Nice hotel. Would recommend. Bus stop emmenbrucke sprengi. One bus line 61 was right across the street and line 2 was down the street. A Coop and an ATM were just down the road. Breakfast was free. AC was included and controls were in the room which is rare in Europe...Only negative were towels were scratchy. Fyi if you're an American, the blue liquid is both body wash and shampoo.

I had a nice stay here. Being on a budget, I was OK that the hotel is about 15 mins easy bus trip from the city. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was fantastic. Considering the price compared to the downtown hotels, I found it fantastic value for money.

Hôtel correct. Les lits sont petits et les oreillers peu confortables. Il y a un odeur d’humidité dans la chambre. Il n’y a pas de loquets de sécurité pour barrer la chambre, c’est inquiétant surtout que l’insonorisation est faible.

It must have some shady guests before ... there were signs to tell guests not to cook in the room, sign to tell guests about CHF 100 fine for letting the water leaked from under the shower door. BTW, the shower door is leaking if one uses its rain curtain shower head on top. The only way to avoid the water spilling on the door and leaking out of its bottom gap is to use the hand held. So it is an architectural design fault that the management tried to pin on the guests if they, God Forbid, uses the rain curtain shower head and leave a pool of water out of the door that he or she closed properly. Come on - it's rude.

We were given a free pass for the bus. The bus stop was very close to the hotel and we went to Lucerne for the day. We didn’t have to worry about finding parking in Lucerne. Very convenient.

A great find. Clean, very convenient to reach with the free bus pass and bus route into Lucerne almost door to door. We had a big, clean room, delicious fresh breakfast every day and staff always had a smile for us. We'll be back!

Front desk was very nice. The price of the room seemed a little high for the value and location. A/C was great, but had a mildow smell. If you're looking for a one-night stay, this hotel is fine. If wanting to stay here for multiple days, I would not recommend. There is not much going on around this area, and not super close to the city.

The hotel is located about 20 minutes by bus from downtown Lucerne. The free bus provided was great. About 1/2 block from the hotel is a bus stop for bus #2. The bus runs to the Bahnhof which is the city center. The return trip is just as simple. Board bus #2 at the Bahnhof and the hotel stop is the last stop. There was adequate free parking.
The staff was friendly.
The breakfast was ok but not great. It was cold meat, cheese, bread, and cereal.

Very nice hotel with very friendly and helpful check-in staff (sorry don't recall her name). Complimentary travel voucher provided which is of great assistance as the hotel is around 20 minutes from city centre. Very clean, large room and bathroom.

This place exceeded my expectations. It was much nicer than a few of the reviews I had read. The location was amazing (because we had a rental car), the free breakfast was more than we had expected, and it was quieter and cleaner than expected. Also has a Coop right next door, which was super convenient! The room was sort of small, that is my only complaint.

Two days in Lucerne

Excellent access to bus routes into the city. The free bus service provided by the hotel was a bonus. Close to bank, post shop, groceries and some local restaurants. Room was modern, clean with ample storage. After travelling, it was unfortunate there were no tea/coffee making facilities in our room or able to access.

Please think twice when you make a booking

The staff claim me make room carpet wet and charge me chf200 for panelty! What a ridiculous amount to charge it ?! The carpet actually not that serious, just get wet and im not sure whether am i to make it! I feel like the hotel is like a robbery to charge guest to grab money! Please stop live there , its an aweful experience for me in swiss! Its a sad memory for me during the trip ! Please all guest wont get my experience as well ,and dont book it

False allegations without making a double check.

Just terrible, they claimed that we have packed the hotel towels and wrote an email of robbery & police complaint. I m still wondering how anyone can rob the used disgusting towels. False allegations, still not resolved.

Nice hotel with poor elevator design

The hotel definitely was a good value. The elevator for the floor we were staying in stopped one full flight short. As there was no help for luggage we had to carry our bags up and down the stairs. As we have some physical issues this was a definite hardship. In the information about the hotel \"elevator\" was listed but sadly it was misleading.

This Hotel-Restaurant is a family run business who are great hosts and cook magnificently. The service was excellent and the food was great. We had dinner and breakfast at their restaurant and the dinner meals were in fact the best one we've had in the last two weeks in Europe. Great value for the price and worth the detour in this beautiful mountain area. We'll be back

A very good hotel with all the basic amenities included in the price. No hidden charges to come as a surprise. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and tidy although maybe a bit small. The bathrooms are satisfactory although the floor does get flooded around the shower area if you are not careful. A bathroom mat would be helpful but is not provided. The breakfast provided in the morning was more than adequate. There is a coop next door where groceries and various other stuff can be obtained for reasonable prices. All in all a very good value for money 3 star hotel compared to the other hotels in the same category.

The hotel is about 15 minutes away by bus from the central train station, but the bus stop is only a block and a half away. It was quiet, modern, and comfortable. The only problem is it can get warm in the room. There is a Coop market on the next block.

