the end, we worked it out.

Clean, pleasant, close to train station

The location is quite close to the train station, which was my main reason for choosing it. The room was larger than I had expected on the basis of another Ibis hotel where I once stayed. There was plenty of room to spread out my luggage, but there was no comfortable chair to relax in. The breakfasts offered a good variety and good service. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only drawback is that there is nothing of interest around the hotel other than the train station. The center of town, with all the places of historical and cultural interest, is a long walk or a short tram ride away.

- Ausstattung und Sauberkeit des Zimmers war ok. Die Tapete dürfte aber ruhig einmal erneuert werden da irgendein Idio* (t) den Figuren mit Bleistift alle Augen schwarz ausgemalt hat! Wenn man sich mehrere Tage in diesem Zimmer aufhält kann das schon beklemmend werden...
- Personal zu jeder Zeit sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit!
- Frühstück (was in vielen Rezensionen hier immer hochgelobt wird) entspricht m. M. n. nur Mittelmaß. Selbst sonntags gibt es z. B. kein Rührei.
- Das Hotel liegt direkt gegenüber dem größten Bordell der Stadt. Das wird natürlich in den offiziellen Beschreibungen und Fotos nicht erwähnt. Während unseres Aufenthaltes 27.12. - 03.01. war dort \"Betriebsferien\" und die Umgebung entsprechend ruhig. Wäre schon interessant zu wissen, wie sich der dortige Publikumsverkehr vor allen Dingen in den späten Abendstunden auf das Hotel auswirkt.

駅からはスーツケースを持ってても5分ちょっとくらいで近かったです。街として治安は悪くないので危ないこともなかったですが、高架下を通っていくのと、道路の脇を歩いていくので人通りは少なく閑散としていてさみしい雰囲気ではありました。
フロントにコーヒーやお水、お湯、お茶っ葉があったのがよかったです。フロントはベルを鳴らすといつでも出てきてくれるシステムで便利でした。部屋も温かく清潔でした。

Leider ein eher schlechter Aufenthalt

Der Aufenthalt war einer der schlechtesten Hotelaufenthalte, die ich bisher hatte. Die Fenster sind sehr schlecht isoliert, die Straße und häufig fahrende Straßenbahn somit gut zu hören. Der Teppich in den Zimmern ist wirklich Alt, verhältnismäßig hoch, grau und macht einen schmutzigen Eindruck. Die Betten sind okay. Wenn es allerdings so laut ist, dass ich kaum schlafen kann, bringen diese mir relativ wenig. Neben dem Hotel ist ein Bordell (so viel zu dem Viertel). Ladesäulen hat das Hotel auch nicht, die nächste Ladesäule ist etliche Kilometer entfernt. Der Aufzug ist alt und in die Jahre gekommen. Das Frühstück ist gut, aber auch nicht herausragend.

Das Hotel liegt an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße mit Auto- und Straßenbahnverkehr. Die Umgebung am Rande des Bahnhofs inkl. gegenüber liegendem Etablissement ist sehr unschön. Das Hotel und der hoteleigene Hotelparkplatz sind in die Jahre gekommen.
Das Hotel scheint fast 30 Jahre alt zu sein. Wir nehmen an, dass das Badezimmer zwischenzeitlich renoviert wurde, ebenso der Schlafbereich. Trotzdem fühlten wir uns nicht wohl. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht ausreichend und es war nachts sehr warm im Zimmer. Der Teppichboden überzeugt uns ebenfalls nicht.
Der Mitarbeiter beim Check-out war sehr nett. Die Damen an der Rezeption bei unserer Ankunft waren leider weniger freundlich.
Insgesamt hat uns das Hotel und sein Service nicht überzeugt und wir sind am nächsten Morgen sehr früh abgereist.

Leider wie so oft ist das Zimmer kalt wenn man reinkommt hier war sogar das Fenster offen. Zum Glück habe ich eine runde zum Weihnachtsmarkt gegangen, dann war es warm. Fußbodenbelag war auch nicht der neuste und zusätzlich schmutzig. Der Parkplatz war kostenfrei auf dem Hof.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön, sauber und elegant eingerichtet. Es gab eine kleine Kaffeemaschine und eine kleine Süßigkeit zur Begrüßung. Das Bad war mit ausreichend Handtüchern ausgestattet. Wir hatten zu viert sehr viel Platz im Zimmer. Das Frühstücksbuffet war super für Familien- wir sind alle fündig, glücklich und satt geworden. Es war liebevoll angerichtet und vielfältig.
Einziges kleines Manko- die Lage direkt gegenüber von einem Bordell ist mit Kinder etwas heikel- aufgrund der auffallenden und gut sichtbaren Werbung am Haus. Im Hotel hat man davon jedoch nichts mitbekommen- nur bei der Parkplatzsuche.
Insgesamt ist das Hotel für Familien sehr empfehlenswert.

Das Zimmer war sauber. Leider total hellhörig da schlecht isolierte Fenster. Weiterhin rumste die eingangstür die halbe Nacht da sie falsch eingestellt ist. Das Kopfkissen war auch nicht gut. Die Matratze sehr hart. Das Frühstück hingegen ist in Ordnung. Leider fehlte überall Personal so das fast 15 Minuten kein Brötchen da war, beim ausschecken auch kein Personal. Mit etwas weniger betriebsblindheit wäre viel mehr möglich.

Das Hotel sieht schon von außen sehr modern aus und ist auch \"entsprechend\" eingerichtet. Ich habe mich aber trotzdem wohlgefühlt, wozu auf jeden Fall auch das Zimmer beigetragen hat, welches für ein Einzelzimmer recht geräumig ist.

