Little bistro down below from our room was a bit noisy. Great location for walking down to the waterfront and easy to get to from the train station room was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was a bit awkward with the bidet and toilet.

The room was clean and comfortable with all the essentials provided and as a tea drinker I was happy I had a kettle in the room. Anna was warm, hospitable with good touristic information. She gave us our favourite restaurant in La Spezia and encouraged us to visit Porto Venere which was absolutely stunning. La Spezia was beautiful as were the people, I highly recommend La Loggia de’Banchi.

I have been staying at a lot of places lately as I have been doing a month long trip Euro Trip. What I liked about this place was that it was very affortable and easy to get around since the bus stop is right around thr corner. The train station is close too.
The staff was really nice and friendly!

The place is located at the end of the street, a bit hard to find and sketchy entrance but once inside the building and the first floor the door opens to a set of rooms.

- bring your own toiletries as they only give (when she remembers) this tiny pouch of a COMBO shampoo/shower gel.
- The shower is ridiculously small - a 2 foot square with no place to put toiletries- you have to put them on a ledge outside the shower, above the toilet and flood the floor trying to grab them!
- don’t open the window unless you want to get eaten alive by mosquitoes!
- Lovely view of the filthy patio covered with cigarette butts, clothes pins and garbage...

The bedroom size was good and the location in the old part of La Spezia was good but the bathroom was just unacceptable. In particular it was extremely uncomfortable to access the toilet because of the position of the bidet. The shower cubical was also very tight requiring the shower doors to be open in order to wash below the waste.

Upon our arrival there was a cleaning staff or the owner still cleaning our room. All was well because we didn't plan to stay in our room immediately. We just left our luggages in our room & let her continue cleaning. After an hour we went back to a clean & comfy room. The property is located centrally. Many restaurants to choose from, near some grocery shops, and most importantly safe. 5 mins walk to the port & 10 mins walk to La Spezia Centrale.

Nice place very central in city area.. Had concern's on arrive as street appearance was very poor. Nearly just turned around and walked away. Its set in a set of apartments with a bar near the door entrance which is in a dead end street. We spoke to some peoples coming our of the apartments while waiting to be let in and they said it was a nice safe area and the people living there seemed very nice. Once the your lady/ girl came to let us in we went inside steps clear and apartment was lovely as in the photo. Seem to be a large apartment split into 4 rooms with own bathrooms. Looks like its all new, well done and modern. Ended up the bar down stairs was lovely and had lovely cliental including us. !! Seems that La Spezia buildings are not very well present lot of graffiti unusual how they do not clean this City up. We were there for the coast fairy was 5 mins away and 15 mins to train station which was great we just walked everything within walking distance. Could not work the Wi fi owner came straight away to assist for us lovely person and assist us in setting it up. Was out most day along the Cinque Terra coast so beautiful. Fairy 5 mins away. Can catch train to these place but we preferred to stay in La Spezia.

Great stay for a base to explore Cinque Terre
Great stay. Good location. Great communication when arranging how to collect the keys. Apartment very clean, modern and comfortable. Great wifi connections and lots of USB charging points. Tea and coffee amenities were a welcome surprise. Only a ten-fifteen minute walk to the train station on a route that passes through lots of clothing shops, cafes and restaurants. Everything that you might need on your doorstep. Great shower, too! Lots of fresh towels and our room was tended to - this was unexpected but appreciated! Highly recommended.

Convenient and friendly b&b right in the middle of La Spezia, about a 11 min walk from the station or from the ferries. Check in was easy and friendly, room was clean and made up for us each day. Breakfast was provided by a nearby cafe and included a savoury itemy, sweet pastry and coffee. Cafe was open every day and from 7am which is good if you're headed to Cinque Terre early for walks.

Would recommend to everyone
Perfect location close to be port for daily boat trips (5 minutes walk) and close to train station (15 minutes walk). Rooms all recently refurbished to a very good standard. We absolutely loved our stay here, well worth the price range. Breakfast was good but worth noting that is in a cafe around the corner not actually on site. All rooms are on the 2nd floor with no disabled access.

Note this is not a normal hotel, the rooms are of hotel standard but there is no reception, room service etc. It seems the owner had converted a large apartment into four hotel rooms. Done very well.
There was wifi, but it didn't work for us. You get vouchers for a lovely cafe around the corner to have breakfast and the host was lovely and met us down the road to park our car and walk us to the property.
The ferry to Cinque Terre is approx 5min walk to the left and the train is about 10min to the right.
I'd stay here again definitely.

The brand new apartment is located in the heart of La Spezia. Everyting is near.
The apartement did not have even towel hangers (We had to use the bidet as a place to put our towels). The floor was not clean, not even after the cleaning lady finished cleaning. Breakfast was in a cafe next door and included only a cup of coffee and pastry.