We rented a car so it was no big problem. The hotel has a parking lot in front of it and parking is free.
The room is nice and clean.
The breakfast is continental only.
Adjacent to the hotel there is Coop minimarket.

Arrived around 8pm by car to this quiet little hotel and greeted by a friendly staff. Quick check in and the room was clean and comfortable. Shower was nice and the bed was satisfactory. In the morning they served continental breakfast with the usual cold cuts and cheese selection. I would say that it does not try to be something else at all but ticks all the boxes for being a good business hotel. Would love to stay again.

Its a very nice hotel with the bus stop just 5 minutes away and you can take a quick 15 minutes trip to the centre of luzern.The hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful and they are also advise you with activities to do. They also sold tickets to the buses and other activities which helped a lot. The room was very well kept. Just a small critic maybe to add some hot food to the breakfast. But overall I would reccomend this hotel for everyone to stay. Im definetely going back:-)

Everything was good with the exception of the air conditioner / fan unit. It just wasn't working and we didn't figure that out until midnight. The hotel staff did what they could to try to fix the problem, and it just wasn't something we could fix so late. I appreciated their effort. Breakfast was really amazing, and the room had a great view. Highly recommended, especially if you need parking. Bus comes frequently and is direct, takes only 10 minutes or so.

Stayed here during our trip to Geneva for 2 nights. Close to airport but doesn't have their own shuttle. Room was small but practical. Walking distance to the bus station and across from Globus/ Migros mall. 20 minute bus ride to City Center where most action is and where one must ideally stay (Molard station).

Poorest internet connection and spotty wifi, small bathroom and barely any air conditioning in the rooms. It seemed pretty hot and even with lowest setting for air conditioning, it felt pretty uncomfortable. We personally won't be staying here again in future but its a budget friendly option for sure.

I would like to deeply appreciate Hotels.com for recommending this hotel, the most important issue at this hotel is the hotel staff who friendly coordinate a pleasant stay. The recommendations by staff to visit different places in Luzern helped us to effectively manage our stay at Luzern. The hotel is located far from the city center and this might be a disadvantage but overlay there are many other advantages. Compared to other hotels I have booked via hotels.com I rate this hotel a high rank because of the staff and cleanliness. Since we stayed there for four nights, we experienced the same breakfast with no diverse options. In general we deeply recommend this hotel in Luzern.

The staff was incredible and helpful. The breakfast was somewhat of a typical continental type breakfast but nice as it was included in our room rate. The location is about 15 minutes from the main tourist area by bus, but there are very frequent buses and the stop was just a few minutes from the hotel. Very easy to get to and around. The hotel restaurant was very nice and offered some great pizza at reasonable prices. We would stay here again without question.

While the room and location was nice, the owner couple/ Manager were rude. Room had air-conditioning but its location was at the farthest point from the bed making it ineffectiv..

We booked via expedia for 2 adults and 1 child and rate was fixed but while checkout the owner insisted that I pay 10 chf per night extra which wasnt tge agreement so please be careful. They swiped our card also in wrong currency thus I had to pay extra transaction charges. So please specify everything at checkout.

as regards rudeness or impersonal approach to the guest, lesser said is better.. on request to give us 1 croissant on the go as my daughter did not have breakfast in morning and we wr in rush, I was asked to pay 10 chf for the same. another day, we reached just 5 mins short of breakfast closing time, it was made sure by the owner that spread is picked up as soon as possible so that we dont get anything.

In India, this sort of service when I was being charged so much is unheard of.

12 minutes away from the train station (by bus). There are supermarket, postal office, and pizzeria nearby. The breakfast is not a luxury style but very tasty. If you do not expect a luxury hotel, it is no doubt a good choice.

Chambre pour 2 personnes de taille correcte pour poser les bagages. La chambre etait propre, a revoir pour le sol de la salle de douche.
Bon rapport qualité prix, confort mais chambre un peut brutante et la climatisation tres derangeante, heureusement elle peut etre éteinte.
Petit déjeuner buffet inclus très bien. Très bon accueille de la part du personnel.
Les pizzas du restaurant sont très bonnes.

Petit plus, un pass pour les transports en communs fournis avec la chambre. A 20mn en bus de Lucerne.

No nos dejaron entrar a la habitación, por un pequeño error al seleccionar al menor en la página decía 8 años pero la niña tenía 14 años, se seleccionaron 2 adultos y 1 menor, pero en la edad fue el error.
Les pedimos de favor, pagar la diferencia de edad, y groseramente nos dijeron que NO.

Después pedimos de favor entrar a la habitación solo una persona para cambiarse, ya que paso por incidente y se mojó, pues no quisieron😡 cuando la habitación ya estaba pagada.
La recepcionista hasta nos insultó, nos corrio, y nos amenazo que si no nos íbamos, llamarían a la policía.
Cero empatía por parte del personal de equipo del hotel, fue la peor experiencia y humillación de mi vida.
Pues el $, pérdida total 😔