Eher 2 ☆ als 3 !!

Leider war in meinem Zimmer die Heizung defekt defekt oder einfach nicht an ! Ich gehe vom letzteren aus da sowohl im Bad als auch im Zimmer das der Fall war 😔 bei 4 ° aussen Temperatur nicht schön!
Zum Frühstück gab es dann eiskalte gekochte Eier ...na ja , mit der Sauberkeit war es auch nicht so gut....

Komfortables Low-Budget-Hotel in zentraler Lage

Das Hotel besticht v.a. durch seine sehr zentrale Lage. Unweit des Hauptbahnhofs bzw. in fußläufiger Distanz zur Altstadt, befindet sich das Hotel in einer dennoch wenig überlaufenen Umgebung. Der Empfang war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend, obwohl die Wartezeiten an der Rezeption teils beträchtlich lang waren! Die Zimmer sind sehr modern und, für ein Hotel dieser Preisklasse, durchaus hochwertig eingerichtet und zeigen sich relativ geräumig. Das moderne und saubere Bad sowie das sehr sehr komfortable Bett empfand ich als besonders angenehm. Ein großer Pluspunkt meines Zimmers in der sechsten Etage war zudem der wunderbare und unvergessliche Ausblick über die Hallenser Innenstadt! Etwas vermisst habe ich in Anbetracht der sommerlichen Temperaturen eine Klimaanlage! Das Frühstücksbuffet war nicht überaus umfangreich. Dennoch war die Auswahl für ein Hotel dieser Preiskategorie angemessen! Zimmer 518 nach hinten...Größe o.k. 1a sauber bis auf Fensterrahmen. Ruhig..kein Lärm. Leider-wie so oft,wäre das Frühstück ausbaufähig!lieblos angerichtet...ein wenig Obstauswahl u Rührei wären ein Gewinn! Frdl.Empfang!Schade da ich Ibis-Hotels eigentl.gerne buche!

Huone 1. kerroksessa tien vieressä jossa liikennettä kohtalaisesti. Ikkuna karmi irti seinästä joten kaikki melu tuli suoraan huoneeseen. Suihkun lattialla kuolleita kärpäsiä. Ei ylimääräistä tyynyä huoneessa, tosin tämä taitaa olla ihan Ibis-tapa.

icht das Ibis was man gewohnt ist

Es kam der Anschein auf, als wollte man gar nicht, dass ich übernachte. Im Bad hing die Lüftung herunter, die mit Toilettenpapier fixiert wurde, der weiße Vorhang war dreckig und die Seife im Bad leer.
- Beim Frühstück war das Pancake aus der Pancakemaschine ungenießbar. Der Teig war abgelaufen oder einfach schlecht geworden.

-Zimmer und das geamte haus waren nicht gelügtet und überhitzt, es gibt keine Klimaanlage

Ibis Style ohne Style

Lage und Erreichbarkeit ist super. Aufgrund Corona fehlt natürlich etwas Gastlichkeit. Da kann das Hotel aber nicht dafür.
Die Sauberkeit und Zustand jedoch sind nicht so doll. Im Bad waren (Bart)Haare vom Vorgänger am Waschbecken. Dicker Staub/Dreck auf den Oberflächen. Unter dem Waschtisch war es schmuddelig genau wie der Boden. Die Deckentapeten lösen sich. Das wirkt schrecklich. Also Ibis Style ohne Style. Schade.

Moderne Zimmer in unmittelbarer Bahnhof und Stadtnähe. Zimmer ziemlich klein. Preis/Leistung stimmt.

Hatten ein Zimmer mit Ausblick auf einen Nachtclub erwischt, welche aufgrund Corona aber geschlossen waren.
Im Normalfall muss man dort aber aus der Stadt kommend dann direkt vorbei.

Super Unterkunft für einen Ausflug

Wir haben in einer Suite mit 2 Kinder übernachtet. Das Zimmer war einfach super und hat genügend Platz für alle gehabt. Die Kinder hatten ihren eigenen Schlafbereich. Frühstück hat uns das Rührei gefehlt aber das ist Geschmacksache.

Vi ankom sent og skulle af sted tidligt igen. Hotellet er super fint og morgenmaden rigtig god.
Modtagelse i reception var ikke i top fra den ene medarbejders side. Hendes kollega var dog heldigvis noget mere serviceminded. Beliggenhed er super i forhold til motorvejen når man skal sydpå/nordpå

Prisvenligt hotel

Fint og prisvenligt hotel. Dog er morgenmaden ikke særlig spændende og man kan ikke betale med gængse kreditkort som MasterCard og Visa på hotellet. Så husk at betale for opholdet på forhånd gennem hotels.com eller medbring kontanter.

Das Hotel ist angenehm sauber und sehr hell und freundlich. Das Personal ist freundlich, die Zimmer sauber und ausreichend ausgestattet. Das Frühstück ist auch sehr ansprechend. Wenn man Straßenlärm nicht gewöhnt ist, kann die Nacht sehr laut werden. Alles in allem eine Empfehlung.

Stadthotel für Übernachtung

Schön gestaltetes Hotel mit nettem Personal. Zimmer gross genug trotz das wir das Schlafsofa ausgeklappt hatten als dritten Schlafplatz. Kleines Frühstücks Büfett, wer meckert das ist kein Urlaubshotel sondern für Übernachtungen und dafür sehr gut.