La chambre est sécurisée et dans un endroit calme situé en plein centre-ville. On peut tout faire à pieds mais il faut garer la voiture en zone payante p ndant le séjour. La chambre est propres, très belle, par contre il ne faut pas être trop imposant dans la douche car elle est étroite. De même pour le bidet qui est positionné juste devant le bidet, compliqué de placer ses jambes devant soi. Personnel accueillant.

En fait ce n est pas un hotel mais un bed and room ..l accueil par la logeuse a ete tres correct car la climatisation dans la chambre ( 34 degres exterieur ne fonctionnait pas ) et elle a tout fait pour nous trouver un ventilateur !,mais celui ci tres bruyant la nuit . Fenetres db vitrage donnant sur ruelle en cul de sac tres bruyante aussi car bar a tapas . Grosse difficulte a decharger bagages et se garer a proximite . Petit dej dans un cafe glacier a proximite immediate . L avantage etant pouvoir se deplacer a pied ds petites rues autour et trouver restauration . A noter bouiloire,petit frigo et coffre ( mais qui ne fermait pas ) et securite ++ avec carte d acces magnetique et porte blindee de chambre . Enfin acces proche de la gare a pied e.viron 20 min

un'esperienza che non auguro a nessuno. Siamo arrivati nel pomeriggio in stanza e scopro, una volta dentro, che l'aria condizionata si era rotta proprio nel giorno in cui siamo arrivati. Il problema principale è stata la mancanza di comunicazione. Il proprietario non ci ha avvisati che non avremmo avuto aria condizionata (il 18 di agosto) al suo posto c'era un ventilatore che purtroppo muoveva solo l'aria calda. Una notte infernale, non siamo riusciti a dormire dal troppo caldo. Mi dispiace perché l'appartamento è carino, la pulizia e la posizione ottima. Spero risolvano presto il guasto, perché così è invivibile la stanza.

Leider wurde uns erst am gleichen Tag bezüglich Checkin geschrieben, was etwas spät war da wir am Morgen von unserer anderen Unterkunft bereits unterwegs waren und kein Internet hatten.. Parkmöglichkeiten sind schwierig. Die Dame in der Unterkunft war trotzdem nett, aber sie hat uns versichert dass, das Zimmer um 14:00 Uhr fertig ist war es aber um 15:00 Uhr immer noch nicht, das Gepäck konnten wir aber währenddessen dort lassen. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht und in der Nacht war er sehr laut (ein Hund irgendwo im Gebäude) Frühstück ist im Kaffee nebenan und für den Preis o.k..

Todo fue genial. Desde el primer momento hubo muy buena comunicación y Anna fue fantástica recomendándonos otros pueblos o zonas preciosas, pero que no estaban masificadas. La zona es genial, puesto que está en todo el centro y al lado hay muchos restaurantes y una farmacia. También está cerca de la estación (unos 15 minutos andando). La habitación nos gustó mucho también.

Séjour pas fou, le parking est à 10-15min de marche, il ne faut donc pas avoir de valises lourdes. Aucun contact physique avec l’hôte, que du WhatsApp. La propreté de la chambre laisse à désirer ( poussière, traces de moisissures dans la douche, odeurs d’humidité). La clim fait énormément de bruit et peine a refroidir et il ne faut pas ouvrir la fenêtre pour le bruit et les moustiques.

A nice rom, the bathroom is very small though! The shower is too narrow and there are not enough space for the bide!

Chambre très propre, fonctionnelle , calme absolu en hyper centre Un grand merci au personnel très sympathique qui nous guide au mieux pour un super séjour je recommande à 100% nous nous sommes garer sur conseil à l’Europa Park 15 e par jour à 10 min de la chambre merci encore !

Ho soggiornato solo la notte tre il 18 e il 19/01, ero a La Spezia per un evento culturale, e avevo necessità di una struttura vicina all'Accademia lunigianese \"Cappellini\", quindi La Loggia de' Banchi soddisfaceva questa mia esigenza. Il proprietario persona davvero gentile: avevo sbagliato la data nella prenotazione e alla mia richiesta di spostarla anche pagando una penale ha provveduto immediatamente mantenendo le stesse condizioni senza nessun aggravio. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo davvero molto molto buono e io assai soddisfatto.

Et super fint hotel i centrum af La Spetzia med nye og rene værelser og super god service. Det var klart en god oplevelse. Hotellet er tæt på havnen så man kan let tage færgen til 5 Terre. Der er ikke parkering lige ved hotellet da det ligger i et område med kun gågader.
