Good hotel but quite expencive for what you get. The breakfast is very low key and the pillows are so soft that when you put your head on it then your head just falls through to the bed.

Comfortable bed, Clean room but a bit small for 4 of us. Friendly staff, especially Romania. She allowed us to check in early. They’ve got luggage storage which is good. They offered food up to 10 pm which is great. Very good breakfast, lots of choices.

WOW, such personal service

Wow, what fantastic staff, and that is only the start. Nicely located a short walk from the train station, this hotel does things in a very personal way. Help yourself to coffee and cake whenever you want. Filtered water to top up your bottle before your day out. Hearty and plentiful breakfasts to set you up for the day. On site secure parking and exceptionally clean barely warrant a mention with so much to praise. No on site restaurant but plenty of great food within 5 minutes walk

This was a very comfortable location. My family and I stayed in the family room. The kids loved the loft area. The hotel was convenient to the train. The parking was easy to use. The hotel was quiet and breakfast was nice! I would love to stay again one day

We stayed one night on the way from UK to Italy. The hotel is clean and the bed was comfortable and there is unlimited tea, coffee, chilled water. The members of staff we came into contact with were very helpful and spoke good English. The parking in the underground car park is free with a voucher from the hotel.

Cold cement down floor

Down in the room there are cold floor tiles and you can not walk barefoot. Breakfast was poor. Parking is underground but common with some companies and others without video cameras and not very safe and without gate. Room was small. Bed very unconfortable and blanket is bad and keep cold not warm

This was an excellent value in Switzerland, close to Lucerne. We were visiting friends, and stayed for one night. The room was big, the bed comfortable, and all was spotless. The reception staff is very friendly and helpful. We did not have breakfast so can't comment on that.

Nice Hotel, great location

We had a great personal welcome in the hotel. The room is clean and simple. It has all you need. In the morning it was getting quite hot in the room as we were on the sunny side and there is no air-conditioning. Overall we had a very nice stay.

Nice hotel but not convenient to Luzern.

The hotel was very nice, clean, quiet and comfortable. The only downfall was I booked this hotel thinking it was in Luzern. I was wrong, so location was not convenient for our plans in Luzern.

Great location. Sursee is a nice town and it's easy to get to Lucerne. Only problem was that we stayed in a room with a lofted area but there was no window in the loft. No air conditioning in the room,which would be fine for most stays in Switzerland, but since we were there during a warm period, it was extremely uncomfortable to sleep in the lofted area. The hotel was kind enough to give us an extra fan, but as there was no window, it was just blowing around warm air.

This hotel smelled so New and CLEAN!!! It was hooked on to a casino, so that was a plus! A fun fun place to stay!

Easy and comfortable business stay

Easy to reach the hotel by car. Free parking in the basement. Spacious room. Extremely polite and helpful multilingual staff - even speaking Greek! Restaurants and shops only few meters away. Nice breakfast too. Would stay again.

Bij aankomst zagen wij gelijk dat de omgeving prachtig is. Receptioniste onvriendelijk, onduidelijk. Gaf het gevoel dat zij niet alles weet. Kussen van bed zeer slecht, veel te dun. Geen koelkastje, Aan 1 kant van het bed geen stopcontact.

Der Aufenthalt war gut, personal sehr freundlich.
Morgenessen sehr gute Auswahl und genügend vorganden. Parkieren mit dem Auto war gut,gratis Parkplätze.
Eine kleinen hinweis, das rauschende Radio beim morgenessen könnte man durch DAB auswechseln oder durch Spotify ersetzen.
Kleiner Kühlschrank im zimmer währe top.
Aufenthalt im Hotel Sursee ist sehr zum Empfehlen. Vielen Dank

Kleines Hotel inmitten der Stadt Sursee

Ich habe das Hotel aufgrund eines Geschäftstermin gebucht.
Alles war soweit ok.
Zwei kleine Dinge haben mich etwas gestört.
Der Duschkopf spritze auf alle Seiten, sollte ersetzt werden.
Und als ich nach dem auschecken noch einen Kaffee trinken wollte, musste die Maschine zuerst gereinigt werden.
Da ich aber nicht warten wollte/konnte verlegte ich den Morgenkaffee auf einen anderen Ort.
Das Parkieren war kostenlos, WiFi hat ebenfalls tadellos funktioniert.
Ich kann das Hotel sehr empfehlen.

Schlecht: Die Einzelzimmer haben die Türe direkt zum Aufenthalts-/Frühstücksraum. Daher Lärm vor allem ab Morgens (Zi 60-67)

Receptie vriendelijk, kamer netjes. Sanitair wat gedateerd. Helaas was het water lauw.
Onze kamer (073) lag op de begane grond, naast de werkruimte van de ontbijtzaal. Dit gaf heel vroeg, om 6u al geluidsoverlast helaas. Twijfel of we terugkomen.

Ruim en comfortabel hotel naast de Altstadt.

Zeer ruime hotelkamer in degelijk gebouw en geluidsarm. Aan de rand van de Altstadt met barretjes en restaurants. Gratis parkeergarage onder het hotel. Ook vlakbij het Sempachersee met boot verhuur en strandje. Enige reden waarom geen uitstekend voor comfort is het ontbreken van airco. Er was wel een goede ventilator maar met de hittegolf deze zomer en geen mogelijkheid om ramen tegen elkaar open te zetten voor natuurlijke ventilatie misten we dit wel.

Hôtel bien situé sans charme. Ce qui m’a gêné c’est que j’ai réservé deux chambres et ´l’une était tout à fait inférieur à l’autre (pas de baignoire entrée sur la salle du petit déjeuner,…) alors que le prix était identique.
