Amazing, luxurious cabin-like condos with amazing amenities. Really close to the Big Bear Villiage and all the activities down there. Only downside is when we went, the pools were under construction, and I was looking forward to swimming. Would stay here again, once construction is done.

This is the first time we stayed here. Location is perfect to the village. We stayed in a 2 bed 2 bath. Very well maintained. We do wish the balcony was a bit bigger to be able to enjoy it a bit more and the balconies all look at the other buildings or driveway so not the most beautiful. The televisions could use updating to smart tvs. I know it wasn’t about watching TV but in the evening it would have been nice. The bathrooms and kitchen was updated. While we were there they were updating the pool so we couldn’t use that area, which was a bummer because I would have like to spend more time outside. I am not trying to be picky but it would also be nice to have a few more areas to hang out outside. With all that being said we booked another trip to stay here and now that we know we will plan accordingly. It is such a great place.

Every staff member we encountered was so friendly and helpful. The rooms are amazing with every need taken care of. The clubhouse had activities for families and kids. And it's such a convenient walk to the village and restaurants.

Great stay and very nice rooms. We would definitely stay here again. We liked our suite and it had a full kitchen and we liked the patio in which the view of the mountains was beautiful. Parking was nice having your own garage and we liked how close it is to the village. The only thing we were disappointed was that the pool and jacuzzi was closed for renovation which sidelined our swimming and relaxing in the jacuzzi option. Other than that I would recommend this place as it was really nice and a great stay.

I’ve been vacationing up in big Bear for the last 20 years and this is by far the best property I’ve ever stayed at. All of the staff at the entire property were incredibly helpful. The rooms are incredible.I thought that the small storage garage in the carport was very convenient for storing all of the items needed for the lake. Before checking out on our last day, we already booked our next vacation here the following month and are so looking forward to coming back.

The Club was wonderful! Super nice, quiet, gated. There were semi-private garages. I think it may have been condos at one time. The price was the same as a hotel for a two bedroom, two bath suite. But it was more than a suite. It was like a small apartment. There was a private balcony and a full kitchen. Everyone was super helpful. Nick was very nice at check in.

This property is so amazing! Walking to the Village and local restaurants is so convenient. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The property is absolutely spotless. There is a washer/dryer in each unit. Garage parking is a big plus. Large game room for on site entertainment. The rooms have everything you need to cook a full meal or just heat up left overs. They take very good care of each unit. The pool area is getting a facelift so we’re excited to come back when it’s done! We had such a relaxing time!

The location was a major highlight—being close to downtown made everything super convenient. However, our stay had a few disappointing aspects.

We specifically booked this hotel for the pool during our kids’ spring break, only to find it was closed. While it’s mentioned in the fine print that it’s seasonal, it was still a big letdown.

The room was spacious enough for our family, which we appreciated, but the beds were uncomfortable. The blackout shades also didn’t block much light, so we were all waking up very early. To top it off, there were ants in both the kitchen and master bathroom when we arrived, which was frustrating.

Overall, great location, but several issues took away from the experience.

This property is perfectly located in Big Bear. It is walking distance to all of the downtown shops and restaurants and is only a few minutes away from the lake and the lifts. The room was very clean and stocked with utensils for our in room dining. I appreciated the garage parking to not only keep our vehicles safe and out of the weather, but also having indoor garage access to our elevator. During our stay, the pool and jacuzzi were closed for repair, but everything else was great.

My family and I had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, right in the middle of a snowstorm, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. They even cleared the way for us, which we truly appreciated after a long, stressful drive. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. The hospitality made all the difference, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We will definitely be staying here again and highly recommend it to others!

Room and staff were great. We were on a lower floor with a room above us. It was so loud as we could hear every footstep and scraping of moving furniture. We could hear voices and kids screaming all day long. Made it really hard to enjoy the room at all. When we mentioned it to the front desk they said there was nothing they could do and that they get that complaint quite often. Not sure we will go back again to that property next year.

This resort was so quaint, very clean and extremely spacious! It was like an apartment with a full size kitchen and updated appliances. Place looked very new. You get a garage parking space with your stay, perfect if you’re visiting during snow season to avoid snow on your vehicle. Everything is walkable nearby! Tons to do and plenty more within driving distance. Check in was easy and resort staff was very accommodating. Love this place!

PROS: Very comfortable bed, nice kitchen area, beautiful view, and within walking distance of Village.

CONS: Coffee bar either was down when we wanted coffee or stopped working when we’re trying to get coffee. Toilet area in master showed mop marks on floor meaning only moved dirt around and chairs uncomfortably with exception of bar chairs. Garage was tight for most SUV’s.

Would we stay here again? You bet we would!

2nd time staying in property, great location being near to village and shops. A bit disappointed though at service. Our last night someone parked in our designated spot so we had to park outside. We asked the front desk multiple times if they can contact the owner but in the end he said there’s nothing he can do and let us park in an open garage space that is far from our room. This option was only offered to us after the fourth time i asked the front desk, so if i hadn’t they wouldnt have done anything, and we’d have to carry all our luggages outside in the cold instead of being able to just wheel the cart to the garage and unload there.

My check in was frought with problems. The property is gated and when I tried several times to call the number listed on the entry pad or the front desk, nobody answered and I was only offered a call back on 24 hrs. When I tried again after a while I finally got hold of a person. They gave me a code that did not work right away, only after several tries! Next day I also had the same problem with the code, luckily a nice groundskeeper told me to use the back gate which worked fine!

The Best Property Ever!
